SUBSTANCE: multilayer structure contains a printing film and a pre-pressable film. The printing film comprises a printing layer and a carrier layer. In one embodiment, the print film further comprises an adhesive layer. In another embodiment, the print film further comprises an anti-adhesive patch. The printing layer comprises a polymeric material and a silicone additive. The material to be pre-pressed contains a polymeric material. The material to be pre-pressed may further comprise a functional material.

EFFECT: environmentally friendly multi-layer structure provides improved printing properties.

FIELD: printing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a printing material with a thermally transferred pattern for the protection against forgery, a special foil for thermal transfer and a manufacturing method of such a printing material. The method involves the following stages: arbitrary application of fibres on foil with an adhesive so that the foil for thermal transfer can be obtained; scanning and receiving the information characterising arbitrary distribution of the fibres; and storage of specific information in a data base of a computer-aided system of requests for the protection against forgery, which is connected to a telephone network and/or the Internet for public familiarisation and check of authenticity. By using the applicable methods and equipment for thermal transfer, the manufacturer of the printing material can manufacture the printing material with the protection against forgery, which has a local pattern, by means of thermal transfer with the thermal transfer foil. This invention makes a break-through in the area referring to the "pattern" in the existing state of the art and proposes one more new technical measure for the protection against forgery using fibres.

EFFECT: this invention saves enormous investments in special equipment, simplifies the production process, improves the production efficiency and reduces production costs.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of protective films applied on valuable documents or data carriers. This film features the following structure: a) first carrier substrate; b) first lacquer layer hardened by radiation and including active optical structure; c) first metal layer; d) protective lacquer layer; e) gluing layer; f) second carrier substrate; g) second lacquer layer hardened by radiation; h) second metal layer. If necessary, this film comprises protective lacquer layer (i) and glue coat (k). Note here that adhesion between g) and h) or f) and g) is notably higher than that between the other layers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a security element having the following layers: a) a substrate, b) a first lacquer layer having a diffraction-optically active structure containing a hologram, a surface relief, a diffraction structure, a diffraction grating or kinegram, c) a second lacquer layer, e) an adhesive coating. In case of an attempt at tempering with the security element, the first lacquer layer (b) separates from the second lacquer layer (c) and the optically active structure entering the first lacquer layer (b) in both the separated first lacquer layer and the second lacquer layer remaining on the protected object becomes visible as a negative.

EFFECT: disclosed security element provides unambiguous determination of tempering with the security element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a security element, in particular to security labels or adhesive tapes. The security element comprises the following layers: a) a substrate-carrier; b) a reflecting layer or layer with a high refractive index; c) a partial separation layer of varnish; d) the adhesive intermediate coating applied to the entire surface; e) the adhesive layer applied on the entire surface where the adhesive coating d) is in those places where there is no separation layer of varnish c), adhesion of the layer b) with the substrate-carrier a) is disturbed, and in case of attempt to manipulate due to separation of the layer b) it is separated from the substrate-carrier a) in those areas where there is no separation layer of varnish c).

EFFECT: proposed security element provides ease of detection of manipulation with it.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of making a label consists of adjacent bottom layer of magnetic vinyl, middle layer of sheet material with a pattern on the outer surface and an adhesive coating on its bottom surface, and a top polymer layer. The first layer of the label is connected by adhesive forces to the second layer of the label, on top of which a transparent liquid polymer is deposited. During the polymerisation process, the label is held on a flat horizontal ferromagnetic base. Boundaries of the middle layer of the label are displaced inside the boundaries of its bottom layer. At least one closed region is formed on the solid surface of the transparent polymer, the region being bounded by a layer of hydrophobic substance, inside of which at least one layer of liquid polymer is deposited. The label is held during the process of polymerising each layer of the liquid polymer.

EFFECT: high strength, longevity and moisture protection of the label, wider range of labels owing to higher prominence of structural layers.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to method of fabricating laminar material for labels. Proposed method comprises producing transparent polymer film 2a with first and second surfaces. Printing is made on second surface of said transparent polymer film. Method includes introducing substrate 6 including separation surface 6a and sole layer of dry adhesive 2c on said separation surface. Then, dry adhesive surface is activated to make it sticky. Thereafter, sticky adhesive on separation surface is attached to second surface of transparent polymer film.

EFFECT: simplified procedure, excluding one layer of transparent film and one layer of laminating adhesive.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of shrinkable polymer labels, particularly to preparation of a film composition. The composition contains (a) a high-impact polystyrene component (HIPS) with a block-copolymer grafted to the polystyrene, (b) 10-50 wt % general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) and (c) approximately 2-80 wt % styrene block-copolymer. Component (a) contains a grafted rubber component which is a styrene block-copolymer and a rubber-like diene with conjugated double bonds from 1 to 7 wt % of the weight of the HIPS; less than 10 wt % concentration of gel, defined by extraction of the methylethylketone/methanol mixture. The average particle size of the rubber is less than 1 mcm and 0.01 mcm or more. Approximately 40-90 vol % of the rubber particles have diametre approximately less than 0.4 mcm and approximately 10-60 vol % of the rubber particles have diametre of approximately 0.4-2.5 mcm. Most of the rubber particles have a nucleus-shell morphology and said particles are in concentration of 10-70 wt % of the total weight of the polymer composition, and 1-5 wt % of the rubber-like diene of the total weight of the polymer composition.

