SUBSTANCE: device for creating and cleaning an air flow from impurities contains a settling chamber with inlet and outlet nozzles, a counterflow louvered dust collector with an outlet nozzle, a removal device and a separation wall, a cross flow fan located between the settling chamber and the dust remover and having a blade wheel, a curvilinear and rectilinear parts of the housing. The designed louvered rectilinear part of the housing with the separation wall of the fan forms its outlet channel, the inlet window of the fan is located in the outlet nozzle of the settling chamber, the separation wall is part of the wall separating the settling chamber from the dust collector, and the outlet channel of the fan is connected with a discharge countercurrent louvered nozzle. The rectilinear louvered part of the fan housing with respect to its curvilinear part is turned towards the settling chamber, the discharge louvered countercurrent nozzle has a convergent shape, its outer wall is made louvered, parallel to the rectilinear part of the fan housing and is displaced relative to the settling chamber, and the separation partition of the dust collector chamber is made louvered.

EFFECT: increased cleanliness of the air flow and reduced energy spent on cleaning the air from impurities.

The vibro-pneumatic separator comprises a housing provided with a receiving hopper, a vacuum chamber, a divider of fluidised layer, receivers of seed fractions, a direct-flow deck, which is rigidly fixed to the oscillating supports, and drive of the vibro-pneumatic separator. The vibro-pneumatic separator is equipped with two electric motors made in the form of three-phase linear asynchronous motors and the control unit of motors, which input is connected to the three-phase AC network. The electric motors are located opposite the receiving hopper with the ability of linearly progressive motion, at that the secondary element of the motors is a thrust rigidly connected to the housing and located on the drive side. The motor windings are connected to the output of the motor control unit.

The pneumatic system of grain cleaner comprises aspirating channels of preliminary and basic cleanings, a sediment chamber, a cross flow fan, a throttle valve to control the air speed in the aspirating channels, a charge distributor, a feeding roller, an inertial dust collector with two parallel functioning louver-counterflow cleaners, and general dust-collecting chamber, the devices of discharge of cleaned grains and wastes. The dust-collecting chamber of the inertial dust collector is provided with a vertical partition mounted on the axis of its symmetry and with a gap relative to the upper wall, equal to the 1-3 heights of output windows of the louver-counterflow cleaners.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry. The separator of grain mixture comprises a receiving-loading device 1 connected through a window 2 with a separating channel 3 connected with the upper part to the chamber 4 of receiving light impurities. In the upper part of the chamber 4 of receiving light impurities a diametrical fan 5 is mounted. The discharge pipe of the fan 5 by means of air supply channel 6 is connected to a lower part of the separating channel 3, in which the device 7 of the output of clean grain is located. In the air supply channel 6 the throttle 8 is placed. In the lower part of the separating channel 3 a screw conveyor 9 is mounted. Under the screw 9 the sieve 10 is coaxially located. Sectional area of the lower part of the separating channel 3 is greater than the sectional area of its upper part. In the separating channel 3 between the window 2 and the screw 9 a guide element 11 is mounted.

Its comprises receiving-distributing device, main air separation channel, main settling chamber with throttling rotary baffle, main circulation channel, screw arranged at bottom of the main settling chamber and extra closed air system including extra air separation channel with feeder, extra settling chamber, extra circulation channel and rotary blower shared by both closed air systems. Said main and extra closed air systems are separated by common wall dividing rotary blower in two isolated lengthwise parts. One part relates to the main closed air system while another one relates to extra closed air system. Aforesaid screw extends via common wall into extra closed air system wherein screw helical edge penetrates into extra system feeder.

