FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: safe electric detonator for the blasting-perforation equipment contains an power point installed in the socket, consisting of two contacts connected at the end by a resistance bridge, a cylindrical body, starting and main charges and a through axial channel. The through axial channel is made three-step and comprises a first channel part of a relatively small diameter and a second channel part of large diameter connected by a conical section. The through axial channel is filled with the main charge of blasting explosive of low density and on both sides it is covered with a sticky metalized tape, from one end of the body bushing is fixed by thread and fixed with a heat-resistant glue, which has a cylindrical socket with an axial hole. The contacts of the power point are made in the form of a central and external contacts separated by a dielectric bushing. The socket cavity is filled with the starting charge of blasting explosive. On the other end of the body second cover is installed on the thread and fixed with a heat-resistant glue, contacting with a sticky metalized tape. The central contact is insulated from the body by dielectric tape with an adhesive layer. The ratio of the cross-sectional areas of the second large diameter part and the first small diameter part can be made in the range from 2 to 4. On the inner surface of the first part of the axial channel, the roughness is made by the height of the unevenness from 160 to 500 mcm. The roughness is made in class 1. The roughness is made in the form of a thread. In the starting charge of the blasting explosive, from 25 to 40% of the sensitizer can be introduced. As a sensitizer, quartz sand can be used. As a sensitizer, pounded glass can be used.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure absolute tightness under any operating conditions, the supply of electric current to the electric detonator without wires and the exclusion of operation from static electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detonating cords and can be used for accurate in time transfer of detonation to the explosive charges in devices of spherical implosion of explosion. The detonating tube comprises a shell and a charge of high explosive, at that the shell consists of two layers, namely the inner thin-walled layer of a polymer with a melting temperature higher than the melting temperature of the outer thick-walled layer. On the inner surface of the outer layer there are longitudinal, along the axis of the tube of the rib, inclined at an angle to the radius of the tube and the thickness of the ribs less than the wall thickness of the inner layer of the shell. There is vacuum between the layers.

EFFECT: solution provides transmission of detonation from the primary detonator to the secondary detonator, without causing predetonation of the explosive.

FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sticks for rock breaking. The stick comprises a crushing powder charge and a battery cup primer with the ignition powder charge in the sleeve of the ignition device, which has no mechanical strength which would be required for explosion of the ignition powder charge in open air when ignited. In the stick for rock breaking there is also a sleeve of the ignition unit, which surrounds the sleeve of the ignition device when the stick for rock breaking is charged. The unit that surrounds the crushing powder charge and which comprises a sleeve of the ignition device, and the sleeve of the ignition unit have together sufficient strength to produce sufficient pressure in the unit to blast the ignition powder charge and to form the flame jet, as well as the impact on the sleeve of the ignition unit by pressure and the flame jet, at that the said flame jet ignites the crushing powder charge.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce sticks that are able to be ignited without the use of detonator, containing any detonating substance.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial blasting means, namely detonator pellet, intended for initiation of hole charges in drilling and blasting works at mining enterprises. Detonator pellet for industrial blasting consists of charge of explosive substance in plastic shell, provided with canal and one or two sockets and made from injection moulding mixture of trotyl with pentaerythritol tetranitrate (TEN). Mixture contains 45-55% of TEN with specific surface from 1100 to 2400 cm2/g or 56-100 wt % of powder-like pentolite, made on such TEN, of total charge weight. TEN is produced directly in technological process or is obtained by mixing product with specific surface larger than 2400 cm2/g and smaller than 1100 cm2/g, and powder-like pentolite contains from 45 to 55 wt % or from 88 to 92 wt % of TEN, trotyl constituting the remaining part.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining charge of higher quality as to homogeneity, more technological in manufacturing and more reliable in exploitation.

FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: intermediate detonator for borehole charges comprises a dome-shaped fixator, which retains and protects a case with installed initiation facilities, an explosive and a cover. The fixator design has openings for shock-wave tubes of detonator caps and stops for a charging hose, which makes it possible to perform mechanised charging of a well with automatic feed of the hose, and side elastic stops on the fixator, making it possible to easily align the direction of displacement of the intermediate detonator when redirecting into the well and preventing its reverse movement.

EFFECT: creation of a cheap, reliable, tight, safe, convenient intermediate detonator for well charges fixed in a well with the help of a structure element, which is driven by a pulse from a detonator cap.

FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safe devices designed for electric initiation of liquid explosives, both individual and multi-component, such as anticlastic ones. A device comprises a hollow body providing for liquid explosives access inside a body, a resistive element connected to two electrodes in the form of conductors in insulation. One of electrodes is fixed in the body by means of its flattening at one end and when submerged into a liquid explosive is arranged at the bottom, the second electrode is arranged freely, at the same time comprises a unit, arranged inside the body, preventing approach of a resistive element to the inner surface of the body, at least at one side, to the distance below the thickness of the critical layer of liquid explosive detonation. As a unit on a conductor in insulation it is possible to install a bushing or a ball from a non-electroconductive material. And a resistive element may be a section of a conductor from a refractory metal.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of device actuation and to simplify its design.

FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to blasting operations, and namely to detonation systems intended for controlled detonation distribution from one or more initiating agents and initiation of several explosive charges or several places of one charge. It can be used in several spheres of blasting engineering to reduce the hazard of preparation of different explosive charges or devices containing them for explosion. The diagram of the controlled detonation logic chain consisting of the main channels on the basis of at least one AND logic element having at least two inputs and one output brought into action at least with one initiating agent connected to inputs of AND logic element also includes one controlled channel branching as per the number of AND logic elements. The controlled channel connects two points of one of the main chain channels led to each AND logic element so that its length is less than length of section of the main channel between those points.

EFFECT: improving reliability, shortening the time required for detonation transfer, improving the accuracy of calculation of detonation logic chain operating time owing to maintaining the integrity of the main chain channels.

FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: perforation system in a well comprises an electronic unit of time delay, including an input assembly, an electronic circuit of time delay, and an output assembly. The input assembly is activated by external control action, at the same time its element is displaced for activation of the electronic time delay circuit. The electronic circuit of time delay comprises a time delay device connected to a circuit of firing voltage. The electronic time delay circuit counts time delay, and after its completion it increases voltage, until the specified threshold voltage of firing is exceeded. After the threshold voltage of firing is exceeded, the trigger device switch shall be punched to transfer energy to an electric device with an initiating charge for initiation of an additional charge detonator in an output assembly. The additional charge detonator develops output of blasting energies to blast the next element of the explosive substance or propellant, such as a group of cumulative charges in the perforation system in the well.

EFFECT: increased reliability and flexibility of the well perforation system, high level of reliability at low price level and reduced complexity of manufacturing.

FIELD: miming.

SUBSTANCE: device for initiation of impact-wave pipe includes housing performed in a form of threaded connection of two parts, foundation and nozzle. At housing foundation there installed is dielectric bush with central contactor necessary for provision of plug-type connection with inner electrode of replaceable discharger that consists of outer electrode in a form of a bush with tip of conical shape. Inside the tip there installed are inner electrode and dielectric isolator with the possibility of generating electric discharge that initiates impact-wave pipe. Dielectric isolator is located between inner and outer electrodes. Inner electrode is performed in a form of a needle and projects in relation to outer electrode tip with formation of spark gap equal to 0.15 mm. Nozzle has a through hole for axial location of impact-wave pipe and replaceable discharger in it from opposite sides, replaceable discharger is fixed along central axis and through the pad, that provides tightness of plug-type connection from penetration of combustion products, it is pressed to housing foundation for provision of contact with replaceable discharger outer electrode.

EFFECT: reliable initiation of impact-wave pipe and possibility of faulty replaceable discharger quick change.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge case consists of the body and primer fitted therein. Primer consists of metal cap with percussion-type igniter fitted therein. Said cap is coated by sealing membrane. Dome-like three-lug anvil is arranged inside said cap. Said anvil contacts by its top with sealing membrane. Anvil lug bases thrusts against primer cap inner wall to get in tight contact with special circular ledge. Said ledge is arranged inside the case primer seat. Circular ledge diameter is smaller than primer seat diameter by fourfold thickness of primer cap wall plus 0.15 mm.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises case, hammer, product from high-explosive and cup. Percussion cup is equipped with cylindrical cartridge with central bore at bottom centre and taper expansion at top part accommodating said hammer. Hammer bottom is shaped to truncated cone. Percussion detonator has case cover. Cover top part has recess shaped to truncated cone with bottom in contact with said hammer. Cover bottom part lower edges are turned inward to tightly fit in circular ledge at case outer side. Cup arranged at case bottom opening accommodates two halves of aforesaid high explosive. Upper part of high explosive lower high-density half has the recess shaped to truncated cone while lo-density half fills the case inner volume between high explosive lower half upper part and circle. Said circle is pressed against cartridge bottom outer side. Batches of hexogen and quartz sand or broken glass, mixed partially or completely, are arranged in through opening on cartridge bottom side. Circular groove with resilient ring seal is fitted on detonator case sidewall outer side.

