SUBSTANCE: valve includes the valve stem and the valve seat. Moreover, the stem is formed in the valve body with the ability to move relative to the valve seat. The valve body has a first discharge chamber, which is configured such that when the first pressure chamber is created, the valve stem moves toward the valve seat. Moreover, the valve body has a second discharge chamber, which is configured such that when the second pressure chamber is created, the valve stem moves from the valve seat. The first injection chamber, when viewed in the direction of movement of the valve stem to the valve seat, has a projected effective surface loaded with pressure, A1. The second discharge chamber, when viewed in the direction of movement of the valve stem from the valve seat, has a projected effective second pressure loaded surface, with A1<A2.

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in the method to monitor accuracy of manufacturing and assembly of a steam turbine control valve regardless of extent of turbine availability for assembly of a valve on it, monitoring of manufacturing and assembly accuracy of vibration damping elements is carried out, and the elements are made in the form of profiles windows for inlet of steam inside the valve, which is located outside the valve, by doing measurements of mutual location of vibration damping elements and, if required, adjustment (fitting) of the valve vibration damping system. The device to monitor accuracy of manufacturing and assembly of a steam turbine control valve comprises a support with a lifting mechanism arranged on it, for instance, a jack, on the stem of which there is a container to install a false seat in it, at the same time in the support there are stands, the quantity of which is selected as sufficient for provision of stiffness of the structure, the upper ends of which are stiffly embedded into a board having a support surface for installation of the valve cover for the period of monitoring, which imitates the plane of detachment of the actual steam box of the valve, to the board there is a scale fixed with divisions applied on it so that the scale "zero" matches with the plane of steam box detachment, besides, the end of the false seat is embedded relative to the plane of the steam box detachment by the value controlled with the help of a scale and a pointer, attached to the container, and the false seat is installed in the container so that its basic plane matches the metering edge of the pointer arrow, besides, axes of holes in the container and the board match with each other and the stem axis.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of operation of a control valve and a turbine as a whole.

SUBSTANCE: discharge valve contains flapper (116, 216), sealing gasket (152, 252) and attachment devices (158, 258) for this sealing gasket on peripheral edge of flapper. Flapper (116, 216) is meant for installation with possibility of its turning against axis (120) between position of overlapping of orifice (14) meant for air passing and position of this orifice opening. Sealing gasket (152, 252) passes along at least a part of peripheral edge of flapper. Flapper and attachment devices of sealing gasket are made from plastic material and are formed as a single part or rigidly attached to each other by welding or bonding. There is also gas turbine engine which contains at least one abovementioned discharge valve.

EFFECT: simplifying valve design and consequently gas turbine engine as a whole.

SUBSTANCE: turbofan engine (10) comprises a fan (14), attached to a frame (32) of fan fixation inside a fan body (30). The booster compressor (16) is attached to the fan (14) inside a flow separator (34). The body (30) surrounds the fan (14) and the separator (34) and is located at a distance from the separator (34) to form an outer contour (36) between them. The frame of fan fixation (32) is located behind the booster compressor (16) and includes a row of struts (38), passing along the radius outside via an outer circuit (36) from a circular bushing (40), arranged between the booster compressor (16) and the high pressure compressor (18). The system (54) of air takeoff from booster compressor is located inside the separator (34) and includes an inlet channel (58) of the takeoff system, arranged between the booster compressor (16) and the bushing (40), and an outlet channel (60) of the takeoff system, arranged at the rear end of the separator (34) in front of struts (38).

SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed control valve of steam turbine consisting of steam box, cover with rod passing through, heat protecting screen and journal box of valve. Also, in the cover there are installed guiding bushings for the rod. The heat protecting screen is positioned in the steam box; with its collar it is arranged between parting planes of the steam box and cover. In a lower part of the heat protecting screen there is made a clamp. A spline bushing over the journal box of the valve stops the valve inside the journal box from rotation under effect of steam flow. The journal box of the valve and the spline bushing are sliding fit inside the heat protecting screen with a gap and are pressed between the clamp and the cover of the valve. The clamp can be made, for example, as a split retaining ring inserted into a response slot of the protecting screen.

