SUBSTANCE: cultivator shovel comprises the shank, the bow part, the base with symmetrical left and right wings. Overhead elements are installed on the bow part and the wings. The overhead elements in the form of curved plates are made of wear resistant alloy steel. The overhead elements are attached to the base and the bow part on the lower shovel side with the convex side down by means of bolted connections. The overhead elements edges protrude forward from the anterior shovel base borders, forming a cutting edge. The central overhead element of the bow part is formed with bilateral arrow-like cusp and bilateral reinforcing plasma-powder surfacing according to the logarithmic curve shape on the lower part of the blades. The side bilateral overhead elements of the wings are made parallelogram-shaped with alternately, starting from the middle one, alternating of the bilateral reinforcing plasma-powder surfacing according to the logarithmic curve shape in the lower part of their blades. The plate thickness of the central and side overhead elements is respectively 1/2 and 1/4 of the shovel base thickness.

EFFECT: increasing the needed quality indices of the cultivation process, increasing the reliability, durability and maintainability of a cultivator shovel.

SUBSTANCE: working element comprises a rod roller with alternating rods of square section and bearing units. The bearing units are attached to the rear links of the four-link parallelogram suspension. Under the roller a flat tooth with racks is mounted, which have the ability to move up and down, back and forth. The roller rods form a rhomb-shaped surface by alternating the rods mounted in parallel to the axis of the roller and at an angle to it. To the outer front edges of parallel rods the needles are attached chequer-wise. Part of the needles enters into the inner space of the roller rod, and the part goes outwards. The passage of the needles outwards constitutes 0.4-0.5 of the passage inside the space of the rod roller. The angle of crumbling of the flat tooth is 5-7°.

EFFECT: improving reliability of the machine operation and the degree of soil crumbling, increasing productivity and reduction of materials consumption.

SUBSTANCE: unit for a first embodiment comprises a frame with support wheels attached to the tractor and the propeller sections mounted on it in the form of rotating working parts. Each section of propellers has a drive shaft and comprises an independent mechanism to regulate the depth of processing. The drive of propellers is made from the tractor PTO. The propellers are installed on the frame sequentially. The shafts of the front and rear sections of the propellers are kinematically connected to each other. In the kinematic chain between the front and rear sections of the propellers the mechanism of change of gearing ratio and direction of rotation is installed. According to the second version the machine comprises a frame with supporting wheels and the sections of the propellers in the form of rotating working parts attached on it. Each section of propellers has a drive shaft and comprises an independent mechanism to regulate the depth of processing. The frame of the unit is made in the form of two articulated half-frames with the mechanism of change in their relative position in the horizontal plane. On each half-frame a section of propellers is installed. Propeller shafts are kinematically linked to the engine. The sections of propellers are interconnected by the mechanism of change of the gearing ratio and direction of rotation.

Two tie-rods with clamps are connected additionally to container for fastening control handles. Clamps are made for mounting of vibration sensors. At least one detachable jumper is made between tie-rods which can be set at different sections of tie-rods. Bracket is secured on wall or container and it is in contact with soil. SUBSTANCE: first of all the frame length is chosen, and then thereto is symmetrically attached an automatic coupling which is installed on the frame so that it can move longitudinally. When it is required to lengthen the frame, the latter is lengthened on one end or on both ends by means of connecting pieces of the section similar to that one on initial frame. Length of connecting pieces is aligned with the specified inter-row spacing. Section of the initial frame is hollow. Connecting pieces are installed on initial elements of a similar hollow profile. Then those are attached end-to-end and flush with the surface of initial frame at least on three sides. Initial elements are installed inside hollow connecting pieces of the frame symmetrically to both sides from the attachment point.

SUBSTANCE: bar frame of the field tiller is made of length Bmin according to the defined ratio counting minimal power of a tractor. According to the first version, if more powerful tractor is applied the bar frame is made with possibility being increased from one end to the length Bmin of the bar frame or its half together with operating elements till the limit length for back roads, precisely Bmin=8 m. And a lock of automatic coupling is made with possibility to remove the increased bar frame to the joint and fix symmetrically to it. According to the second version, if more powerful tractor is applied, side wings are attached symmetrically from both sides of the bar frame, the side wings are made of the bar frame together with operating elements with the length Bmin or half of it till tractor power decrease, but the total length is not more than 22-25 m, with possibility to fold up or horizontally forward with the help of open-side hinges and hydraulic cylinder. Note that, self-castering wheels are additionally fixed on the side wings, closer to its ends.

EFFECT: possibility for any tractor to select optimal version of arrangement of the field tiller.
