SUBSTANCE: providing a steel mould for the inner hemisphere, consisting of a base on which a core is mounted that forms the inner surface of the inner hemisphere and a body that forms the outer surface of the inner hemisphere. In this case, a core valve for the inner hemisphere is installed in the core of the steel mould, which includes a Schrader valve made of corrosion-resistant steel. And the mortgage valve is fixed with the fingers and the bar on the body of the mould for the inner hemisphere, and the outer surface of the embedded valve is degreased and covered with an adhesive. Then, by the method of free casting, a polyurethane material is poured into the special hole of the steel mould of the inner hemisphere and an internal hemisphere is made. In the same way, a second inner hemisphere is produced, after which the finished product is removed from the mould and grinded to the desired roughness, glued together into a single inner sphere. In this case, the gluing line is cleaned mechanically, heated to the specified temperature, degreased and then applied to the polyurethane bonding line of the base material of the internal hemispheres. Further, the inner hemispheres are joined along the gluing line and finally cleaned along the gluing line. Then, to obtain a spherical two-layer article, the inner sphere is installed in a steel mould, which consists of a casing and a base. The inner sphere is fixed in a steel casting mould with the help of axes: the upper and lower, the centralizer and the bar. Then the method of free casting through the holes in the centralizer is poured polyurethane into the steel mould, then the finished product is removed from the steel mould and cleaned to the specified roughness.

Working surfaces of said mould-halves are provided with recesses to receive layer to be fitted therein. Working surfaces of said mould-halves are provided with marks for reinforcing guides for monolayer material and through holes for multilayer blank laid therein.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed mold is intended for moulding plastic product made up of at least two adjacent parts (15,16) from two plastic materials of different types and/or colors welded- or glued together. Proposed mould comprises forming chamber (1) limited by, at least two irregular walls (3, 4) and, at least, one extending partition (5) to divide mould chamber (2) into at least two compartments (6, 7), plastic material being fed separately into both. Aforesaid partition (5), when extended, comprises nonlinear rib (13) to interact with wall (4) of chamber (2). Aforesaid partition comprises multiple butt-jointed panels (10, 11, 12), either extended or pushed in. These panels can change the shape of nonlinear rib to have it mating the shape of second wall (3) in chamber (2). Proposed injection method comprises moving at least one extending partition (5) of mould (1) to produce at least two moulding compartments, filling at least first compartment (6) with plastic material of first type to be cooled therein. Consecutive motion of panels (10,11,12) of at least one extending partition (5) is displaced in pushed-in position. Now, second compartment (7) is filled with plastic material of second type to be cooled therein. Now the product is taken out of the mould.

FIELD: production of sealing gaskets made out of elastomers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of manufacture of sealing gaskets and may be used for production of sealing gaskets made out of elastomers. The method of manufacture of a sealing gasket made out of an elastomer with a filler with a density higher or lower, than the density of elastomer and at the filler non-uniform distribution along the sealing gasket cross-sections provides for performance of preparation of a mixture consisting of components of an elastomer and a filler, agitation of the mixture with its following casting in a sealing gasket mold having a working edge. In the case of manufacture of a sealing gasket with a filler of a higher density the mold is placed with its working edge in its lower part, and at manufacture of a sealing gasket with a filler of a lower density - in its upper part. At that before the casting process the mixture is exposed to aging within the given interval of time. The method ensures production of sealing gaskets with the given distribution along its cross-section of physical-mechanical properties depending on conditions of operation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of manufacture of sealing gaskets and may be used for production of sealing gaskets made out of elastomers. The method of manufacture of a sealing gasket made out of an elastomer with a filler with a density higher or lower, than the density of elastomer and at the filler non-uniform distribution along the sealing gasket cross-sections provides for performance of preparation of a mixture consisting of components of an elastomer and a filler, agitation of the mixture with its following casting in a sealing gasket mold having a working edge. In the case of manufacture of a sealing gasket with a filler of a higher density the mold is placed with its working edge in its lower part, and at manufacture of a sealing gasket with a filler of a lower density - in its upper part. At that before the casting process the mixture is exposed to aging within the given interval of time.