EFFECT: assembly-disassembly of valve at assembly and repair; reliability of structure at turbine operation eliminating fastening elements with pins, threads and other methods, owing to which there is essentially decreased labour input at assembly and repair of valve; improved repair ability of valve and efficiency of turbine at continuous service in whole.

SUBSTANCE: safety valve is designed as component of pulse-protective device for protection from excessive pressure in boiler units, pipelines, and vessels operating under pressure and in other objects of thermal power plants. The safety valve consists of case 1 with internal surface 2, of supplying 3 and withdrawing 4 branches and of a shut-off element. The shut-off element consists of seat 5 made in case 1 and of plate 6 opening towards flow and coupled with a servo-drive by means of spring-loaded rod 7. In case 1 there is made circular groove 8 restricting seat 5 of the shut-off element forming edge 9 on internal surface 2 for preliminary flow separation.

EFFECT: elimination of turbulisation zone in channel of shut-off element and considerable increase of effective diametre of medium flow passage in minimal passage section of safety valve.

SUBSTANCE: shut-off throttling valve consists of case, of seat installed in case, of slide connected to rod, of cover, of journal box and of drive mechanism. The valve is equipped with a guiding cartridge with openings; the cartridge envelops the slide. The seat is made convergent with perforated surface. The cup of the slide has even streamline shape with perforation openings. The openings are arranged in form of concentric rows in its lower part and are at acute angle relative to lengthwise axis of the valve.

EFFECT: reduced level of noise and vibration.

SUBSTANCE: turbine control valve steam belt cover comprises a power flange with holes to receive the pins arranged in the steam belt flange, a support flange accommodating the valve drive mechanism and a central rod coupling both flanges and accommodating an axle box, a rod and the valve seal, the central rod being provided with a retaining collar with one of its end faces making a parting plane with the steam belt. The rod opposite part has a threaded section, while the flanges allow being fitted on and removed from the rod and its independent motion relative to the rod. Also, the power and support flanges are provided with service holes allowing regulation of the cover weight.

EFFECT: perfected steam belt production process, higher quality of the turbine steam distribution units mounting, hence higher reliability of valves and turbines, simplified repair, higher quality repair, lower labour consumption.

Proposed stop-and-regulating valve has steam box, flow energy converter and balanced regulating and stop valves installed coaxially at different sides of flow energy converter for complete or partial shutting off of flow. Said valve contains shaped shutoff cups, relief chambers and drive rods. Chambers communicate with outer surface of shutoff cups through channels. Flow energy converter is made in form of confusor. Regulating and stop valves are installed according from side of inlet and outlet holes of confusor in direction of flow. Outlet holes of through channels are uniformly spaced shaped surface of shutoff cups of both valves, being arranged lower than their seat diameters.

EFFECT: reduced maximum velocities in passage part of valve, and disturbances and pressure fluctuations in flow, hydraulic resistance of valve, dynamic loads on valve design elements, increased reliability of valve.

Regulating valve has housing with steam inlet hole and steam outlet hole, with seat press-fitted at inlet. Valve bowl has plate and skirt engaging with seat. Rod guide box is secured in valve housing. Through holes for communicating auxiliary valve in bowl with valve steam chest are made in box. Outer cup is secured in housing being installed with ring clearance relative to valve bowl unit. Through holes in skirt of valve bowl and in box are arranged in two tiers. Through holes of one tier are arranged in staggered order with displacement relative to holes of other tier.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gate has rotary disk installed in housing of shaft and bushings. Drive with servomotors connected to high and low pressure oil lines is secured on housing. Rods of servomotors are interconnected by lever. Novelty is that ends of bushings are made in form of truncated cones, and two mating conical bores are made diametrically opposite in disk. When assembling, ends of bushings get with clearance into disk bores. Optimum seat diameter of bushings is within 0.7-0.8 of diameter of gate housing. If sagging of shaft is not considerable, it is expedient to use graphite-based material reinforced by carbon fiber as gland packing. With spool moving upwards (downwards) from "middle" position (and subsequent return into initial position), servomotors rotate disk in clockwise (counter-clockwise) direction, respectively, thus increasing (decreasing) supply of steam to steam consumer.

EFFECT: improved reliability of steam gate.
