SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for active aeration with atmospheric or heated air, or with a gas-air mixture of grain material in enclosed spaces, various containers or stored in the form of a collar on open currents. A portable device for grain aeration comprises a tubular structure with apertures. The open end of the tubular structure is connected to the discharging fan diffuser. The closed end of the tubular structure is made convergent. The tubular structure is made rigid in the form of a tube (5) with perforations. The discharging fan diffuser has a flange connection with a confuser. The confusor is connected to the tube. Knobs (6) are located at the top of the tube. A clear opening regulator (7) of the perforated part of the tube is located inside the tube. The convergent end (8) of the tube has an air deflector (9). The outer surface of the convergent part of the tube is equipped with an auger-type two-way screw (10). A rotary adjusting flap (12) is located between the mating of the spiral housing (11) wall of the fan and the flange connection of the discharging diffuser.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of aeration or drying of grain material.

SUBSTANCE: ventilation device consists of perforated sections with stiffeners, which are made in the form of an arc with a shaped surface and with profile wave height of at least 5 mm. Supporting ends of the arc have sections parallel to the vertical arc axis. Height of parallel sections is 0.05 to 0.1 of the arc diameter. The sections are made with a pitch as to diameter. Diameter of the previous pitch section is less than diameter of the next pitch section by a value of two to four thicknesses of sheet material, from which sections are made.

EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of stability of sections of the device and contributes to more uniform air distribution throughout its length.

SUBSTANCE: storehouse of agricultural products comprises foundations, fencing in the form of arch frameless heat-insulated roof, a concrete floor, a support wall, fencing of panels containing two layers of metal corrugated U-shaped profile with heat-insulation between them. The support wall is made in the form of racks with metal sheets of U-shaped profile horizontally attached on them and rectangular pipes laid in the recesses of the profile. The ventilation system comprises a two-layer fabric located above the bulk of agricultural production, pressure main ventilation ducts connected to the fabric, the suction main ventilation ducts connected to the air ducts laid in the floor construction. The main pressure and suction ventilation ducts are connected to the installation of air conditioning. The lower layer of fabric is made with openings.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of periodic removal of excess moisture from the grain mass at a bulk method of storage consists in the fact that the periodic removal of excess moisture from the grain mass is carried out throughout the volume simultaneously in successive cycles changing in the direction by air flow of different temperatures. The device for implementing the method is a system of active ventilation with the channels extending through the volume of the grain mass. The channels consist of at least one or several interconnected cylindrical perforated air-ducts, at that the air-ducts are placed in the mesh sleeve mounted with clips along its length. At the ends of the channels the inflators are installed, which are connected directly to the channel if there is one channel in the system, or through the collectors if the system consists of several channels. For periodic alternate supply of airflow of different temperatures into the channels there are air dampers mounted in the connecting element in front of the inflators.

EFFECT: invention provides avoiding excessive drying of grain mass throughout the volume and increase in efficiency of the process of active ventilation.

The drum rotation speed is set from 0.9 to 0.95 of the critical angular speed, the ozone concentration is set of 200-250 mg/m3. SUBSTANCE: device for drying flax rolls comprises a hollow cylinder with holes, which are uniformly arranged by height and diameter, a cone for piercing the roll and an air duct for a heat-carrying agent supply. A pin with an external thread, on which a piston is installed on one side, on the inner diameter of which the thread is made, and the pin through the coupling is connected to the electric motor shaft on the opposite side, is installed inside the hollow cylinder over its entire height. In central parts of roll zones at an equal distance from each other, humidity sensors are installed, in this case signals from the humidity sensors and a setting device are delivered to a control unit, electrically coupled to the electric motor.

EFFECT: improvement of the efficient use of the heat-carrying agent and uniformity of drying the flax rolls.

SUBSTANCE: device for drying the agricultural feed comprises a ventilator frame connected to the ventilator having a delivery pipe branch provided with a nozzle with curved grooves, the feed polymer coating having a gap in which the suction pipe of the ventilator is placed. The nozzle body is made of bimetal, and the curved grooves have a profile in the form of a "dovetail" and turn into a circumferential groove located on the inner surface of the nozzle behind the inlet opening. The ventilator is provided with a drive with the speed regulator and the temperature regulator. The temperature sensor is located in the ventilation duct. The delivery pipe branch of the ventilator is equipped with thermoelectric generator, which comprises housing with a passage channel and a set of differential thermocouples. In the passage channel of the housing the "hot" ends of the set of differential thermocouples are mounted, and the "cold" ends are located on the outer surface of the housing. The inlet of the passage channel through the nozzle is connected to the delivery pipe branch of the ventilator and its output is connected to the ventilation duct.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining additional electrical energy to power the electronic control system of the ventilator in the field.

The installation comprises air-duct channel, a tube for supplying air with the flexible coupler. The flexible coupler is provided with radial reinforcement ribs in the form of L-shaped brackets secured with the corner part to the pipe outer surface with the ability to rotate in the plane of its radial cross section. The reinforcement ribs are interconnected by flexible elements.

