SUBSTANCE: proposed the electrical connector unit, installed in the borehole and containing: the upper longitudinal element with the electrical conductor, the lower longitudinal element, containing the electrical conductor, the telescopic electrically conductive unit and the electrical contact element, disposed around the end part of the lower longitudinal element electrical conductor and configured with ability of mobile contact to it. In this case, the telescopic electrically conductive unit contains the longitudinal receiving part at the end part of the upper longitudinal element electrical conductor. The longitudinal receiving part is located around the end part of the electrical conductor of the lower longitudinal element. The indicated contact element is configured with ability of mobile contact to the inner surface of the longitudinal receiving part of the upper longitudinal member.

EFFECT: provision of electricity or signals reliable transmission with possible changes of the cable length.

SUBSTANCE: invention claims method of bottomhole communication with the surface via cable-free telemetric system during well drilling, involving measurement channel data coding by noise-type signal and further transmission of measurement channel data in packets containing timing code, packet code and channel data. Measurement channel data are converted into pages of random length. Pages are split into parts for transmission in packets. Packet size is aligned with payload volume of noise-type signals. Packet code includes either new page start label and page format number, or label of previous page continuation.

EFFECT: efficient utilisation of payload traffic available in an information packet in communication channel with noise-type signal, enhanced flexibility of measured well data transmission sequence.

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for wireless transmission to the earth's surface of data of a base telemetry system with an above-bit unit, which includes measuring downhole parameters, encoding and transmitting signals by emission thereof with an electrode into the rock via a high-speed wireless electromagnetic link, receiving said signals with a base telemetry system and transmitting to the surface through an electrical divider of the base telemetry system. An additional electrical divider is placed in the immediate vicinity of the above-bit unit, said divider having a key element controlled by the base telemetry system and being used to receive signals emitted by the electrode of the above-bit unit. Dipole electrodes are opened when receiving signals with the key element and said electrodes are closed when the base telemetry system transmits signals through the key element. In the disclosed device, dipole electrodes of the main divider are connected to a transmitting unit and dipole electrodes of the additional divider are connected to receiving unit of the base telemetry system.

EFFECT: high reliability of transmitting information data from a downhole unit to a downhole telemetry system and then to the earth's surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical studies during drilling of oil and gas wells using telemetering systems with wireless electromagnetic data link. The power supply and bottomhole information transmission unit contains the turbine, electrical generator, electrical separator in assembly with the drilling string, module of sensors for measuring of bottomhole information and electronic unit. Meanwhile the electronic unit contains the bidirectional triode thyristor unit, bidirectional triode thyristor control unit, impulse signal current sensor, voltage sensor of the power winding of the electrical generator and temperature sensor, meanwhile the electronic unit is installed in tight compartment of the electrical generator housing, which in addition functions as a heat sink. Besides bidirectional triode thyristors are installed on the electrical generator housing itself, and the electronic unit is designed with a possibility of automatic stabilization of the current of transmission impulse signal and its restriction at exceeding the preset temperature of the bidirectional triode thyristor unit.

EFFECT: improvement of reliable transmission of impulse signals via electromagnetic data link and maximum possible depth of drilling.

SUBSTANCE: generator, external stator placed in as sealed body, internal rotor installed at the generator shaft with roller bearings in sealed cavity filled with a lubricant coolant and sealing components. At that the generator sealed body is divided into three sealed loops - electrical, kinematic and protective ones. Electric loop of the stator is equipped with an independent compensating diaphragm and filled with cooling liquid and separated from the kinematic loop by a screen made of non-magnet material. Kinematic loop of the bearings is filled with lubricant and separated by a system of cup-type seals and inner diaphragm from the protective loop of an end sealing compensator filled with lubricant in the volume limited by the outside diaphragm. The electrical loop is filled with dielectric cooling liquid without excessive pressure; the kinematic is filled with dielectric cooling liquid without excessive pressure; protective is filled with dielectric cooling liquid under excessive pressure. Besides, the protective loop may be filled with lubricant having higher viscosity and higher boundary tension in comparison with lubricant in the kinematic loop. Zero point of the stator windings is coupled to the body through a plugging contact. The filling system for the protective and kinematic loops has a valve spindle to switch between the filled loops at vacuuming and filling of lubricant. Rigidity of diaphragms in the electric and kinematic loops is higher than the same in the protective loop.

EFFECT: improving reliability of the generator and reducing labour intensity during repair and maintenance operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to logging in drilling and serves to transmission of measurement signals from the well to surface via wireless communication line. Proposed method comprises excitation of electric current in well tubing divided by dielectric inserts into top and bottom parts and registration of voltage change caused by current pulsation in tubing on the surface. Note here that wanted signal represents the voltage variation at receiver cylindrical coil terminals that makes the function of AC in pipe excited by alternating e.m.f. applied to dielectric insert. Proposed device comprises AC source connected to tubing in well divided by dielectric insert into top and bottom parts and surface cylindrical receiver coil with magnetic core composed of a hollow cylinder arranged coaxially at said tubing. Note here that several coil can be used arranged one above the other and equipped with band amplifiers their outputs being summed at voltage registrar input.

EFFECT: simplified and accelerated transmission of signals from well bottom.

