FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: connector is designed for mounting the multiwire conductors by crimping, to create the core deformation during the crimping and to achieve the required mechanical strength of the connection. The single wire, which end, protected from the insulation, bends to form the loop and provides the loop width exceedance over the doubled core diameter at 5-20% and it is serviced with the space inside the loop filling with solder. The equality condition of the loop width and the contact shank inner diameter is fulfilled.

EFFECT: possibility to repair and modify the cable network in the part of the soldered connectors replacement for crimping ones.

SUBSTANCE: external cartridge is manufactured with a puncheon, arranged along its central axis, and an internal cartridge is made with sectors around an axial hole. SUBSTANCE: flexible current lead, mainly for open ferroalloy furnaces, includes slots in tips, holes in tips and packs of bands; at that, each tip and packs of bands are connected to each other by means of pins by applying deforming force to them on the level of cold welding, and connection of tips to outputs of transformer and furnace. All bands or some part of bands in each pack in current lead is made from aluminium or aluminium alloy, and the other part, at least one lower band is made from stronger conducting material, for example from copper; at that, bands are coated with high-temperature insulation from organosilicon varnish, and packs of bands in each tip are located in cross section on vertexes of triangle.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is meant for use in permanent contact joints of electrical devices using radial pressing method of a cable or current conductor with a terminal electric contact, where there is need for provision of mechanical characteristics with a static load besides the required electrical parametres through the obtained joint. Deforming radial pressing is uniformly distributed on several deforming surfaces of an instrument with a given shape, repeating the shape of a deformed tip, installed such that, there is free discharge of excess metal, the deformation process ends when a given pressure value P is achieved, related to the maximum allowable Pmax in the following relationship Pmax>P>0.9 Pmax The number of deforming surfaces is determined from a certain relationship between the external diametre D, of the tip and the number of the said surfaces N, and the radial width of one surface is calculated using a certain formula.

EFFECT: obtaining a connection which can support a static load of up to 90% ultimate tensile strength of the entire conductor, independent of dimensions and dimensional tolerance of work pieces, where there is possibility of moulding multi- and single-strand cables and conductors.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the proposed invention, tool (1) to squeeze cable end contact (34) allows the latter to receive, simultaneously, cable bare conductor and insulated cable part. The squeezing tool comprises the first squeezing stage to squeeze the said contact of cable conducting wire and cable insulating sheath, and appliances (2, 4) to simultaneously actuate the first and second squeezing stages. SUBSTANCE: for using in electric engineering. According to the method, the simultaneous crimping of connectors to wires by applying continuous uniform pressure in the crimping zone is provided. In the embodiment according to the invention crimping is carried out with a tool comprising two housings (21s, 21i), each of which has a base wall (P1) forming the inner side (F1) provided with transverse ribs (N1, N2, N3). Each housing (21s, 21i) comprises inturned edges (B1) as well, perpendicular to the walls (P1) to form an internal space (E1).
