SUBSTANCE: internal sealing cuff (11) contains a circularly bent, with the possibility of extending the steel tape (2), parts (3, 4) which overlap each other in the radial direction. The inner part (3) tape contains two parallel to each other (21, 22) teeth, which is included in the gearing on a single idler gear (31, 32). The invention is different because each stretch of the gears (31, 32) agreed a separate shut-off gear (41, 42), which using the appropriate spring element (51, 52) is pressed against the corresponding tensioning gear (31, 32) and is in mesh with it. Each shut-off gear (41, 42) is additionally in mesh with the appropriate number (21, 22) of gears.

EFFECT: rows of gears, pulling the gears and gear valves form the locking device that can withstand higher loads.

Position of the nut in the first segment is displaced, with a view in direction along the circumference, from the position of the nut of the second segment. Coupling tool includes tubular joint pin designed with possibility of pin dividing in halves and introduction of the first segment into the mounting hole in side plate with a part of joint pin which is outside the first segment. In addition coupling tool contains dividing pin which may be introduced into tubular joint pin in order to divide joint pin in halves and to press them to the first segment for attachment to it. The pin halves which are outside the first segment, are introduced with latching in the second segment through the mounting hole of its side plate thus coupling the first and the second segments in longitudinal direction of recovering pipe.

The above mentioned front and rear beveled push rods are represented with grooved shell rings for displacing hold-down mechanism. The tubular electric heaters and flexible heat-resistant curtain are fixed to cones along the perimetre. The holders are implemented with spring-loaded extensible legs. The textile sheet made from strong rot-resistant material impregnated with glue compound and wounded on hold-down tools is used as an element for damaged area sealing. The above-mentioned hold-down tools are lined with plates incapable of sticking. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: structure consists of sections 2, each of which contains a reinforcement framework 3 corresponding to the cross-section of the portion 1 to be reconstructed. A profile plastic tape 4 and a profile connecting device 11 are wound in a spiral to the framework 3. The profile of the tape 4 and the connecting device is shown in the figures. To implement the method, the geometric characteristics of the portion 1, the dimensions of the framework 3, the number of sections 2 in the structure are determined. On the shore platform 20, the frameworks 3 are assembled. Coaxially with the portion 1, a mounting-docking platform 21 is installed, on which mounting operations are carried out step by step with successive movement of the frameworks 3 to it from the platform 20. On each framework 3, the tape 4 and the device 11 forming the section 2 with the framework 3 are successively spirally wound. According to the first version, the structure in the form of a pipe 19 is formed directly in the portion 1 from its end to the beginning, for which, after adjustment, each two sections 2 are docked, disconnected, and then, by means of the winch 22, each section 2 is installed at the end of the portion 1 and rigidly connected. Alternatively, after adjustment, the sections 2 are docked and rigidly connected, forming a structure in the form of a pipe 19 directly on the platform 21, and by means of the winch 22 is mounted on the station 1. For each version, the volume between the inner surface of the portion 1 and the outer surface of the pipe 19 is filled with a polymer-cement composition.

EFFECT: increasing the structure strength, ensuring the monolithic character of the structure and the portion to be reconstructed.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: for the method implementation, the reinforcement frame in the form of a nonequilateral profile 2 is fixed on the inner side of the reconstructed section 1. The vertical ledges 3 of the profile 2 have transverse openings 4. The initial spiral turn of the belt 7 is aligned with the profile 2 so that its ledges 3 are mated to the base 8 of the belt 7 and have a pitch sufficient to accommodate at least two elements 9 of the belt 7. The openings 4 in the profile 2 are arranged coaxially with the transverse openings 11 on the vertical ledges 10 of the elements 9 of the belt 7 for fixing them by the rod elements 13. The second and subsequent spiral turns are wound. The turns are connected by a profile connecting device 14 equipped with the membrane compensator 15 and the composite base 16. The device 14 is also equipped with primary 20 and secondary 21 locking elements, which are able to interact with the elements 12 of the belt 7. The winding of the belt 7 and the device 14 is carried out by winding machines, with permanent fixation by the elements 13, until the plastic pipe 22 is obtained along the entire length of the section 1. The volume between the inner surface of the section 1 and the outer surface of the pipe 22 is filled with a polymer-cement composition.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of connecting the winding elements together and fixing them to the culvert system.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: segment for restoration pipe contains an internal surface plate, forming the inner ring surface, side plates and end plates, secured vertically at the peripheral edge of the inner surface of the plate. The inner surface plate, side plates and end plates are made as a single piece of plastic. To install the segmented reduction tube inside the existing pipe, the segments are connected in the circumferential direction and along the pipe. Each of the side plates at the end, near the end plate, has an opening used for the process of joining the segments in the circumferential direction. Through the opening it is possible to insert the connecting element and to easily connect the segments in the circumferential direction.

EFFECT: aperture, formed in the side plate is made in such a way that the filling material, entered into the space between the existing pipe and the replacement pipe segment, flows or flows out through this opening.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in installing a pipe 18 on a worn-out section 1 and in repair works carried out stage by stage. The pipe 18 of a plastic material is formed by means of winding a profile plastic tape 6 along a spiral. Within the section 1, an anchor frame 2 with anchor racks 3, a transverse anchor rib 4 and longitudinal guides 5 is installed. The tape 6 with a profile connecting device 10 is fed, fixed transversely by the rib 4 and providing rigid connection to form the pipe 18 along the length corresponding to the length of the section 1. The pipe 18 is then divided into section portions 19, each of which is insulated by an intermediate wall 20 obtained by pouring a quick-hardening grout with a thickness of at least 100 mm. An outer crimping ring 21 is installed, and a pouring material is introduced into each portion 19, forming an inner insulating annular bridge 22 ensuring that the joint of the pipe 18 and the section 1 is monolithic, regardless of its shape. The pouring material thickness is limited by the racks 3. The pouring material is prepared directly at workplace while controlling the consistency and density, and then fed by a pump.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of connecting the winding elements together and fixing them to the culvert system.
