For the purpose of utilizing the liquid fraction of the manure drains from pig-breeding farms, reducing the concentration of organic and inorganic pollutants, the aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite is introduced in the active chlorine concentration equal to 185 g/l, equivalent to the sum of the concentration of organic components. Thereinafter carbonic acid is added until the neutral acidity of the medium is achieved, and then the cleaned sewage is mixed with the river water at the ratio of 1:10 and discharged into a river basin.
EFFECT: invention allows to process the liquid fraction of manure drains from a pig-breeding complex and to bring these drains to sanitary standards.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fertiliser compositions and methods. A fertiliser composition contains suitable amounts of mineral fertiliser, selected from a group consisting of gypsum, one or more members of the kieserite group, potassium-magnesium sulphate, elementary sulphur and mixtures thereof, and a copolymer which is in contact with said mineral fertiliser, where said copolymer is selected from a group consisting of copolymers of acids or salts, containing separate amounts of maleic and itaconic fragments. A soil fertilisation method includes a step of adding the fertiliser composition to the soil. A method of producing the fertiliser composition includes steps of providing an amount of mineral fertiliser and at least partially coating said mineral fertiliser with a copolymer, wherein said copolymer is in an aqueous dispersion having pH of approximately 0.1 to 2, and said dispersion is substantially allowed to dry so that the dry residue of the aqueous dispersion is in contact with the mineral fertiliser, and where said copolymer is present in such a concentration that assimilation of the sulphate and/or calcium and/or magnesium ion by plants is greater than corresponding assimilation of the mineral fertiliser without a coating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method of producing organomineral fertiliser includes treating, during granulation, mineral fertiliser with an aqueous solution, wherein the mineral fertiliser is treated with a solution of sodium benzoate in deionised water, in which a Yucca Schidigera extract and a humic plant preparation are added while stirring constantly; the obtained solution is then mixed with a dispersant NF; the obtained mixture is sprayed on the mineral fertiliser in a granulator using hot compressed air, after which the end product is cooled and packed. The organomineral fertiliser obtained using the present method contains a Yucca Schidigera extract, a humic plant preparation, sodium benzoate, a dispersant NF, residual water and mineral fertiliser. All components are taken in a defined ratio.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a highly effective, ecologically clean fertiliser with high strength and stability during storage, which considerably reduces consumption of mineral fertiliser without risking lower crop yield or considerably increases yield with the same application rate and improves the environment in agriculture.

The air biosoil - an artificial soil consists of large clumps of 2-10 mm in size, uniformly distributed over the volume, the small clumps of 0.1-0.3 mm in size, and the ultrafine clumps of up to 10 microns, with a total porousness of at least 40%, with a content of organic matter of not less than 20%, the acidity of pH 6-8, having a colour from light brown to black, containing microflora characteristic to wild black soil. The method of air biosoil preparation consists in the fact that waste products of animals and other organo-mineral wastes are mixed, peat, scanty soil and other filling materials are added, the resulting mixture is crushed to obtain at least 40% of small clumps, 1-5% of mixture is selected and passed through a disintegrator to obtain ultrafine clumps, they are mixed with the rest of the mixture, the concentrated soil solution is added in an amount of 1-3% by volume of the mixture, then the sorbent additives are added to provide porousness of at least 40%, the mixture is stirred by pouring to the containers with the displaced centre of gravity to ensure homogeneity , the mixture is placed into a fixed container and maintained at an optimum temperature within 20-37°C for at least 24 hours.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method of environmentally friendly bioconversion of superfine metallurgical industry wastes containing heavy metals comprises creation of mixtures based on sand, metallurgical sludge, peat and calcium carbonate for growing plants, and for bioconversion the plants of fodder beet (Beta vulgaris L.), large-flowered flax (Linum grandiflorum), sweet corn (Zea Mays) and rapeseed (Brassica napus) are used.
EFFECT: invention enables to simplify the technology of obtaining organo-mineral fertilisers for agriculture in the process of biological recovery of metal production wastes.
SUBSTANCE: chicken manure and peat, taken in the ratio of 50:50, are shredded to particle-size composition of less than 10 mm. The shredded components are stirred and alkalified with 0.5% aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide in an amount of 1.5 l per 1 kg of the mixture at 20-22°C for 24 hours. Wheat bran is added into the resulting primary biofertiliser in an amount of 3 wt % and stirred. The first stage of the mixture bioconversion is carried out at 36-39°C for 96 hours. Then the second stage of bioconversion is carried out at 55-60°C for 24 hours. At that every 24 hours the mixture is purged with air in the longitudinal and transverse directions for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of application by improving the survival of microorganisms, increase in biological activity of the soil, and improvement of consumer properties of the biofertiliser obtained.

SUBSTANCE: method of preparing biocompost from organic wastes lies in the fact that two modes of ventilation are carried out in it. In the first mode, with the variable flow rate, the air from the exhaust system of the fermenter is fed to air-air heat exchanger through which the fresh air is passed. In the second mode, with the constant maximum flow rate, the exhaust air is discharged directly into the environment, and the outdoor air through the secondary circuit of the heat exchanger and the inflow system is fed into the fermentable biomass. The transition from the first mode to the second is carried out after reaching the temperature of the fermented biomass of 65-70°C. The temperature, humidity and oxygen content in the fresh air and the exhaust window of the ventilation system are periodically measured. According to the measured information the state of the fermented biomass is assessed, and the optimal programs of changing the air flow rate are formed, which ensures a minimum heating time of the fermented biomass. The device comprises a fermenter with a perforated bottom, a ventilation system equipped with a air-air heat exchanger with a bypass tee at the inlet and the controlled valve changing the direction of flow, sensors of temperature, humidity and oxygen content, mounted at the inlet and outlet of the ventilation system, and an automatic control device which inlet is connected to the sensors of temperature, humidity and oxygen content, and which outlet is connected to the controlled drive of the forced fan and the drive of the controlled valve.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of fertilisers based on wastes of processing plant raw materials. The method of bioconversion of wastes of the industrial production of saponins from the Saponaria Officinalis root is proposed. The method comprises preparing an initial mixture, loading the mixture into the bioreactor and performing the bioconversion process with the aeration of the mixture. The plant wastes of the production of saponins are subjected to bioconversion in the mixture containing peat and bird droppings, with the ratio of components peat:bird droppings: plant wastes - (13%-25%):50%:(25%-50%). SUBSTANCE: method of production of biofertiliser comprises obtaining of bio-mixture by adding microbial cultures Pseudomonas sp. 114 deposited in the RNCIM under the number of B-5060, and Azotobacter chroococcum B-35deposited in the RNCIM under the number of B-6010, with a titre of 108 cells/ml at a ratio of 2:1 on a dry combined carrier with the rate of 60 ml per 1 kg and stirring. The carrier is used as cellulose-containing substance such as sunflower or rice husks and mineral-containing component such as perlite, taken in the ratio of 1:3 by weight, then the bio-mixture is applied to the floor of poultry premises at a dose of 30-70 g per 1 m2 at a humidity of the carrier of 15-20%, then the bio-mixture with the wastes of poultry premises is collected while accumulated and stored in piles.
EFFECT: invention enables to accelerate the process of bioconversion with simultaneous increasing the biological activity of the conversion product and environmental safety.
