SUBSTANCE: method comprises the stages of: a) obtaining the recycled fibrous material mixture, b) obtaining, at least, one fibrous material suspension, which comprises, at least, a portion of the obtained fibrous material mixture, c) preparing, at least, one fibrous material suspension, consisting in that, at least, the ash level of the fibrous material suspension is decreased to the dry fraction ash level of the fibrous material suspension not more than 15 wt % and admixed with, at least, one additive to, at least, one fibrous material suspension, d) producing a layer system of, at least, one fibrous material suspension. Another aspect of the invention relates to the cardboard-base for manufacturing a laminate material.

EFFECT: creating cardboard-base for the laminate material consisting of a recycled fiberrous material mixture having low abrasiveness with respect to the cutting tool, good breathability and improved balance of cost and environmental impact.

It is provided with flat base (12) which is ensured with dirt-resistant protection coating (14) to increase paper durability and circulation period. Protection coating (14) consists of at least two lacquer layers (16, 18). Bottom layer (16) is formed by the layer applied to the base by means of lacquer with physical drying properties. This layer ensures contact with underlying base (12) and fills in and closes base pores. Physically drying lacquer consists of water-based disperse lacquer and/or polyurethane, and/or water dispersion of polyester from aliphatic polyester, or water dispersion of acryl sterol polyurethanes. The second top lacquer layer (18) protects base (12) from physical and chemical effects and is formed by radiation-solidified layer and/or physically drying lacquer consisting of UF-protected lacquer, water-based disperse lacquer or combined lacquer. (a) Transformation of waste paper with prinking ink into aqueous fibrous suspension at pulper whereat said ink is separated from pulp. SUBSTANCE: paper finishing method lies in the fact that paper is made from pulp containing wood fibre in which the binder and clay is added, and then forming in sheets is carried out, initially waste paper is sorted according to its classification, and then is loaded into an autoclave for dispersing, removal of dirt, oil, typographic ink and other foreign matters, then it is impregnated, bleached to form pulp slurry. After the pulper the processed mass enters the column for wet processing, where soaking is carried out. Then, it is supplied to a sieve where the emission of dirt and foreign matters is carried out, and then flotation, followed by filtration, washing, dehydration and degreasing and then final treatment by bleaching with release of chemicals is carried out.

SUBSTANCE: initially waste paper is sorted, loaded into an autoclave for dispersion and manufacturing of a pulp, dirt, oil, typographic ink and other foreign materials are removed, the mass is impregnated and bleached, afterwards the treated mass arrives to a sieve, where dirt and foreign material are discharged, then floatation, filtration, washing, dehydration and degreasing take place, afterwards final treatment takes place by means of bleaching with discharge of chemicals. For moulding a vacuum system is used, besides, the moulded items are sent into a drying oven, which comprises several layers, at the same time wet items arrive to the oven on top, and dried items come out of the oven at the bottom, and hot air is sent via the oven from the top to the bottom, and its motion is carried out with the help of guide plates along and between layers of the product, at the same time transportation chains in the oven are driven by a motor of the moulding machine, and hot air is supplied from an air heater, at the same time heat energy is supplied due to burning of natural gas in a burner and heat release in the air heater, and fresh air is supplied with the help of two valves with manual control at the inlet side of a recirculation air blower, and for return water supply of the vacuum system a reservoir is used.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase productivity and quality of processed waste paper.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining secondary cellulose fibers by wastepaper recycling of corrugated cardboard includes repulping of waste paper, removing the heavy and light impurities, and coarse and fine screening of repulped stock. SUBSTANCE: method involves repulping old paper stock in the presence of H2O2, NaOH and Na2SiO3. After repulping, the mass is held for 2 hours and floatation is carried out in the presence of sulphate soap as a surfactant in amount of 2% of the weight of absolutely dry fibre. The repulped stock is bleached with formamidine sulphinic acid taken in amount of 0.3-0.6% fo the weight of absolutely dry fibre at pH 8-9, temperature 65C for 60 minutes.

EFFECT: high degree of whiteness of repulped stock while preserving mechanical properties.