Proposed complex comprises rock feed vibrating screen with solid sheet secured to its underscreen frame, chamber with separation walls provided with rotary appliances and accumulation funnels for sixing rocks, compressed air feed source to feed compressed air into said chamber at acute angle to screen surface, suction branch pipe arranged at chamber top and communicated via pipeline with compressed air source suction branch pipe. Compressed air source is made up of two blower or one compressor. Separation walls are made up of tubes consisting of two vertical sections arranged on sides of the chambers and end horizontal section arranged at their top part and provided with lengthwise slot-like cutout and web at its center. Slot-like cutout is directed from sieve. Tube top horizontal and vertical sections are interconnected via detachable curved branch pipes provided with flanges. Identical branch pipes are arranged under tube vertical sections and articulated to complex frame to allow tube to turn in vertical plane. Every tube is covered by sheet on sieve side secured on vertical sections. Sheet top section represents inclined nose covering in plan the tube horizontal section. Nose inclination angle α to horizon is taken to exceed angle of rock mass friction against node outer surface. Separation wall height h decreases as walls move off from sieve at pitch I. Every tube with complex frame is articulated by tie rods with hinged and screw coupling while, on both sides, it is connected by corrugated branch pipes and airflow control valves with blower pressure tubes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a moisture separator for use at a power plant for generation of power, including steam turbines. The device comprises a body with an inlet for gas, or steam, or a flow (1) of vapour, a packet (2) of guide plates (3) inside the body. Guide plates (3) are arranged vertically in parallel to each other and are identically spaced from each other. Each guide plate (3) includes a corrugate part (3a, 3b), located closer to the specified inlet for gas or flow of steam, and a part (4) of the outlet edge, arranged opposite to the inlet. The outlet edge (4) of one or more guide plates (3) includes a facility for collection of moisture on the surface (4a, 4b) of the outlet edge and its direction to the lower end of the guide plate (3). The facility for collection of moisture on the surface (4a, 4b) of the outlet edge is made in the form of a U-shaped bent elements on the outlet edge or a clamp (5), attached to the outlet edge and covering the end surface and the surface (4a, 4b) of the outlet edge.

EFFECT: collection facility at the outlet edge helps to increase total efficiency of moisture separation in a moisture separator and reduction of risk of steam turbine damage, driven by steam flow.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gas, gas-processing, chemical, oil industry and can be used in processes and devices for separation of liquid and mechanical impurity from gas flow. The method of separation of gas comprises the supply of mix through a branch pipe of the device at a rate of 10 m/s minimum with the unidirectional transfer of the mix into open volumetric inertial gas-distributing device, supply of liquid drops and mechanical impurity with a part of gas into channels for extraction of liquid and impurity with radial extraction of previously separated gas from the volume inertial gas-distributing device towards the direction opposite to the flow supplied into it with subsequent gas supply to the following separation section. The gas-liquid flow rate is decreased repeatedly. At first the gas-liquid flow is directed from the one-flow input of mix to radial multi-flow with simultaneous separation of liquid with impurity. Then the flow is directed to a rope porous headpiece where it is oscillated, meanwhile the liquid is selected by cords, and then centrifugal separation is performed or centrifugal mass exchange with liquid which is separated simultaneously after that it is separated by means of passing through headpieces with diagonally corrugated surfaces, then through nozzles with diagonally located ledges. The gas separation device comprises the housing with branch pipes for mix input, output of separated phases and separation sections located in the housing and the volumetric inertial gas-distributing device. The volumetric inertial gas-distributing device is designed as a punched wedge-shaped housing with channels for passing of the separated mix with open base and top where the open base of the wedge-shaped housing forms with the mix input branch pipe the passes for recirculation gases, and the open top of the wedge-shaped housing is fixed in the drainage channel. The following is series installed between branch pipes of the gas-liquid mix inlet and the drained gas outlet - the volumetric inertial gas-distributing device, the rope porous headpiece fixed rigidly on the ends of the volume inertial gas-distributing device, the dish-shaped section of centrifugal separation or mass exchange with simultaneous separation, diagonally corrugated headpiece sections and/or sections made of sheets with fine-structured ledges with effective cross-sections for passing of gas-liquid flow widened from the first section to the last section.

EFFECT: creation of effective method and device for gas separation without filtering coalescing cartridges with self-cleaning of the preliminary separation system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in designing and updating of boiler and turbine equipment operated on high- and medium-pressure two-phase flows (superheated steam-solid particles) and on those of low-pressure (moist steam with fluid drops or films). This device comprises pipeline lower horizontal section with Venturi nozzle accommodated therein to make circular chamber of separation of its outer surface to house louvre stack and blading. Front part of said circular chamber communicates via pipeline with circular inlet diffuser while its mid part communicates with Venturi nozzle diffuser section inlet. Confuser and cylindrical parts of Venturi nozzle are shifted to pipeline top wall to increase inlet diffuser width at bottom section and to decrease its at pipeline top. Differ section of Venturi nozzle is shifted relative to cylindrical section to pipeline bottom wall to make confuser circular section width exceed that at its top. Circular separation chamber is divided into top and bottom parts. Note here that said louvre stack is inclined to pipeline inner surface in one plane while in lateral sectors it is inclined in two planes. Vaned distributor is arranged in separation chamber top part, its vanes being directed to separation chamber bottom louvre stack inlet. Channel for passage of major fragments to accumulator zone is made at louvre stack bottom zone. Circular chamber communicated with said accumulator is arranged at periphery of circular confuser channel.
