SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spherical double-base moderated powder for small arm cartridges, namely automatic weapon and rifle cartridges of caliber from 5.45 to 12.7 mm. The powder consists of spheroidal granules with a phlegmatized surface layer and contains an energy base - nitrocellulose and nitroglycerin, a phlegmatizer-centralite No. 1, dibutyl phthalate and/or dioctyl phthalate, and/or diethyl hexyl phthalate and/or triethylene glycol dimethacrylate and/or oligoester acrylate, a solvent - ethyl acetate, stabilizator of chemical resistance - diphenylamine and water at a certain ratio of components. Wherein the thickness of the phlegmatized surface layer is 15.5-30% of the thickness of the combustible arch. The ratio of the diameter of the powder granule to the thickness of the combustible arch is from 1.0 to 2.05. The density of loading the cartridge with spherical moderated powder is from 0.85 to 1.15 g/cm3.

EFFECT: increased speed of the bullet without increasing the maximum pressure of the powder gases.

SUBSTANCE: method of phlegmatizing comprises preparing a 1.5-3.5% aqueous phlegmatizing emulsion by stirring with water of the phlegmatizer in the presence of hide glue, making the suspension of powder in a reactor with a stirrer, adding the resulting phlegmatizing emulsion into the powder suspension, treatment the suspension of powder with the phlegmatizing emulsion. The powder comprises 20-38 wt % nitro-glycerine. FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to throwing charges. Modular charge comprises unplasticised cellulose nitrates (CN), water soluble polymer binder, diphenylamine (DPA) and, possibly, energy-saturated bilk (based on nitroglycerine, highly etherified CN, DPA and centralite II) and active filler of high explosives and/or high explosive powders and/or powder crumb. Proposed method comprises making of binder solution, DGA solution of ethyl alcohol and, possibly, active filler. Said components are mixed using the energy saturated bulk or without it to produce press-bulk. Moisture content of the latter is decreased by drying or by direct removal of excess liquid phase therefrom at pelletising in pelletiser. Charges from dried or pelletised press-bulk are compacted by keeping at pressure with simultaneous discharge of excess liquid phase from the mould. After two-stage moisture removal, block articles are subjected to surface coating with thin ply of energy active material of diluted CN solution in organic solvents.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial explosive substances (IES) based on powders, used as well charges in the mining industry and construction. The composition contains, wt %: as a sensibiliser, utilised ballistite solid rocket fuel or ballistite powder based on nitro-glycerine, in the form of chips with dimensions from 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm, with the number of particles, which are not larger than 5.0 mm, being not less than 60 wt %, the surface of which in the process of crushing is covered with a silicon oil film, in an amount of 3-10% of the sensitiser weight - 35-60. As an oxidiser the composition contains granulated or crushed ammonium nitrate 40-65, and as liquid fuel, industrial oil, instrument oil, rapeseed oil, black oil or Diesel fuel 3-15 above 100 wt %. The composition is intended for carrying out explosive works on the ground surface, by a method of well charges in the temperature range of the environment from minus 50 to plus 50°C, in wells of any degree of water cuttings, including with flowing water.

EFFECT: invention ensures an increased level of IES application safety, on the basis of utilised ballistite solid rocket fuels and powders, containing nitro-glycerine, due to the prevention of nitro-glycerine exudation on the surface of the powder elements, as well as ensures physical stability, increased energy and ecological characteristics of IES due to the balance of content of the oxidiser and fuel and optimisation of dimensions of the powder particles.
