SUBSTANCE: stage of a submersible multistage centrifugal pump contains an impeller and a guide device, which consists of a housing, a top disc, a metal bushing, a bottom disc and blades. The guide vanes are located only on the top disc, which is connected to the metal housing. The metal bushing is connected to the bottom disc. The disks and blades of the impeller and the discs and vanes of the guide device are made of a polymer material including a glass-filler and a thermoplastic material.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency, maintainability, resistance to abrasive wear and precipitation of mechanical impurities, including salts, in the channels of the guide device and stage impeller, reduction in the pump supply drop with increasing viscosity of the formation fluid.

SUBSTANCE: horizontal single-stage pump comprises a housing, double-flow impeller and a guiding device. Covering disks of the impeller are joined to the base disk by the systems of spatially spiral vanes. The vanes are spaced along the circle with forming by adjacent vanes in each of the named systems of spirally twisted vane channels. A pressure head surface and medium conditional surface of the impeller vane are formed by spatial movement of single-curved generatrix from the inlet to outlet from the vane channel with an angle of vane entering into a flow, with the varying towards outlet spatial curvature gradient, preset in projections to two mutually perpendicular conditional planes. The impeller vanes systems are shifted in the rotation plane to the angle no less than half of projection of skewed outlet blade end to a conditional medium plane of the base disk. The guiding device is fitted with curvilinear vanes, the number of which exceeds the number of impeller vanes. The device vanes are deflected towards the flow vector in the branch pipe to a certain angle, and the vane channel is implemented as extending towards outlet.

EFFECT: improvement of pump characteristics, decrease of vibration radial loads and improvement of efficiency, reliability and resource.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fan-building, namely to input devices of centrifugal fans. The input device of a centrifugal fan is a suction nozzle forming with the coating disk of the impeller an annular gap, the profile of the generant of the suction pipe has a concave shape which curvature and the length of the pipe are calculated from the condition of ensuring the minimum of the streamlined surface of the axisymmetric channel.

EFFECT: due to reduction of energy losses of the air flow due to friction, vortex formation and end losses caused by the geometry of the nozzle, the device provides an increase in efficiency of the fan.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: in an optimisation process of geometric parameters of side semi-spiral supply of a centrifugal pump of a two-sided inlet there specified is design supply; an average moment of speed at an impeller inlet, a rotation frequency and a radius of the impeller, as well as a law of variation of width of the section of the spiral supply part depending on variation of radius of its section. The carrying capacity of the supply is determined on their basis; a design section of its spiral part is shaped; intermediate sections of the spiral part are shaped considering the angle of contact of the spiral part. The obtained parameters of width of design and intermediate sections are reduced by 15-20%; an outlet radius of the impeller is increased by the value of up to 1%; an angle of contact is increased up to 200…210° and a shape of the cross section of the tongue is changed, thus making it smoothly converging from periphery to the centre of the impeller and a confuser section.

EFFECT: improving uniform distribution of speeds and their moments at the outlet of the supply to the impeller, which allows improving the impeller liquid inlet conditions and reducing cavitation, as well as increasing the efficiency of the pump owing to reducing supply energy losses.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal pump (1) may pump fluid with high volume flow rates of above 20 m3/s. A pump comprises an impeller (3), installed as capable of rotation around the axis and directing fluid towards a concrete spiral chamber (4), located around the impeller (3). The pump (1) additionally comprises fixed elements (6) in the form of ribs located between the impeller (3) and the spiral chamber (4). Elements (6) form an interrupted barrier around the impeller (3). For each fixed element (6) the difference between the radial distance from the axis of rotation of the impeller (3) to the nearest end of the fixed element (6) at this axis and the radial distance from the axis of rotation of the impeller (3) to its periphery makes from 1 to 10% of the radial distance.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simply and effectively reduce in a cost-effective manner uneven radial loads at an impeller, developed by water, limiting at the same time water flow rate.

SUBSTANCE: pump stage comprises an impeller with a hub and a guide vane made of a sleeve, an upper disc with an axial support, a lower disc and blades. The upper disc of the guide vane with the axial support are made as solid with the sleeve from polymer materials, besides, the sleeve and the upper disc of the guide vane are made as reinforced with a perforated metal frame arranged inside them, providing for stiffness of the sleeve and strength of sleeve connection with the upper disc of the guide vane. All coupled pairs of pump friction are made as "polymer-metal" friction pairs. The lower disc and the blades of the guide vane, as well as the impeller are made of polymer materials, and the metal of the frame is stainless or alloyed steel. The polymer material is represented by compositions based on polyphenylene sulfide.

Every said stage comprises polymer impeller with hub and distributor including the barrel with outer sleeve, top disc and axial; bearing made of metal, blades and bottom disc made of polymer. Said housing accommodates radial intermediate bearings with two carbide bushes, one being fitted on pump shaft and another one in bearing housing. Distributor comprises hub made of polymer material. Spacing between intermediate radial bearings with carbide bushes does not exceed 0.5 m.

SUBSTANCE: diffuser-distributor assembly intended to be installed at a compressor output in a turbine comprises a distributor. The distributor includes two, in essence, cylindrical walls: a radial inner one and a radial outer one. The walls are connected by radial blades. The distributor walls are extended to the downstream part beyond the radial blades. Radial clearance between the walls is circumferentially variable downstream the blades so that in essence to be minimal in the blades extension and maximal between the blades. The clearance is circumferentially variable up to the downstream end of the downstream walls of the distributor. Subject of the invention is also a turbomachine such as turbojet engine, turboprop engine or helicopter engine comprising the assembly described above.

EFFECT: invention allows for the decrease of inhomogenity of air flow at the inlet of a combustion chamber.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: motor and pump housings in electric pump unit (EPU) are made of aluminium alloy, connected tightly and separated by cylindrical non-magnetic shielding shell out of titanium alloy. Motor housing is connected to shell end perimeter by a flange at rotor wheel side by a main bimetal bushing out of aluminium and titanium alloys. The other shell end perimeter is welded at outer and inner side to the motor housing bottom by first and second additional laminated bimetal bushings. Weld joints are made similar to connection by the main laminated bimetal bushing, with titanium and aluminium alloys welded to titanium and aluminium EPU parts respectively. Central part of pump housing bottom features an inlet pipe piece coaxial to the shaft and installed with a gap between its inner end surface and shaft end surface. The rotor is made in the form of a pipe with an auger attached to its internal surface. The other shaft end surface along the pipe perimeter is welded to central inlet perimeter in the EPU rotor wheel with a side outlet.

SUBSTANCE: electric equipment comprises the units (2) of submersible electric pumps per number of wells (1) connected through a cable (6), and the step-up transformer (3) with the respective land station (4) for direct starting controls connected to a power network. The electric equipment is also fitted with an operating controller (7), at least, one control station (8) with a frequency converter connected through an additional step-up transformer (10) to a power line and a unit (9) of operated contactors (11). Electric motors (13) of pumps are designed synchronous with permanent magnets in rotors. Stations (4) are fitted with the controllers (12) connected with the operating controller (7). In the unit (9) input pins of power contacts of contactors (11) are connected to the station (8) output, their output pins are connected respectively with the output of the respective station (4).
