SUBSTANCE: method of separating fine dispersed powders includes the introduction of a raw material and an air stream into a separation zone, the separation of the starting material by opposing forces, the removal of the grits and the intermediate product, the precipitation of the intermediate in the precipitation devices, and the return of air to the separation zone. In the course of the movement of air between the separation zone and the precipitation devices, an additional intermediate product is separated in the inertial concentrator into a finished product coming with air into the precipitation devices and a coarse product that gravitates into the separation air return pipe and, together with air from the precipitation devices, returns to separation zone.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separation of fine dispersed powders.

Inner cylinder-taper casing with minor-taper cover with its vertex directed upward and coarse fraction discharge pipe arranged at casing bottom. It comprises blades with mechanism of fixed turn about horizontal axis arranged regularly between cylindrical sections of outer and inner casings. Besides, it has initial material and air feed pipe arranged at bottom of outer casing. Cylindrical parts of inner and mix casings have circular pockets. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of wood fibers from steam flow. Proposed separator comprises first chamber to define steam flow path in separator and second chamber. Note here that first chamber abuts the second chamber, while both chamber are separated by separation wall. Separator comprises also rotor assy located in the first chamber including outer radial zone extending radially between rotor assy and first chamber inner surface and first chamber fiber outlet. Note here that inlet and outlet are leveled with first chamber outer zone. Note also that steam passage in the first cylindrical chamber is located radially inside relative to outer radial zone. Rotor assy comprises blades. Width of said blades extends, in fact, over the entire width of first chamber to rule out cavities between blade edges and appropriate sidewall of said first chamber, hence, to eliminate accumulation of fibers at sidewall and blade edges.

EFFECT: ruled out abrasion of rotor blades and accumulation of fibers in minor cavities between rotor edges and housing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concentration of minerals, particularly, to disintegration of rocks containing useful components either separated or as rock joints. Proposed method comprises feeding lumpy stock into work chamber inner space, crushing it in bottom section, disintegrating and accelerating to collision with side wall of said chamber and its cover, and releasing disintegrated stock from side opening of said chamber and its cover. Said stock is disintegrated by rotary crushing elements fitted at different levels to form annular crushing surface made up of to and bottom crushing elements. Rotation of two parallel annular and one disk elements arranged above annular crushing surface and jointed by radial vanes allows forming two airflows: one is directed from work chamber into space between adjacent surface of annular elements toward work chamber wall via slotted space between said wall and rotating crushing elements and, further, as an upward flow, into work chamber space, while another flow is directed from work chamber together with disintegrated stock particles in space between surfaces of annular and disk elements and into work chamber bottom section for subsequent extraction therefrom.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and can be sued in metallurgy, machine building etc. Proposed method comprises feeding powder and airflow part into separation zone, powder disaggregation, powder classification under effect of centrifugal forces and pulsating aerodynamic forces opposed with the former, and withdrawing coarse and fine fractions. Airflow is divided into two flows, one with flow rate of (10-20)% is fed into proportioner neck, while main flow with flow rate of (80-90)% is fed to separation zone inlet. Variable-section pulsating flow is created at separation zone outlet. Proposed device comprises housing, collector with nozzles, driven rotor with disk elements that form separation zone, proportioner with neck, air distributor with branch pipes, flow metres and shutter, fine fraction discharge branch pipe communicated with cyclone, filer, high-pressure blower and separated product collection containers. Air distributor first branch pipe communicated with proportioner neck, while its second branch pipe communicates with collector with nozzles. Pulsator is arranged at separation zone outlet and consists of two identical coaxial disks with radial perforation. Perforated hole number makes 13-80. One of said disks is secured to the rotor, while, another one is attached to fixed outlet branch pipe of classifier.

SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic classifier comprises cylindrical housing with the lid provided with the branch pipe for discharging fine fraction and having the conical base that ends with the branch pipe for removing course fraction, branch pipe for supplying material, and shaft mounted inside the housing for permitting rotation of the working wheel having basic blades and additional blades mounted above the basic blades. The classifier is additionally provided with branch pipe for supplying material. Both of the branch pipes for supplying material are secured to the lid of the cylindrical housing along the radius of the action of the additional blades and mounted for permitting steady supply of material. The axis of the working wheel is shifted parallel to the axis of the cylindrical housing at a distance of (0.1-0.25)Dw, where Dw is the diameter of the working wheel. The top section of the working wheel is provided with a cylinder whose height is no less than that of the additional blades and rigidly connected with their face by its outer side. The branch pipe for discharging fine fraction is coaxially mounted inside the cylinder with a spaced relation for free rotation. The conical base of the cylindrical housing is rigidly connected with the cylindrical hollow collector that receives diffuser whose top section enters conical base of the cylindrical housing, with smaller base being plugged. The diffuser is rigidly connected with the housing of the collector through branch pipes that connect the space of the collector with the space of diffuser. The branch pipe for discharging coarse fraction is secured to the base of the collector.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to separation of loose materials with application of electric and aerial methods and may be used in an agriculture, agriculture products processing and the food-processing industry and other branches of economy. The air separator for loose materials includes: a hopper with a feeding mechanism; the mounted on the same shaft rotating drum and two fans located at its open butts, a housing protecting the drum and enveloping it along the external circumference with a clearance between them. The drum has the located along the whole its perimeter through longitudinal slots, in which corona-forming electrodes are arranged, and the fans are made with the oppositely directed to each other blades mounted with a capability to form the air streams directed oppositely to each other into the internal cavity of the drum. At that the hopper with the feeding mechanism is placed at the level of a tangential line to the circumference of the housing at a distance equal to the radius of the housing from the vertical axis of its center. The technical result of the invention is improvement of quality of separation of materials and an increase of productivity the separator.

