The coolant supply device comprises a pump and a coolant pressure control device and supplies the cooler to the electric motor and to the transmission as a hydraulic fluid. The control unit controls the coolant supply device based on the load condition of the electric motor by controlling the coolant supply pressure. The electronic control unit increases the supply pressure of the cooler to the electric motor by means of a pressure regulating device, under certain conditions. Also, the electronic control unit controls the coolant supply device so that the coolant supply pressure becomes the first pressure, and so that the supply pressure of the cooler becomes the second pressure which is greater than the first pressure under certain conditions.
