FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: self-propelled combine harvester contains a spreader for distributing straw which is installed in the rear part of the combine and receives straw from the residual grain extractor. The spreader consists of two spinning discs which operate on the principle of a blowloader. The disks are set in motion towards each other with their own drive elements and have radial grippers on their end surfaces in contact with the straw. It is possible to control the spreading process or the width of the spread due to the fact that each spinning disc can be rotated from a substantially horizontal position about an axis oriented along the longitudinal axis of the combine harvester.

EFFECT: spreader of the combine harvester ensures uniform application of straw into the soil and its uniform rotting.

The pneumatic slit sprayers are arranged above the straw chopper and mounted on a common axis with the possibility of their displacement together with the axis on height and horizontally on it to provide overlapping the spray patterns. The tailings are chopped, treated with a solution of nitrogen fertiliser and scattered across the field.

The flow of ground harvested mass is fed to at least one guide element located transversely to the longitudinal axis of the grinding body, through which the flow of harvested mass is accelerated and fed to at least one spreader located behind. The flow of harvested mass discharged from at least one guide element is fed from the feeding plane in which the flow of harvested mass enters into at least one guide element on the plane of spreading lying below the plane of feeding. The flow of harvested mass is spread in the plane of spreading through at least one spreader made in the form of a radial spreader.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering and can be used in the harvesting agricultural machine in unloading the harvested mass coming out of the grinding device. The self-propelled agricultural harvesting machine comprises a grinding device and a spreading device for spreading the ground harvested mass on the field. The spreading device comprises at least two rigid spreading elements radially extending outwardly relative to the axis of rotation and the guide plate. The rigid spreading elements are limited with the circumferential surface of the guide plate, covering partially the plane of rotation of the spreading elements. On its end facing the guide plate the spreading elements are made with several recesses tapering towards the axis of rotation of the spreading device. The edges of two adjacent recesses on the end facing the guide plate converge approximately at one point, so that the recesses are located at a distance from each other that between the recesses no parts are formed parallel to the circumferential surface of the guide plate.

EFFECT: device provides uniform spreading of the harvested mass to a large spreading width.

SUBSTANCE: unit for straw crushing and spreading relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to devices for crushing, processing with humification machine and distribution of rice straw on the field. The unit has a frame, a pick-up unit, a crushing body of the drum type, a discharging mouth with sprayers, an air overpressure source connected to the PTO shaft, the container for working solution with a metering mechanism, and nozzles, a spreading disc with blades, which is located on the frame. The container with the working solution is made airtight and connected to the source of overpressure and through pipes with nozzles which are located inside the discharging mouth and above the centre of the spreading disc which is placed at an angle to the direction of motion. The disc drive is from PTO shaft of the power means. The dispensing device has a pressure gauge.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of wetting straw and uniformity of straw distribution on the field.

SUBSTANCE: pick-up chopper of stalks comprises a pick-up working element, a feeding mechanism, a chopper, and a conveyor (19) for discharging the chopped mass. The chopper is made in the form of paired star rotors (13, 14 and 15, 16) rotating synchronously with a phase shift, mounted with an overlap between their teeth. The pick-up working element is made in the form of a transverse horizontal drum (1), which cylindrical surface is provided with rigid protrusions (2). Above the transverse drum (1) the pressure drum (3) is mounted, which is spring-loaded in the vertical direction and provided with a drive. The feeding mechanism is made in the form of horizontal transverse bladed beaters (4, 5, 6) at the ends of each of which the reflecting discs (7, 8, 9) are mounted with an overlap. The speed of rotation of the beaters (4, 5, 6) increases as it approaches the chopper. The pairs of rotors (13, 14 and 15, 16) of the chopper are mounted sequentially and the speed of rotation of the rotors of each successive pair is greater than of the previous one. The paired rotors are mounted one above the other in a transverse plane and are rotated about the horizontal axes, and their teeth are made in the form of pointed radial plates. The overlap between the teeth of the pair of rotors is greater than half the distance between the sharp edges of two adjacent teeth of one rotor. The distance between the reflecting discs (7, 8, 9) of the beater of the feeding mechanism increases as it approaches the chopper.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption of chopping process of stalks.