EFFECT: invention provides improved sealing of the air channel, simplification of fixation and ease of removal of the flexible coupler from the channel.

The device of final drying the fibrous materials in rolls comprises a channel-former made of rigid rods with airtight rings on the ends. The channel-former is needle-shaped and has a partition. The partition divides the channels of the coolant inlet and discharge of the exhaust air. There is an opening in the partition to connect with the tubular air duct of suction of the exhaust air. When final drying the radial injection of coolant is carried out into a roll with simultaneous suction of the exhaust air. Suction of the exhaust air is carried out through the central part of the roll.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, namely, to methods of harvesting forage grasses. Laying of raw materials is carried out with density of 100-300 kg/m3. The influence of ozone is carried out at a concentration 10.0-0.1 g/m with exposure 9·102-3·102 sec. on the biophysical processes of drying alternatively cyclically with an time-varying exposure and air flow rate of active aeration with a repetition rate of ozonation and active aeration, defined by the formula where t0, tAB - time of influence of ozone on the biological structure and time of active ventilation, respectively. The concentration and influence exposure to ozone is regulated by the porosity in the range γ=90-10%. The porosity is determined from the ratio of time of ozonation to the period of ozonation time and time of active aeration according to the formula The flow of exhaust air is regulated toward the intensification of removal of moisture from the raw material in accordance with the rate of change in humidity of plant materials and exhaust air in time. The finished product is placed which was obtained as a result of the biochemical process of ozone exposure on the green mass.

EFFECT: method provides intensification of the drying process, increase of energetic, protein and vitamin nutritional value of feed.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves charging grain in number of tiers and providing forced grain ventilation. At the first stage, part of grain is discharged onto lower tier and slightly dried until its elastic properties are recovered. Grain is then charged in layers onto lower tier and onto other tiers separated from one another by air gaps. Grain is discharged by gravity while it is continuously aerated from its lower layer. Apparatus has casing mounted in tiers, charging and discharge conveyors, and ventilation means. Air distributing channels for supplying and discharging collectors are provided within casing to cause flowing of drying agent for grain drying process. Casing has conical section defined by plates facing discharge conveyor and having central angle preventing formation of compacted zones and sites on said plates where grain may be deteriorated due to prolonged storage.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in drying of grain having increased moisture content, reduced consumption of power for drying and storage processes.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has air duct made in the form of pivotally connected perforated gates, and retainer formed as flexible link and adapted for changing length and, accordingly, inclination angle of gates. Gates of terminating section of perforated air duct are formed as unequal-side trapezium whose one side is positioned at a right angle and other side at an acute angle of 45 deg to horizontal plane. Detachable perforated cover formed as flanged triangle is positioned at air duct end and provided with transverse skew rigidity ribs fixed within slots of air duct carcass. Flexible coupling positioned between electric air heater and air duct is formed as truncated cone facing with its smaller section to electric air heater. Oversized edge of coupling is reinforced with steel cable and connected to air duct by means of pressing planks equipped throughout the entire length thereof with slots for receiving of excessive coupling.

Device for grain transportation and storage consists of complex of containers-bunkers (1) with perforated shutters (2), flow spreader (3) and delivery device. Delivery device is made detachable in form of rotating in casings from single drive (5) springs (6). In casings of delivery device from drive side impellers (8) are installed. External butt part of casings from drive side is provided with shutter and has holes. Flow spreaders are installed on containers-bunkers with equal step, are made conic and perforated. Diametre of spreader perforation does not exceed minimal size of grain. Perforated shutters are installed under flow spreaders and are equipped with restraining arms. Length of holes of perforated shutters equals the distance between lower parts of adjacent flow spreaders.

EFFECT: invention simplifies construction, reduces energy consumption for grain drying, eliminates bridging.

The device for drying of agricultural fodder comprises a ventilation frame connected to a fan, which has an injection nozzle equipped with a bleed having curvilinear grooves, a polymer coating of fodder, having a gap. A suction nozzle of the fan is located in the gap. The nozzle body is made of bimetal, and curvilinear grooves have profile in the form of dovetail and change into a circular groove arranged on the inner surface of the nozzle behind the input hole. In the lower part of the circular groove there is a dirt collector. The fan is equipped with a drive with a speed controller in the form of a unit of powder electromagnet couplings and a temperature controller with a temperature sensor. The temperature controller includes a comparison unit and a setting unit. The comparison unit is connected to an input of an electronic amplifier equipped with a unit of non-linear feedback. The output of the electronic amplifier is connected to the input of the magnetic amplifier with a rectifier, which at the input is connected to the speed controller in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic couplings of the fan drive. The temperature sensor is located in the ventilation channel.

On the air-feed channel a flow velocity sensor is installed, and on the side opposite to the air supply, at equal distances of the diameter from the flow velocity sensor, which is located in the center of the roll end, two flow sensors are additionally installed, at that the air-feed channel is connected to the distribution chamber, which lower wall is set at an acute angle a, and on the upper wall an outlet is made with an area of 60-80% of the area of the roll end, and on the perimetre of the opening a board is rigidly fixed.