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is suggested for terrestrial data transfer and receipt in drilling process, which includes receipt of data from sensors of the bottomhole telemetry system, terrestrial data transfer with their further decoding and data transfer to the registers of information users. At that data transfer is carried out through cables of the power lines feeding the registers of information users and surface sensors installed at the drilling site and pumping equipment. Besides receivers receiving data from sensors of the bottomhole telemetry system, surface sensors, the basis computer and receivers in the registers of information users are equipped with electrical PLC-modems with the embedded network protocol including an interface block and programming interface units for data receipt and transfer through power lines. The device for implementation of the above method is also claimed.

EFFECT: ensuring on-line monitoring of the remote registers distributed at the drilling site, improving reliability and operating convenience of the terrestrial data transfer system.

Spindle arranged under downhole motor with second hole made therein. Third hole is made in the shaft with first and second ends. First end is coupled with rotor via first universal adapter. Second end is coupled with spindle via second universal adapter. Inner rod is fitted in the shaft third hole. Note here that inner rod has inner passage and third and fourth ends. Third end seals communication of inner passage with the rotor first hole while fourth end seals communication of inner passage with the spindle second hole.

SUBSTANCE: system of connection to current-carrying lines consisting of current-carrying shell line, first current-carrying line, second current-carrying line and third current-carrying line includes: first control module capable to connect with the first current-carrying line and stay in serial connection with first electricity receiver in the well, connected to the second current-carrying line; second control module capable to connect with the second current-carrying line and stay in serial connection with second electricity receiver in the well, connected to the first current-carrying line; third control module capable to connect with the first current-carrying line and stay in serial connection with third electricity receiver in the well, connected to the third current-carrying line; and fourth control module capable to connect with the first current-carrying line and stay in serial connection with fourth electricity receiver in the well, connected to current-carrying line of the shell. When the first control module feeds current to the first electricity receiver in the well, second, third and fourth control modules feed uncontrolled current to the second, third and fourth electricity receivers in the well, respectively.

EFFECT: efficient power supply to well devices, particularly reduced number or complete elimination of electric power receivers of well devices, fed by uncontrolled current or obtaining electric power in other uncontrolled ways, due to isolation of current fed to receiver.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment and refers to threaded joint of mainly drill and casing pipes. The threaded joint consists of two parts: a pin and a coupling forming one outer or outer and inner thrust junction, and comprises a recess made along the helical thread line on the nonoperating side of its profile, the recess has constant width and maximal depth in the beginning of the screw first to the junction. The proposed joint is distinguished by the fact that the width m of the base formed at making the recess of a protrusion adjoining the operating side of the thread profile, is determined by the formula m=Sw·ka/π∙D, where: Sw - area of weak section of a joint part; ka - coefficient considering the portion of axial force of joint tightening which falls to the thread turn nearest to the thrust junction; D - average diameter of thread of a joint part. Additionally the joint is distinguished by the fact that provided with the second inner thrust junction in it, the recess depth is of maximal value in the beginning of the first thread turn at each thrust junction of the joint and is decreasing to zero by the middle of the thread length.

EFFECT: all other things being equal, tightening torque of the proposed joint is significantly greater than that of a standard joint, so it provides for higher endurance limit and reliability at sign altering loads.

SUBSTANCE: device for additional sealing of coupling and conical threaded tube connections includes a heating element, for example an inductor of annular type, a thermocouple, an amplifier of thermoelectromotive force occurring in the thermocouple. Besides, it includes a relay, via the winding of which the current flows, which is determined by thermoelectromotive force of the thermocouple, an energy source for the inductor and a timer. With that, the relay disconnects the inductor electric power supply line at achievement of temperature of brazing alloy full melting in the brazing zone. The timer disconnects the second line after lapse of brazing temperature exposure time.

EFFECT: providing additional reliable sealing of coupling and conical threaded connection at brazing.

SUBSTANCE: coupling includes two housings connected to each other by means of a spherical ring, in which drive and driven shafts are installed. Shafts are connected to each other by means of a cam-and-disc hinge joint of equal angular speeds. Radial holes are made on ends of shafts. Axes of holes are perpendicular to axes of the corresponding shafts and offset relative to end faces of the shafts towards centre of mass of the corresponding shaft so that a rectangular profile is formed on end faces of the shafts. In radial holes there installed are cylindrical cams, the end faces of which are restricted against longitudinal movement with the plates fixed on the shafts. In cams there are longitudinal circular slots of rectangular profile for arrangement of a transversely installed disc. The disc transmits rotation from drive shaft to the driven shaft. The disc axis is located perpendicular to the axis of each of radial holes, the width of the rectangular profile of which is less than diameter of radial holes, but more than thickness of disc 14. Centre of mass of the disc coincides with centre of mass of a spherical ring.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with two threaded portions, on which protective layer is applied of alloy including iron and zinc. Iron and zinc are present in alloy in relation from 0.0638 to 03330 for thickness of covering layer of 20-100 micrometers. Micro-hardness of cover determined from method of restored print of four-sided pyramid is within limits of 3360-5250 MPa. Such cover may be received on threaded portions of connecting sleeve by method of diffusive zinc-plating. Zinc-plating is performed in container filled with diffusive mixture containing mixture of zinc powder having graininess of 0.1-0.5 mm and quartz powder with graininess of 0.15-0.70 mm. Process of diffusive zinc-plating is performed by isothermal exposure to temperature of 430°-450°C during 1.5-3 hours with following air cooling. Before filling container with diffusive mixture it is stirred for granting smooth form to mixture particles.