The harvester-thresher comprises a straw cutter located behind the axial separator and a spreader located behind the straw cutter. The straw cutter comprises at least one driven in rotation rotor with blades and housing surrounding them. The housing comprises in direction along the axis of rotation of the rotor the first end area, the middle area and the second end area. The rotating rotor blades in the middle area circumscribe a circle of a greater radius than at the end areas. On the housing the blades are mounted made with the possibility of their rearrangement between the positions with different distance to the rotor.

EFFECT: straw cutter of the harvester provides a uniform flow of crushed material.

The spreader of chopped mass of the harvester-thresher comprises a rotary actuator connected through the connection device with a guide element for regulation of direction of the chopped mass ejection. The guide element is mounted with the ability of oscillating movement. Freedom of movement of the guide element is limited by stops. The connection device comprises an element that can change shape under the influence of a driving force of the rotary actuator during location of the guide element on one of the stops.

EFFECT: spreader provides an even distribution of chopped mass across the entire band of spreading.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural engineering and can be used in cutters for harvester-threshers. In a harvester at least one spreader for dispersing of the picked stuff coming out of the cutter is designed for at least one cutter. Before the spreader inlet the picked stuff flow coming out of the cutter is moved by the driving elements in the direction that is crosscut to the cutter longitudinal axle.

EFFECT: distribution of the picked stuff flow over the whole cut width when wide harvesters are used.

The stabilising system for use with the reaper for harvesting crops comprises a frame carrying a conveyor belt to feed the crop to the reaper, and the element with the inner and outer surfaces. The frame can be independently moved between a first angle between the frame and the reaper and a second angle between the frame and the reaper. The inner surface of the element is connected providing a contact, substantially without the ability of rotation, with a first structure of one of the frame or the reaper. The outer surface of the element is connected providing a contact, substantially without the ability of rotation, with the second structure of the other of the frame or the reaper. In response to rotational movement of the first structure relative to the second structure the element provides the stabilising torsional force between the frame and the reaper between the first angle and the second angle.

The harvester is equipped with a rigid safety frame fixed with the lower part on the beam of the front drive axle, and with the upper part - on the frame of the thresher. Inside the safety frame on vibration dampers the control ground is placed. The cab for the operator is fixed on the control ground and made frameless and sealed with a system of artificial climate inside the cab.

SUBSTANCE: device to monitor technical state of a rotation speed variator of a threshing drum of a reaping thresher comprises a pole, a screw clamp, a rotation unit, an adjustable rod, a supporting bracket and a signal measuring and analysing unit. A helium-neon source of a laser beam and a metal mirror are set on the supporting bracket. The latter is mounted so that the variator disk lies in the laser beam plane. The signal measuring and analysing unit comprises a photoreceiver to register the luminous flux of the laser beam from its source.

SUBSTANCE: automatic system of monitoring and control of fan rotor speed comprises a unit of quality indication of spike fraction, an amplifier-shaper, and piezoelectric sensors of spike fraction behind the lower sieve of cleaning and finish threshing device. The system is additionally connected to the control unit with the setting device, which jointly monitor and control the fan rotor speed by the hydraulic cylinder of the fan variator by hydraulic distribution valve with solenoid actuation and the sensor of fan rotor speed. The value of the actual fan rotor speed comes from the sensor of fan rotor speed to the control unit.

The first sample is taken from the grain-straw mass from the site on the surface of the mat laid before the passage of the combine. The second sample is taken from the uncut spikelets of the stubble part. The length of the mat and the width of the stubble part correspond to the operating width of the combine header and the length of the stubble part is equal to the width of the mat.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy and decrease in labour intensity of determining the mechanical losses of grain by the grain combine harvester.

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used in cereal and leguminous crop harvesting machines.

SUBSTANCE: grain combine has header with inclined chamber, device for preliminary threshing of grain, threshing unit with cleaning sieves and hoppers for receiving grain from preliminary threshing device and from threshing unit. Preliminary threshing device is mounted between header and inclined chamber and is made in the form of paired upper and lower rolls positioned for rotation in opposite directions. Paired rolls are provided with gap adjusting mechanisms. Each roll of preliminary threshing device is made in the form of hollow shaft with pins and blade extending tangentially to hollow shaft surface. When mechanism for adjustment of gaps between rolls in pairs is in its initial fixed position, blades are extending at right angles with respect to one another.
