SUBSTANCE: four-step bus gearbox contains three modules connected in series. Each module includes a planetary gearbox consisting of a drive shaft, on which a crown gear (CG) is movably mounted on splines, and a sun gear (SG) freely mounted on a driven shaft (DS) with a carrier, axes and satellites rigidly fixed thereon, and an automatic system (AS) of switching. The AS of switching includes a friction clutch, the leading discs of which are connected to the CG, and the driven discs - to the carrier, centrifugal weights and the AS for comtrolling the SG state.

EFFECT: simplifying the design, increasing the reliability and reducing the cost of the gearbox.

The multirange three-line stepless transmission comprises a housing (8), an input shaft (1), an output shaft (10), a continuously variable linkage link (5), a differential block (4) and a multirange coordinating transmission (9). The differential block (4) consists of one four-link planetary mechanism and one three- link planetary mechanism. Two links of the four- link planetary mechanism are continuously in pairs connected to two links of the three-unit planetary mechanism, the input shaft (1) is connected with any one input link of the differential block (4), the multirange coordinating transmission (9) is connected to any two other output links (2, 3) of the differential block (4) and to the output shaft (10). The continuously variable linkage (5) is connected to the housing (8) and two links of the differential block (4), free from connection with an input shaft (1) and the multirange coordinating transmission (9). The multirange coordinating transmission (9) is also connected to the housing (8) and contains operating elements connecting output links (2, 3) of the differential block (4) to the output shaft (10) with different gearing ratios, and the gearing ratio from one output link (2) of the differential block (4) to another output link (3) of the differential block (4) at stopped input shaft (1) has a negative sign.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the harmonic tight drive of vacuum process equipment. Method of manufacturing and assemblage/disassemblage of harmonic tight drive means flexible bearing installation on the flexible tight link without deformation. During installation the bearing is mandatory deformed to ellipse shape. External tight orthogonal-stepped or smooth enclosure executed function of tightness assurance. The internal non-tight smooth enclosure executes function of the power load transfer. The enclosures are arranged concentrically and are interfaced with relative mobility. The device implementing the method of manufacturing and assemblage/disassemblage of harmonic tight drive is made in form of pipe. The pipe is installed on the ring belt of the internal non-tight enclosure with relative mobility and is made with one toothed rim. The rigid tooth-wheel of the output link is made double.

EFFECT: lesser amplitude of links vibration is ensured, they have increased vibration strength and tightness.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a housing of a reduction gear, and namely to a housing of a planetary reduction gear. Housing (1) of the planetary reduction gear has hollow cylindrical body (2) with internal gear rim (3), which is connected on end surfaces to supporting flange (4, 5). Body (2) of the housing and at least one supporting flange (4, 5) are provided with axial overlap on the end surface for formation of overlap area (A, B). In overlap area (A, B), body (2) of the housing and at least one supporting flange (4, 5) have press fit (6). In overlap area (A, B), as materials for body (2) of the housing and for supporting flange (4, 5) a provision is made for one material permeable for laser light and one material non-permeable for laser light so that the housing body and the supporting flange are welded to each other by welding with penetrating beam of laser, which is directed inside housing (1) of the reduction gear by laser emission in the overlap area. The invention describes a manufacturing method of the reduction gear housing, as well as the planetary reduction gear with such a housing.

SUBSTANCE: five gears are installed at the layshaft of a gearbox, three of them are fixed. A three-position shift collar of the layshaft is installed between two freely mounted gears engaged with the gears fixed at the input shaft, the input shaft bearing is set in the tubular end where a gear is freely mounted and the three-position shift collar is located. The three-position shift collar is located between freely mounted gears.

EFFECT: expanded performance and layout characteristics of a vehicle due to self-regulation and increased range of a gearbox at the transfer of the bearing from the input shaft end to the output shaft end, smaller dimensions and weight per one pair of gears due to the introduction of a splitter, better GB durability due to increased rigidity of shafts at their shorter length.

A double clutch is arranged at the gear box input, part of driven disks in the said clutch is installed on the primary GB shaft, while the other part is arranged on a tubular shaft. The above shafts are fitted by gears engaged with the gears of a layshaft where five gears are installed with two of them being engaged with the gears freely mounted on the secondary shaft; a three-position shift collar is installed between them. A gear engaged with the layshaft gear is freely mounted on a tubular end of the secondary shaft and the three-position shift collar is installed there as well.

SUBSTANCE: driving (4) and driven (5) conical gear wheels is made integral with their shafts and installed among themselves with reversal of rotation. In the casing (1), each of gear wheels is mounted on two bearing assemblies. Area of engagement of gear wheel crown gears is located between front and rear bearing assemblies of shafts. The casing comprises front wall bent with upper part forward tilt according to position of gear wheels installed with specified angle between axes, and two covers (2, 3). In the boring of front wall lower part, roller bearing (6) of driving gear wheel (4) shaft front support is installed. In the boring at the inner side of lower cover, double-row ball bearing (10) of driving gear wheel (4) shaft rear support is installed. Inside the boring of casing in the front wall lower part, roller bearing (19) of driving gear wheel (5) shaft front support is installed. In the boring of lower cover, double-row ball bearing (22) of driven gear wheel (5) shaft rear support is installed.

EFFECT: invention is intended for changing over direction of tail shaft axis and torque transmission from main gearbox to tail gearbox.

Proposed mini-drive consists of one or several output reduction gearboxes (10) that house mechanical gearings integrated by common shaft (1) engaged with engine (13) via intermediate reduction gearbox (11). Said mechanical bearing (10) is composed of the set of harmonic gear drives engaged in parallel and incorporating with solids of revolution (6), multiple-row oscillator, separators (5) and stiff wheels (7). Said stiff wheels (7) are composed by composite parts of movable cylinders that make output links of output reduction gearboxes. SUBSTANCE: gearbox housing accommodates two shafts and one driven shaft. Drive shafts are mounted aligned with LH and RH crankshafts and are called LH and RH shafts. Three drive gear wheels are fitted on drive shafts. Clutches with synchronisers and drive forks are arranged between drive gear wheels. Drive gear wheels of each said RH and LH drive shafts mesh in pairs with appropriate gear wheels of driven shaft. Drive shaft extensions are provided with splines to mount output gear wheel at its front in the case of front drive version, or splined bush with flange at its rear part in the case of rear drive (four-and four model) version. Front drive shaft is engaged with RH crankshaft clutch via planetary reversing mechanism.
