FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: installation for the continuous drawing of graphic images on the roadway contains a frame (1) with the equipment installed on it and elements of the automatic process control system, including a control cabinet (7), loaded with graphic image files for drawing on the roadway, the first stepper motor (2) for controlling the movement of the frame (1), the second stepper motor (6) for controlling the movement of the carriage (4) with the nozzle (5) fixed on it along the guides (3) fixed on the metalwork of the frame (1) and arranged in a transverse direction towards the longitudinal axis of the frame (1), a container with an ink (8), a compressor (9), a pressure gauge (10) for controlling the ink flow pressure, an electromagnetic valve (11) for ink flow control through the nozzle (5), the box with accumulator batteries (12). The installation further comprises a reserve ink tank (14), a transporting pump (13) connecting the reserve tank (14) to the container, and an automatic control intersystem controlling the filling level of the container with ink (8), comprising a level sensor (15) mounted in the container with the ink (8), a pollution degree sensor (16) of the guides (3) mounted on the movable carriage body (4), an input device connected to the sensors (17) for converting an analog signal into a digital one, a block of a programmable read-only memory (PROM) (18) connected to the input device (17), and an output device (19) for converting the digital signal to the analog one, connected to the PROM (18) and with a transporting pump (13).

EFFECT: reducing the duration of the process of drawing complex images of large dimensions to the roadway, increasing the productivity and reducing an ink consumption.