EFFECT: film made from said composition has ratio of directed length to non-directed length in the direction of the greatest drawing at least equal to 3:1 and enable increase in size by 20% in the direction of less stretching at 110C.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of pressure-sensitive glue and versions of method of thereof obtaining on the basis of biological raw material. Method of glue obtaining consists in the fact that reaction of epoxidised natural oil or fat with, at least, one alcohol, or amine, or aminoalcohol, or with their combination is performed. First reaction component is obtained by epoxidation of natural oil or fat.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to elaborate economically profitable method of obtaining glue, capable of biological decomposition.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an adhesive tape, method of its manufacturing and method of automatic roll replacement. An adhesive tape (10) for use in devices with automatic roll replacement, including a double-sided adhesive tape (100) and a separated tape (200) from several self-adhesive layers. To produce an adhesive tape, which provides for easy and reliable application without sticking to the rear side of the upper layer of the roll material, at least the third self-adhesive layer (230) of the separated tape (200) has smaller width compared to a fixing layer (220) of the separated tape (200). Thus practically non-sticky area (240) is produced on the lower surface (212) of the separated layer (210). The method to manufacture an adhesive tape consists in fixation of different layers and making a gash of the third self-adhesive layer (230) of the separated tape (200). The method of automatic roll replacement consists in connection of wound roll material with other roll material and attachment of the adhesive tape to the end of the upper web of the wound roll material.

EFFECT: invention provides for easy and reliable application of adhesive tape in devices with automatic roll replacement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a foam composite element, comprising the steps of providing a cover layer, the applying of a bonding agent and the applying of a foam material layer comprising polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate to the bonding agent. The bonding agent is selected from at least one compound selected from the group comprising polyetherpolyol (B.1), polyurea dispersion (B.3) and polyesterpolyol (B.4), wherein polyetherpolyol (B.1) is selected fro a group consisting of polyoxypropylene polyol, polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethilene polyol and polyether carbonate polyol. The invention also relates to the foam composite elements obtained by means of the method according to the invention.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive cushion based on epoxy resins and glass fibre cloth, used to produce multilayer printed-circuit boards. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laminar materials for packages, particularly, to production of laminar re-sealing material. This material comprises substrate ply, soldering ply and glue ply arranged there between. Glue ply represents a thermal adhesive or pressure-sensitive glue with shear rate of 10-150 min at 40C at the load of 1000 g at 40C on test site of 12.5 mm 25 mm. Soldering ply comprises PE copolymer ply and, if required, extra PET, PE ply, say, LDPE and/or PP. This process allows application of thermal adhesive or pressure-sensitive glue, then soldering ply in a single process to produce re-sealing laminar material. Said laminar material can be used as a re-sealing cover at, for example, packing pan.

EFFECT: ruled out film separation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining glue compositions, used in the production of adhesive polyvinylchloride (PVC) tapes, intended for wrapping gas- and oil-pipelines as an insulating and protective coating, as well as for carrying out repair works. The glue composition includes a perchlorovinyl resin, a plasticiser and an adhesion-improving additive. The composition additionally contains dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene or dichlorocyclopropanated syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in an amount from 1 to 15 wt.p. Dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene with the weight average molecular weight from 8000 to 120000 is used. A degree of dichlorocyclopropanation in dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene constitutes from 2.5 to 35.9%.

EFFECT: increased adhesion of an adhesive PVC tape to a metal surface.

The coating comprises at least two layers, where the lower layer, facing the silo, is a single-layer or multilayer synthetic film with oxygen permeability according to DIN 53380-3, at 23C and relative humidity of 50% of not more than 500 cm3/(m2 day bar) and steam permeability according to ISO 15106-3, at 23C and relative humidity of 85% of at least 5 g/(m2 day), which, in one interlayer, contains a total of at least 50 wt % of one or more materials selected from a group which includes a polyamide, a copolyamide, a polyester, a copolyester, a polyethylene-vinyl alcohol, a polyvinyl alcohol and mixtures thereof, and at least a second layer over the second layer and separated therefrom, or easily separated, or self-separating, said second layer consisting of at least 70 wt % of materials selected from a group which includes polyethylene, polypropylene, copolymers of ethylene and other vinyl monomers, as well as copolymers of propylene and other vinyl monomers. The coating has Dart Drop according to ISO 7765-1 method A of at least 300 g.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce a reusable silo coating with low material consumption, while providing mechanical strength and protection from drying.
