Tubing string maintenance method includes of external and internal pipe surfaces cleaning out of deposits and contamination, linering, ends cuttings, threading, fixing of sleeve and safety units. After lined pipe ends cut, execute liner ends and tubing string welding and cleaning. Before linering between liner and repaired pipe locate sealing material and after washing and drying heat up lined pipe till sealing material fixed or during internal surface coating heating.

EFFECT: resistance increase against asphalt paraffin deposits inside the well.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil production equipment, particularly to methods of fabrication of pump bars. The method of fabrication of pump bars consists in heating ends of stock of round bar for punching heads of the pump bar, in punching heads of the pump bar, in heat treatment of the pump bar and in following shaping of the body of the pump bar in a hot state, in thread rolling of the pump bar, in rolling surface of a behind-thread groove and in strengthening a surface layer of the body of the pump bar. Strengthening of a surface layer of the body of the pump bar is carried out with cold-work hardening in a preliminary stressed state, which corresponds to a combination of overload reinforcement with cold-work hardening. Also the stock is stressed with load of the same direction, that a working load affecting the bar at operation.

EFFECT: increased operation life of bars due to raised fatigue-corrosion hardness of bar material.

SUBSTANCE: device for rotary immersion of sections of the working tool into soil contains a rotator, a reducer and a holder. The lower part of the holder is fitted a grip and spring-loaded clamps, and in the top part of the holder cavity a pocket with a cylindrical cavity and a cross through groove is made. The spring-loaded clamps are fitted with fixing rods fitting to longitudinal grooves on a cap of the working tool section. The working tool section the is fitted with the rotation mechanism comprising two rotating heads located on external lateral surface of the section. The rotating heads are kinematically connected to each other and with the rotary fixing element.

Housing 1 of the protectoliser is equipped with securing assembly for the electric cable. The securing assembly contains first shoulder 10 and second shoulder 11. From first side surface 5 of the housing 1 the internal surface 15 of the first shoulder 10 and internal surface 16 of the second shoulder 11 are made cylindrical. From the second side surface of the housing 1 on the first shoulder 10 and second shoulder 11 from the internal side the stops 17 and 18, respectively, are made. Stops 17 and 18 are in form of prism with triangular base. Stops 17 and 18 rest on the support platforms of the pump sections. From the second side surface of the housing 1 on the shoulder surfaces creating slot for the electric cable the guides 23 are made in form of steps enclosing the shoulder for the protecting washers on bases of the pump sections. The internal surface of the housing 1 in central part is made cylindrical, and from both side surfaces the housing 1 is made partially as conic 26. The internal surface of the clamp 2 is made in form of half of hexagon, and from one side surface 7 the clamp 2 is partially made as conic.

SUBSTANCE: rope-type sucker rod transferring reciprocating motion and longitudinal force from the tophead to the actuator of the oil well pump consists of the rod body and head with connecting thread. At that a locked-coil rope with Z-, X- and O-wires is used as the rod body, while an attachment ensuring equal load to all rope wires is used as the rod head. Besides, the rope-type sucker rod is designed to transfer reciprocating motion from the tophead to the actuator of the oil well pump, at that attachments are equipped with a knot preventing rope turning in the attachment.
