FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: process of production solid ammonium sulfate-nitrate envisages the steps: solidifying of melt pulp, containing ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate in granulation bed to form solid ammonium sulfate-nitrate granules, containing ammonium sulfate-nitrate double salt 2:1, wherein the granulation layer has an operating temperature of 90 to 120C, and solid ammonium sulfate-nitrate granules are characterised by moisture content of 0.4 wt % up to 1.5 wt %, while productional ammonium sulfate-nitrate contains less than 7 wt % of unreacted ammonium nitrate and 3:1 ammonium sulfate-nitrate double salt.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain product for further use as a fertiliser that is characterised by reduced sensitivity to moisture and is not considered as hazardous material.

Method of obtaining includes the following stages: supply of enriched with phosphorus liquid phase, which does not mix with water (210); addition of water-free ammonia into liquid phase enriched with phosphorus (212); precipitation of monoammonium phosphate and/or diammonium phosphate from said liquid phase (214); regulation of liquid phase temperature in the course of said stages of addition and precipitation in preliminarily specified interval of temperatures (216); removal of precipitated monoammonium phosphate and/or diammonium phosphate from said liquid phase (218); washing crystals of removed precipitated monoammonium phosphates and/or diammonium phosphates (220) and drying washed crystals (228). Method also includes stages: separation of residual liquid phase, washed from said crystals (222); re-use of said separated residual liquid phase for further absorption of phosphorus to be reused in the following removal (230), and re-use of used washing liquid (226), poor in said residual liquid phase for the following washing of said crystals. FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, particularly to phosphogypsum processing. The method of processing phosphogypsum involves mixing phosphogypsum and 42% phosphoric acid in the presence of a reagent for maintaining pH in the range of 6.8-7.2 while stirring constantly and separating dicalcium phosphate residue from the liquid phase. The reagent used to maintain pH is aqueous ammonia solution. Components are fed for mixing in the following ratio, wt %: phosphogypsum - 65.0, phosphoric acid - 31.0, aqueous ammonia solution (with respect to ammonia) - 4.0. Mixing is carried out at temperature not higher than 80C.

EFFECT: use of the invention increases processing depth of phosphogypsum, enables to obtain two commercial products - feed grade dicalcium phosphate and ammonium sulphate, reduces the cost and cuts duration of obtaining the products.

EFFECT: invention enables to eliminate the loss of the mother liquor, to improve ecology of the environment, and to simplify the process of obtaining mineral fertiliser.

SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing solutions of ammonium nitrate and sulfate at the ratio that provides for the specified content of sulfate sulphur in a fertiliser, introduction of a modifying additive, steaming of the mixed solution at the finished temperature of the produced suspension that does not exceed 155C, granulation of suspension. The suspension prior to granulation is soaked during mixing for at least 30 minutes and steamed at the finished temperature of 186-198C. Granulation is carried out by prilling method.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce a fertiliser that does not become caked when stored even without treatment of granules with amino-oil mix.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vermiculite based adsorbents. Untreated vermiculite is heated at temperature at which the third vermiculite decomposition step takes place. Heating is carried out to temperature at which interplane distance of vermiculite Cd002 is equal to 9.9-12 A. The invention discloses use of the obtained vermiculite as an absorbent material, as well as soil fertiliser/conditioner.

SUBSTANCE: proposed universal fertiliser consists of ammonia water, superphosphate, clay slates, and also additionally contains ammonium sulfate at the following ratio of ingredients in % of weight: Superphosphate 13; Clay slates 33; Ammonia water 33; Ammonium sulfate 21.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining uniform-sized fertiliser particles. Method of obtaining ammonium sulphate-nitrate includes the following stages: suspended melt, containing liquid ammonium sulphate-nitrate and solid ammonium sulphate are obtained in reactor, suspended melt is supplied into heated stator, suspended melt is continuously mixed in stator, recirculation of part of suspended melt into heated stator is performed, part of suspended melt is passed through channel, part of suspended melt is extruded through moving along channel mobile grid with holes, size of which is specified for drop formation, formed drops are cooled with obtaining uniform particles with diameter 1-3 mm. Said method includes temperature control in order to support suspended melt at temperature from approximately 178C to approximately 210C and pressure control in order to support pressure in system below 1.14 MPa.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain uniform-sized particles, which do not require further processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method of producing ammonium sulphate-nitrate, which involves preparation of an aqueous pulp containing ammonium sulphate and ammonium nitrate, subsequent granulation and drying thereof in a drum granulator-drier, wherein the aqueous pulp is obtained in a high-speed ammoniator-evaporator by simultaneously feeding ammonium sulphate solution, 41-60% nitric acid solution and ammonia and the process is carried out until obtaining ammonium sulphate-nitrate at temperature of 105-110C, and granulation and drying are carried out in two steps - first, furnace gases at 600-800C are fed into the spraying zone and pulp with moisture content of 5-8% is obtained; the pulp is then deposited onto a curtain of granules and finish drying is carried out with gases at 180-220C until a finished product with final moisture content of 0.3-0.5% is obtained.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain ammonium sulphate-nitrate having good consumer properties which satisfy modern requirements, not only for strength of granules and grain-size distribution, but also for obtaining a non-caking and low-hygroscopic product.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition and a method of producing nitrogen fertiliser based on ammonium nitrate and carbamide and a sulphate additive and can be used in chemical industry for producing a new type of fertiliser known as granular UAN fertiliser. The method involves production of granular nitrogen fertiliser based on ammonium nitrate, carbamide and a sulphate additive whose granules contain an ammonium nitrate nucleus, an outer carbamide shell and an intermediate ammonium sulphate layer. The fertiliser contains 37-41% nitrogen and 1-3% sulphate sulphur. The fertiliser is obtained through successive deposition onto ammonium nitrate granules of an aqueous suspension of ammonium sulphate with simultaneous drying and fusion of carbamide and subsequent cooling of the end product. The amount of deposited ammonium sulphate is kept in the range of 80-210 kg per ton of ammonium nitrate. Concentration of ammonium sulphate in the aqueous suspension is kept in the range of 55-70%. Mass ratio of carbamide to ammonium nitrate in the end product is kept in the range of (0.5-1.5) :1.

EFFECT: more efficient production of nitrogen fertiliser based on ammonium nitrate and carbamide with a sulphate additive.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fertilizers including nitrogen-containing component and potassium-containing component. As nitrogen-containing component fertilizer includes mixture of ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate, and as potassium-containing component it includes mixture of potassium sulfate and potassium chloride in amount of (mass %): mixture of ammonium nitrate and sulfate 10-27 (as calculated to N), mixture of potassium sulfate and chloride 3-40 (as calculated to K2O). Chlorine ions content is up to 0.25. Method for fertilizer production includes component blending to produce slurry which is additionally neutralized with ammonia at 130-160°C. Granulation is carried out at 120-160°C.
