SUBSTANCE: seeder for herbs band seeding into sod contains the following components, serially arranged on a frame 1: a milling section 2 with working elements in the form of L-shaped blades 6, a seed box with seeding devices 3 and compacting rollers 4. The milling section 2 has a mechanism for sod treatment depth adjustment and is covered with a housing 16. In the back of the housing 16, seed guides 17 are installed. The L-shaped blades 6 have a wing part deflected at an angle α in the longitudinal-vertical plane. The deflected part of the blade wing has a trapezoidal shape. The blade wing has a cutout of the metal which is not more than the half of its width with the formation of the rear edge with the deflected part and the lateral edge. Along the latter, a loosening element in the form of a plate equal to the height of the deflected wing part is fixed.

EFFECT: invention will allow to reduce the specific energy intensity of the process with a high quality of uniform loosening and compaction of soil in the bands after seeding, which provides the necessary conditions for the growth and development of herb seeds.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises alternate strip broadcast sowing seeds with loosening the soil to a depth of sowing on the whole working width. Continuous sowing seeds is carried out through a strip with intermittent sowing seeds on the strip sections with the length of 22.5-30 cm with unsown gaps of the same length within a given general seeding rate. The width of the space between the continuously sown strips is Lc=(2×lm-ls)>30 cm, and the width of the gap between the adjacent strips is la=(lm-ls)>22.5/2, where lm is row middle; ls is a strip width.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the harvesting capacity and quality of grain, as well as the level of profitability of grain production while reducing costs.

SUBSTANCE: ridger-seeder includes the sowing devices, covering rollers, fixed on the ridge former frame. The ridge formers contain a stand, a centre hoe, a breast and a bracket. The bracket is mounted on the stand. On the bracket the adjusting disk with an axis is rigidly fixed. Under the adjusting disk with a possibility of rotation around its rotation centre the additional disk is installed. The adjusting and additional disks have holes located along the periphery at the same distance from their centre. Under the additional disk the guiding bracket with a half shaft and a breast is rigidly fixed. The breast is designed flat and installed on a half shaft with possibilities of change of its position by height along the stand with reference to the cutting edges of the centre hoe and an angle of attack in the horizontal plane, and also fixing in the required position. The breasts of each pair of ridge formers are installed symmetrically with reference to the line of sowed seeds at an angle the aperture of which faces towards the ridger-seeder movement. The covering rollers have a frame, spherical disks, covering rings, an axis, a rod with a spring and are located behind the ridge former.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve quality of seeding of tilled crops and formation of soil ridges above the sowed seeds.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to crop production, and can be used for pre-sowing treatment of seeds. The treatment seed is carried out with an aqueous solution of 1% extrasol and 1% starch. At that 100-110 ml of extrasol and 100 ml of starch is taken per 10-11 litres of water for treatment of 1 ton of seeds. After the treatment, the seeds are dried for 2 hours and planted.

EFFECT: method enables to increase the productivity of field crops at minimum cost to its use.

SUBSTANCE: method of management of common vetch for seeds consists in the common planting of vetch with reference cultures to form three-component mixtures. The reference cultures are used simultaneously as oats and white mustard, the seeding rate of each of which is reduced to 1.0 million pcs./Ha of germinating seeds, which constitutes, respectively, 22-27% and 44-67% of the recommended norm for two-component crops.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to increase the amount of harvested vetch seeds in mixed crops.

The unloading transporter is made in the form of a screw in a cylindrical housing and connected to the rear wall of the body by means of 4-link parallelogram mechanism with moving links in a vertical plane. Coupling is formed as two-armed lever which is mounted on a horizontal axis. One end of the lever through the driven link is pivotally connected to the vehicle chassis and on the other - by means of a vertical axis is pivotally connected to an additional lever rotary in a horizontal plane. The free end of the lever is provided with U-shaped fork. The ends of the U-shaped fork are pivotally connected to the housing of the unloading screw in its centre of gravity with the possibility of rotational movement of the screw in the vertical plane.

The dispensers of material are arranged to form rows when the machine moves along the field. The machine has a control system for selective stopping for dispensing the material by one or more dispensers while continuing to dispense the material by remaining dispensers. The machine has the means of translational motion and the means of automated determining of position and direction. The method comprises determining the perimeter of the field, identifying the areas of passage of headlands, determining the remaining central region of the field inside the passages of the headlands, the choice of a starting place to begin application of the material. The method also comprises determining a travel route for application of the material starting from the passages in both sides in the central area and turning the machine in the areas, and determining a route plan for the subsequent application of the material in the areas of the headlands. Each headland created around the field is equal to the full width of the machine. The area of passage of the first headland in the perimeter is adjacent to the outer edge of the field. All areas of the passages of the additional headlands are created inside the area of passage of the headland around the perimeter. According to the second embodiment, the method also comprises the use seeds as the material.

EFFECT: technology enables to minimise or eliminate compacting the areas with sown seeds due to exclusion of double passing of the machine on areas with sown seeds.