SUBSTANCE: production line of igniter capsules consists of mechanisms for arranging caps into group assemblies, dosing of percussion priming composition, cutting out protective circle, press for pressing in caps of doses of percussion priming composition and protective circles. Behind protective enclosures there arranged is supply conveyor of group assemblies interacting in turn with dosing mechanism of percussion priming composition, supply mechanism of perforated patch piece with protective circles and their supply to caps, press for joint pressing in caps of doses of percussion priming composition and protective circles, supply press of bumping hammers from perforated patch piece into caps, calibration press of igniter capsules as to height and mechanism for removing igniter capsules from group assemblies. At that, dosing mechanism of percussion priming composition interacts with loading mechanism of percussion priming composition, and igniter capsules removed from group assemblies are loaded to polishing mechanism. At that, conveyor of group assemblies interacts with mechanisms for arranging caps into group assemblies, cutting out protective circles, arranging bumping hammers into perforated patch pieces, cleaning of assemblies, which are arranged outside protective enclosures, and sequence of operation of the mechanisms is set with control device.

Said shaped recess arranged on percussion charge surface under protective cap accommodates bulk incendiary charge with high igniting ability and sensitivity to impact. Ratio between bulk incendiary charge height and total height of said shaped recess varies from 0.1 to1.0, while distance from shaped recess top to cap inner surface makes 0.05 to 0.6 mm.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impact fuse priming charges operated by preset mechanical force. Device casing comprises stepped cylindrical firing pin, deformable element, primer cap, axial channel, transfer charge and priming grain. Said firing pin is arranged on deformable element surface so that firing pin and step face surface are buried relative to casing face surface. Said firing pin is locked by nut in said casing to be screwed thereon and furnished with web with the hole that features diametre equal to smaller diametre of stepped cylindrical firing pin. Priming cap is made from high explosive with grain size of explosive crystalline particles making at least 0.2 mm, while transfer charge represents a grain made up of at least three weights of high explosive fitted in casing at normalised load.

FIELD: ignition devices of powder charge for small-arms cartridges.

SUBSTANCE: the primer cap has a single power body in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, positioned in which with a rest at its bottom is a shell with a charge of an ignition compound, having an axial recess hermetically sealed by a protective coating, and a metal anvil placed in an obturating cup rolled in by the edges of the side wall of the power body. The anvil is made with an inner tapered recess and working cone with a flat working platform touching the charge surface. The obturating cup is made in the form of a piston with a tapered bottom and central priming hole. The lateral priming hole in the anvil is made cylindrical, it is positioned between the working cone and the anvil side wall without opening of the latter, and oriented to the receiver cavity formed by a cylindrical recess over the working cone, inner tapered cavity and obturating cup. The smaller diameter of the inner cavity of the anvil relates to the diameter of the anvil working platform as 1:1.3...1.5).

SUBSTANCE: in the first embodiment of the detonation triode, consisting of the detonation channel with two inputs and the partition adjacent to it, separating the channel from the triggered explosive charge, the partition is a separator made in the form of stick of the explosive composition of less sensitivity than the explosive composition of the channel, with dimensions insufficient to trigger the stick at unilateral passage of the detonation along the channel within the size of the stick. In the second embodiment of the detonation triode, consisting of the detonation channel with two inputs and the partition adjacent to it separating the channel from the triggered explosive charge, the partition is a separator made in the form of a package of perpendicular to the axis of the channel alternating plates of the explosive composition and of the inert material. The thickness of each plate of the explosive composition is insufficient to trigger it at unilateral passage of the detonation along the channel, and the thickness of each inert plate is sufficient to trigger detonation in adjacent plates of the explosive composition in collision in front of its end of the detonation waves coming from the inputs of the channel.

EFFECT: increase in reliability, reduction of time of transmission of detonation, increase in accuracy of the calculation of time of the detonation triode through the use of a single detonation physico-chemical process.