SUBSTANCE: a field of centrifugal forces is generated in the classification area by a revolving rotor; gas flow and initial powder are supplied. Fine and coarse grain are discharged separately from the classification area. Gas flow is supplied in such a way that the aerodynamic force generated by gas flow and the centrifugal force generated by the revolving rotor are equal in the classification area. Gas flow temperature is determined and rotor is revolved with a revolution frequency determined by formula: ω=ω0x((t0+273)/(t1+273)0.31 radian/s, where: ω - angular velocity of rotor rotation at the moment of classification, in radian/s; ω0 - angular velocity of rotor rotation, obtained during adjustment, in radian/s; t0 - air temperature (Celsius scale) at the moment of classifier adjustment; t1 - air temperature (Celsius scale) at the moment of classification.

EFFECT: enhancing the classification accuracy due to stabilization of the separation boundary and compensation of influence of gas flow temperature on the separation process.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bulk sorting, particularly to grading of powders and similar materials by means of dynamic air separators. The dynamic air separator used for classification of bulk materials, e.g. powders of various particle sizes, comprises a rotary cylindrical screen, a fine-material settling chamber that is provided with a discharge bottom, encased and mounted coaxially on a ledge of the rotary cylindrical screen, thereby permitting the use of vortex generated by said rotary screen for centrifugal bulk separation. The settling chamber has holes formed in its case that provides travelling of centrifugated bulk towards bulk sampling passages being outside of the chamber. The fine-material settling chamber is cylindrical or truncated conical. It embraces reference and/or movable reflectors. An air vent passes through the discharge bottom of the settling chamber and has the diametre 30-95% of that of its bottom. The separator is applied to implement the gradation method that involves feed of the bulk to be processed into a grading zone wherein said bulk is graded to coarse and fine particles in the rotary cylindrical screen regarding rotary speed and air supply velocity. The coarse particles are discharged to a reject box, while the fine particles are collected in the settling chamber being coaxial with the rotary screen. The fine-material gradation is ensured by application of vortex generated by the rotary screen and probably accelerated additionally by the reference or movable reflectors. Dust-free air and fine particles are separated, the latter are delivered to conveying equipment.

EFFECT: improved performance of separation, reduced engineering efforts, lower losses of working mixture in a separating circuit and eliminated external filters or cyclones for fine-fraction collection.

Proposed classifier comprises casing with cover, working member consisting of upper and lower plates and blades arranged downstream of the former, starting material feed branch pipe and fine fraction discharge branch pipe. The latter is arranged at the casing top, interacts with aforesaid working member to force fine fraction out by air flow. The classifier includes also coarse fraction discharge branch pipe arranged at the casing bottom and furnished with unloading device and working member drive. Device for dust extraction from powders includes feeder, installed with clearance to walls in bin of heart cut cylindrical separation chamber with annular partitions and bottom, in which there are implemented central and circumferential openings. Rotor with radial blades in separation chamber, receiver of thin fraction with screen under central opening in bottom of separation chamber. Circumferential openings of separation chamber are implemented by segments and under them there are located pipe branches for withdrawal of coarse grain, in bins of medium and thin fraction there are installed chokes, forming buffer zones. Rotor blades are implemented as F-shaped. Over receiver of thin fraction there are co-axial installed pipes.

EFFECT: refinement of received fractions and efficiency of device, and also effectiveness increase of particles removing of dimension less than 20-30 mcm from powder materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sizing of finely ground polydisperse loose material into two fractions, product particles of which are notable for size and aerodynamic properties. It may be used to separate high-protein fraction of flour from products of wheat grain grinding. Pneumatic sizing screen has fixed helical body, air distribution grid with rotary blades arranged along arc of circumference coaxial to body, and also rotary impeller with radial blades arranged coaxially with air distribution grid and body, nozzle for supply of clean air into space between body and air distribution grid, nozzle for supply of transporting air with initial product into annular space between air distribution grid and impeller, nozzles for discharge of large and fine fractions of products with air. Nozzles of product supply with air and discharge of large fraction with air are equipped with adjustable rotary gates, with the possibility to vary value of clearance between gate and air distribution grid. Rotary blades of air distribution grid have drop-like profile in cross section. Wide part of air distribution grid rotary blade is turned towards spiral wall of body, and sharpened part - towards annular space between air distribution grid and impeller. Nozzle for supply of clean air is equipped with two rotary gates, position of which is adjusted with the help of doubled lever-screw device.
