SUBSTANCE: device for moulding articles from cellulose-filled compositions, including a forming mould on which a wire mesh is fixed. To ensure a tight connection between the moulding matrix and the base, there is a rubber band. A flange with a grid welded to it is fastened with a screw to the moulding matrix with drainage holes of 1.5-2.0 mm, the distance between which is 5-8 mm. The stem with the reflector is fixed to the adapter cup with the nozzle.

EFFECT: increasing the height of the resulting workpiece, eliminating the uneven distribution of particles along the thickness of the workpiece.

SUBSTANCE: method is intended for manufacture of nonwoven articles of three-dimensional configuration from fiber mass. In process of method realisation fibers are deposited on surface of solid-state shapes with production of moist product in lower solid-state shape on mesh insert. Growth of fiber material by water filtration from fiber mass is done due to pressure difference, moisture removal, and vacuum pumping from upper solid-state shape. Simultaneously to drying product is prepressed. Lower and upper solid-state shapes are perforated. Fiber mass used is natural textile fabrics with separated fibers 5-75 mm long and short cellulose fiber in ratio of wt % (65-95):(5-35) accordingly. After drying article is treated by urethane oligomer in solution of hydrocarbon chloride or mixture of hydrocarbon chlorides with concentration of 1-65 wt %.

EFFECT: production of cheap molded nonwoven articles of three-dimensional configuration with high-quality surface, which possess high strength and noise absorption and low heat conductivity, which may be widely used for vehicle cabin and in construction.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing aqueous suspension having required concentration from fibrous materials; molding wet product by settling fibers on molding base; removing residual moisture by using drying process; providing dosed feeding of liquid and solid modifiers into prepared aqueous suspension for rendering desirable physical and mechanical properties to material; providing settling of fibers onto surface of solid molds fabricated from porous material; molding wet product on lower surface of molding base by "from the bottom to the top" pattern through growing of fibrous material owing to filtering of water from suspension through pores of molding base due to pressure drop created therein; simultaneously with drying, product is subjected to premolding procedure, with product drying process being carried out in heated detachable solid mold and water vapors being simultaneously removed by providing vacuum pumping-out thereof from upper and lower parts of mold.

Workpiece second part weight portion rests on support membrane to gradually strain said support membrane and workpiece second part by pressing both to male die side in applying pressure difference to diaphragm and stretching diaphragm above male die. SUBSTANCE: proposed female die comprises: wheel metal rim 16, inner ring 19, bottom and top face covers 18 and 9, and outer ring to shape tread patter. Composite outer ring consists of smaller thickness rings 2-6 intended for moulding tread pattern ledges and rings 11-14 for moulding tread pattern lengthwise grooves. Aforesaid rings are assembled of segments and pressed between top and bottom covers 18, 9 by coupling studs or long bolts. Ring segments have circular grooves that allow varying treat pattern by turning said rings relative to female die central axis.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of polyurethane tires with elastic deformable spokes. Mould elements used to produce elastic deformable spoke lateral surface are hollow that allows attaching elements to make shaped holes in said spokes and withdrawing them after filling mould cavity with polyurethane. Face covers feature diametre that allows replacing outer ring by larger-diametre ring in tread moulding. Wheel metal rim 1, and element of mould, and ring 6 are pressed between bottom 7 and top 8 covers by studs or bolts. Split joint allows withdrawing mould elements after filling it with polyurethane and its polymerisation. Inner shaping elements 9, 10 and 11 may be made from whatever hard material, including polyurethane. Prior to fitting into mould, wheel metal rim is subjected to machining consisting in increasing roughness of its outer surface to be jointed to tire inner rim. Tire tread is formed after polyurethane polymerisation in the mould made up of covers 7 and 8, inner element 9, 10 and 11, metal rim 1 and ring 6. Note here that ring 6 of the mould is replaced by larger-diametre ring to produce the tread. Then cavity formed by covers 7 and 8, tire outer ring and mould ring, is filled by the mix consisting elastic polyurethane components and high-adhesion powder.

EFFECT: producing elastic deformable complex-shape spokes, reduced labor input and ease of manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection moulding machine to produce cover 128 with base wall holes, and comprises injection mould made up of make die 54 and female die 56 with forming opposite surfaces that form the cover moulding cavity. Annular roll 114 on one of said surfaces interact with opposite surface for injection moulding of disk jointed with base wall by means of thin fragile web. Separate extraction of the disk and envelope from the mould consists in that cover comes from the machine with the hole in its base produced due to disk removal inside the machine. Male die 54 comprises core 58, extraction sleeve 86 embracing said core to push the cover from the core, extracting punch 64 and appliance to drive extracting sleeve and punch separately relative to the core.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed method comprises producing skin and load-bearing elements from fibrous materials, impregnating by binder and assembling airframe. Carcass forming is effected in forms with elongated through slots by attracting carcasses to partitions and fastening with fibers. Temporary loops are cut off, carcasses are removed from forms and impregnated with binder, fitted into forming dies and polymerized. Carcasses are removed from forms to be subjected to mechanical processing. Final assembly is performed along with fastening skins by bolts and screws.

SUBSTANCE: press mould includes a die and a punch. The latter is made so that it can penetrate into the die cavity for forming the moulding chamber of press mould. Item is formed by inserting the punch under pressure into the die cavity, in which the body made from polymeric material and measured beforehand was placed and the weight of which is measured according to reference value. Die includes at least one deformable wall the inner surface of which comprises at least some part of the die surface. At that, the above deformable wall has at least partially the thickness which is relatively small, which allows it to be elastically deformed under pressure of polymeric material at the final item forming stage, thus, compensating the error of the measured body weight in relation to reference value.

EFFECT: possibility of specifying the error of measurement compensation, and more effective and quicker removal of heat generated during the pressing process.

It provides maximally safe conditions for making pellets of styrene and α-methyl styrene. Further treatment of pellets together with desired components allows realize important physical and chemical parameters of articles of radio navigation and frequency-controlling receiving-transmitting systems.
