The first sealing configuration contains the first ring recess and the first ring tooth and the second sealing configuration contains the second ring recess and the second ring tooth. The second ring tooth is located within the first ring recess. The surface of the second ring tooth cooperates with the adjacent first ring protuberance surface, so as to define the first protuberance. The first ring tooth is located within the second ring recess. The surface of the first ring tooth cooperates with the adjacent second ring protuberance surface so as to define the second protuberance. The sections of the first sealing contact of the surfaces elements are axially spaced from the first and the second protuberances.

EFFECT: effective sealing and problems preventing in the area of high loads of the deformable central protuberance in the pipe elements joints.

A threaded pipe joint comprises a pin and a box, the pin is fitted by external thread mating the internal thread of the box, the profile shape of the internal and external threads is dovetail with stab and load flanks as well as flat recesses and crests, the width of internal thread lines is increasing in one direction on the box and the width of external thread lines is increasing in the opposite direction on the pin. The thread crests and flanks form seals preventing the fluid medium flow from leaking between them. The threaded joint comprises also fluoropolymer coating applied onto separate sections of the internal and external thread, and resin coating applied onto the internal and external thread sections without fluoropolymer coating. The fluoropolymer coating and resin coating together form a layer of almost equal thickness on the whole surface of the internal and external thread.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment and refers to threaded joint of mainly drill and casing pipes. The threaded joint consists of two parts: a pin and a coupling forming one outer or outer and inner thrust junction, and comprises a recess made along the helical thread line on the nonoperating side of its profile, the recess has constant width and maximal depth in the beginning of the screw first to the junction. The proposed joint is distinguished by the fact that the width m of the base formed at making the recess of a protrusion adjoining the operating side of the thread profile, is determined by the formula m=Sw·ka/π∙D, where: Sw - area of weak section of a joint part; ka - coefficient considering the portion of axial force of joint tightening which falls to the thread turn nearest to the thrust junction; D - average diameter of thread of a joint part. Additionally the joint is distinguished by the fact that provided with the second inner thrust junction in it, the recess depth is of maximal value in the beginning of the first thread turn at each thrust junction of the joint and is decreasing to zero by the middle of the thread length.

EFFECT: all other things being equal, tightening torque of the proposed joint is significantly greater than that of a standard joint, so it provides for higher endurance limit and reliability at sign altering loads.

SUBSTANCE: proposed joint comprises union and coupling with triangular taper thread made at their ends on inner and outer surfaces, thread taper equal to 1:8 and pitch equal to 8.467±0.05 mm. Union and coupling thread turn profile features thrust face inclination angle of 20-30 degrees and set face inclination angle of 35-44 degrees. Socket of thread turn profile is composed of ellipse arc described by equation x2a2+y2b2=1, where a is larger axis of ellipse and b is smaller axis. SUBSTANCE: connection contains mal and female elements with buttress conical trapezoidal threads and conical sealing surfaces and stop end surfaces at the ends of elements. Slope angle for bearing face of thread profile is from -4 up to +5°, slope angle of embedded face is 10-24°, taper ratio is 1:16. Tops and embedded faces of thread profile at connection screwing generate gaps in-between with width of 0.05-0.15 mm. Thread profiles of the male and female elements at the area of embedded face and top convergence is made rounded. At that radii of rounding are different for male and female elements. Stop end surfaces have angle of slope of 10-20° to normal line of the thread axial line. Slope angle of sealing surface of the male element is 13-18° to normal line of the thread axial line. Slope angle of sealing surface of the female element is 8-12°. At the female element at the area of thread tailing there is a circular groove (12) that forma cavity covering the first one and a half thread turns at the male element. At the tailing area of sealing surface and stop end surface there is a circular groove (14). The convergence area of sealing surface and stop end surface (14) of the female element and convergence area of sealing surface and tailing thread area of the male element are made rounded.

EFFECT: high leaktightness at impact of significant mechanical loads, wear resistance at multiple screwing and unscrewing and operation.

The thread on the male and female elements is fitted by cone sections, the pipe section before the first thread turn is additionally fitted by a lead-in rib made as a cone. Additional leakproofness of the threaded connection is achieved due to a rubber packing ring set after the outer thread of the male element and adjoining the smooth cylindrical part of the lead-in rib on the inner thread on the female element.

A threaded joint comprises the first component including a male end with threaded zone placed at the component's outer periphery surface, and the second component including a female end with threaded zone placed at the component's inner periphery surface. The threaded zone of the male end is screwed into the threaded zone of the female end. The threaded zones comprise the respective male and female thread turns including base, tip, connection lateral side and loading lateral side. The loading lateral side of the threaded zone at the female and/or male end is provided with a groove respectively near the base as well as with a protrusion protruding from the loading lateral side of the threaded zone at the male and/or female end respectively. Near the tip the said protrusion comprises a convex surface and a concave surface. When the joint is connected, there is a radial gap between the concave surface and the groove and an axial gap between the protrusion end and the groove bottom.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling engineering and refers mainly to threaded connection of drill pipe joints used for geological surveying and oil well drilling. The threaded connection consists of a sleeve, a nipple and a slotted spring installed between the sleeve lip and thrust face of the nipple. At that a gap is formed between the sleeve lip and the nipple thrust face, this gap is liquidated in process of the connection tightening and spring compression and it is equal to the spring pitch and according to its parameters it corresponds exactly to the preset axial load to the inner thrust joint. Upon tightening of the connection the exact axial loads is provided to the outer thrust joint. Reliable functioning of both thrust joints allows increasing axial force of the threaded connection 1.5 times and improving its statistical strength and cyclic life.

EFFECT: provision of the exact preset loads to the inner and outer thrust joints, maintenance of their ratio within the whole operational period.

The joint on one end is fitted with a thread zone formed on its outer or inner periphery surface depending on the type of the threaded end: male or female. The said end comes to the end surface, and the thread zone along of at least one section comprises thread turns which, if considered in the longitudinal section passing through the pipe component axis, comprise the thread turn vertex, the thread turn base, a loaded side and a striking side. The width of the thread turn vertices decreases in the direction to the end surface while the width of the thread turn bases increases. If considered in the longitudinal section passing through the pipe component axis, the profile of loaded and/or striking sides comprises a central section of a continuous curve fitted with an inflection point. SUBSTANCE: connection of shaped tubes of well shutters includes shaped tubes with cylindrical ends, which are equipped with sleeved and nipple thread on mutually facing surfaces. Besides, there are sealing devices of the connection, which are made in the form of two elastic rings. One of the rings is installed in an expanded annular coupling end on the side of internal joint of thread between the mutually facing cylindrical surfaces of the threaded and annular sections. In the nipple end there is a constriction for the second elastic ring on the side of an external joint of thread between the mutually facing cylindrical surfaces of the threaded and annular sections. The external joint is made in the form of tightly adjoining and mutually facing conical tube surfaces. Above and/or below the threaded connection on the cylindrical section there is a constriction in the form of alternating annular bulges and cavities. An elastic cuff is welded on the outer surface of the constriction flush with the cylindrical section.