SUBSTANCE: planting unit can be used in sowing cultivated and other crops. The planting unit comprises a housing, in which lower part a horizontal sowing disc is mounted. In the sowing disc the conical through holes are made, arranged radially in three rows, directed with the smaller base down. Over the sowing disc an L-shaped partition is mounted, separating the inter-housing space into two zones: a zone of loading and a zone of actuating bodies. In the zone of loading in the upper lid of the housing a loading window charging hole is made. In the zone of actuating bodies a window for seed outlet is made and in it parallel to the L-shaped partition above the horizontal sowing disc a unit of sensors for control of seeds presence is mounted. Under the unit of sensors a unit of pneumatic valves is mounted, which are controlled by an electronic control device. The outlet nozzles of the pneumatic valves are mounted coaxially to the conical openings of the sowing disc.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase the efficiency of precision planting seeds with simultaneous application of mineral fertilizers and to extend the functional capabilities.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: unit for sowing seed material in tape comprises soil rippers 2, coils 7 with seed tapes and a compacting roller 10 mounted on the frame 1. The unit 3 is provided with a seed-bed-generator 3 made in the form of a flat disc 4 with an axis and a bearing assembly mounted at an angle of attack to the direction of movement, and two vertically placed sides - the outer 5 and inner 6 located on both sides of the flat disc 4 and behind it. The outer side 5 with the front edge is adjacent to the surface of the disc 4 at a level close to its vertical diameter at an angle α equal to or smaller than the angle of friction of the soil. The front part of the inner side 6 is placed in the space between the outer side 5 and the disc 4 and fixed to the outer side 5. The soil ripper is made in the form of two needle discs 2 sequentially located in adjacent rows with discretely variable angles of attack with the distance between the centres of the discs 2 along the motion, not exceeding their radius. The distance between the discs 2 is at least twice the distance between the sides 5 and 6 of the seed-bed-generator 3. The coil 7 with the seed tape has a guide roller and mounted on the frame behind the seed-bed-generator 3. The embedding roller 10 is mounted symmetrically behind the coil 7 and is made cylindrical in the middle part and in the form of truncated cones on the sides.

EFFECT: invention enables to improve the quality of sowing seeds at lower energy consumption and to reduce soil over-compaction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery, particularly, to in-soil rotary milling and cutting of water absorbing slots in soils. This device comprises two vertical milling chisel ploughs (2). The latter are engaged with common drive. Milling chisel plough (2) is equipped with circular milling chisel plough (5). Circular milling chisel plough (5) has external cutting edges (11). The latter are made along its outer part on side surfaces, in turns at the right and left sides. Soil intake container (12) is arranged ahead of cutting edges (11). Said soil intake container (12) doubles as the recess of engagement of the driving gear of drive (15) on outer side of circular milling chisel plough (5). Said soil intake container (12) is provided with hole (13). The latter is directed perpendicular to the surface of circular milling chisel plough 5 and through its depth.

EFFECT: better cleaning of said soil intake container, lower traction resistance and higher reliability.

SUBSTANCE: weeding cutter consists of a shaft with discs and blades rigidly attached to it. The blades are made of thin, durable and wear-resistant steel and are attached to the discs so that they form angles α with line of motion of the weeding cutter and angles β with tangents to the cylindrical surface in which they are located. The discs are made in the form of regular hexagons and are attached to the shaft rotated by 30° relative to each other. The blade edges are attached to adjacent discs through the angle tops so that given the turn of the discs it is 90°. This provides reduction of angles α to 17° and increase in the angles β to 25°.

The operating tool comprises a shaft with rigidly fixed blades. Blades have rectilinear and elliptical cutting edges. The rear edge of each blade is made in the form of the elliptical curve and stretches via the spike of the blade and the rear end of its rectilinear edge. The direction of bulges in the elliptical and rear cutting edges is same, and their length is equal. Blades are fixed in pairs on opposite faces of the shaft with displacement by 90°. The spike of one blade and the rectilinear cutting edge of the other pair of blades are in the same plane perpendicular to the axial line of the shaft.

EFFECT: structural solution makes it possible to evenly till soil and provides for stable operation of a soil tillage device at slopes.

The tilling machine comprises a frame with a hitch device and the support wheels, two symmetrically mounted rotating working bodies with elliptical discs, hydraulically driven by hydraulic motors mounted inside the hollow drum on a fixed support in the form of a channel with short shelves. On the shaft of the hydraulic motor a drive pinion is mounted engaged with toothed wheel with internal teeth rigidly connected to the drum. In the outer end of the drum is made with a bearing assembly is made with a trunnion welded to the support. The inner end of the drum is closed by a motionless disc. Along the perimeter of the disc the balls (rollers) are placed. The hydraulic cylinder and rods with cardan hinges or loops of the rope set the angle of attack of the working bodies. The hydraulic motor with dual pulley with the ropes and hydraulic hitch system turn the working bodies to the transport position.

EFFECT: constructive solution is aimed at improving working bodies drive, enables to change angle of attack during the movement of the device, and is aimed at reducing width of the tilling machine in transport position.

SUBSTANCE: cultivator tine is proposed that can perform deep plowing of soil by rotating in the other direction in addition to regular plowing of soil, performed by rotating in one direction. The cultivator tine comprises a base part attached to the cultivator shaft, and a blade housing extending from the base part and curving in opposite direction of rotation of the cultivator shaft, and the blade housing consists of a straightline flat part extending from the base part so that it is flush with the base part, and a part bending from the distal end of the straightline flat part in the direction of the cultivator shaft. A wedge-shaped edge part having an end surface on the side opposite the direction of rotation of the cultivator shaft, is formed as the top at the distal end of the curved part and the curved part is formed so that an imaginary line passing through the central axis of the cultivator shaft and the perpendicular line of beginning of the bending of the curved part on the side view, crosses the curved part. The rotary device comprises left and right cultivator shafts. The shafts are equipped with the cultivator tines of the construction described above. The shafts are arranged with the ability to replace each other to enter the cultivator tines into the soil with the edge parts.

EFFECT: claimed constructive implementation of the rotary device and the cultivator tine enables to ensure deep plowing of the soil when rotated in different directions.
