The device comprises: a prompt module configured to issue prompts to enter an SSID and an access password for the router to be accessed, when a network access request from the access device is received; a comparison module configured to compare the entered SSID and access password with the SSID and access passwords in a previously stored archive access data record to the network; and a transmission module configured to transmit the entered SSID and an access password to the access device, if the entered SSID and the access password are the same as the SSID and the access password in the archive access data record of the network access. The access device accesses the corresponding server based on the received SSID and the access password. The transmission module comprises: an access submodule configured to access the server based on the entered SSID and the access password; and a transmission submodule configured to transmit the entered SSID and the access password to the access device, if access to the server is successful.

EFFECT: facilitating the access device in accessing the network through a terminal.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system including a basic station and a retransmission station connected to the basic station. A mobile communication system includes at least one upper radio station (1) and the retransmission station (2). The retransmission station (2) performs a radio relay operation between the lower radio station (3) and the upper radio station (1). The retransmission station (2) has a possibility, when the connection to the first upper radio station included in connection configuration information pointing at the upper radio station to which the retransmission station (2) shall be connected, is unsuccessful, of being connected to the second upper radio station differing from the first upper radio station and notifying the network (4 and 5) of notification information through the second upper radio station; with that, the notification information specifies that connection to the first upper radio station is unsuccessful.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the simplification of adjustment of information on the configuration of connection to the above system based on connection configuration information.

Method for user equipment contains receipt stage (410) of configuration information from the radio base station for aggregation of at least two cells, identification stage (420) of the first of at least two cells based on the configuration rule setting that at least the first cell out of two has status differing from status of the remaining cells, and reading stage (430) for translated system information only in the identified cell. The method may also contain stage of compliance with conditions (440) for one parameter or more parameters received from the read system information.

The volume of wireless communication between a relay station and a base station is reduced in order to improve the quality of communication, which is the technical result. A wireless communication system includes a relay station, a first radio base station, second radio base stations and a mobile station. The relay station is wirelessly connected to the first radio base station and communicates with the second radio base stations through the first radio base station. When the relay station communicates with the second radio base stations, the relay station requests the first radio base station to communicate with the second radio base stations for the relay station. The requested first radio base station communicates with the second radio base stations for the relay station and transmits the communication result to the relay station.

Provided is a carrier aggregation method which includes: a mobile terminal which establishes a connection receives carrier aggregation control information from a base station, which contains carrier frequency identifiers, and configuration information of a radio communication device of receiver carrier frequency for downlink carrier aggregation; the mobile terminal acknowledges the receiver carrier frequency according to the carrier frequency identifiers and configuration information of the radio communication means.

An unauthorised wireless device emits an audible acoustic secret code of unique identification (for example a personal identification number (PIN code)). In other implementations a network authorisation device automatically receives the acoustic code and checks the code authenticity. If authenticity check is successful, the wireless device is recorded in the wireless network.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controlling filtering and particularly to controlling deblocking filtering on block boundaries in a video frame. A block-specific filter decision value is calculated for a pixel block in a video frame. If the block-specific filter decision value is below a block-specific threshold, each line or column in the block is individually processed in order to select between a strong and a weak deblocking filter. A respective line-specific filter decision value is thereby calculated for each row or column in the block and compared to a line-specific threshold. If the line-specific filter decision value calculated for a row or column is below the line-specific threshold a strong deblocking filter is selected for the row or column, otherwise a weak deblocking filter is instead selected to combat any blocking artefacts.

EFFECT: high efficiency of deblocking filtering by eliminating or reducing blocking artfacts.

SUBSTANCE: adaptation is performed by rearranging fragments of discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficients obtained after two-dimensional DCT on the time axis and subsequent one-dimensional DCT such that the total number of non-zero transform coefficients after three-dimensional DCT is less than the number of non-zero DCT coefficients obtained after three-dimensional DCT without rearranging two-dimensional DCT fragments. In the disclosed method, after forming a domain measuring nnn pixels, DCT coefficients are calculated on spatial coordinates x and y for each fragment of the domain. The fragments are then rearranged in the form of a rearrangement vector and a time DCT operation is performed. The DCT coefficients are sampled, encoded and transmitted over a communication channel with the rearrangement vector. At reception, said procedures are performed in reverse order and the original video stream is restored.

EFFECT: high degree of compression of video data with a given image reconstruction error at reception owing to adaptation to variation of static properties of images.

The method also comprises the received information separate from NAL units specifying the relations between the view identifiers for these views and sequence of decoding of components of view. One or more NAL units also comprise the information specifying, whether the first view component of the first view as the reference for prediction between the views of the second component of view for the second different view is used.
