SUBSTANCE: thread is made from polyamide containing nylon and polyether diamine which has an average molecular weight of at least 1500 and an equivalent weight per one atomic hydrogen atom (AHEW), less than 10 percent greater than the idealized AHEW value for simple polyether diamine, wherein the amount of active amine hydrogen atoms per molecule and, thus, the AHEW value is calculated by determining the nitrogen content of the amine groups using the procedure described in the document ISO 9702. Clothing fabrics contains the abovementioned thread. The garment comprises a clothing fabric and represents a integral knitted garment or hosiery. The method of thread manufacturing lies in the fact that the melt of the abovementioned polyamide is extruded through a drain bushing containing capillary holes, and filaments are formed from the filaments coming out of the drain bushing.
EFFECT: invention provides a polyamide and thread which have a high residual moisture.

Surface of this monothread includes one or more C-shaped channels that pass along full length of fiber, so that mechanical cohesion with reciprocal junction is created between monothread and conductive polymer that fills channels. Conductive fabric includes multiple specified oriented polymer fibers that contain electroconductive polymer material, which is introduced into specified fiber either in the form of mixture or as coating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing molded articles, in particular, a polishing disk comprising fabric interlayers that are impregnated with a thermoreactive synthetic resin-base binding agent. Binding agent used for impregnation represents thermoreactive resin alcoholic solution or mixture of resins, or mixture if resins with a hardening agent. Before the impregnation process 1-15% of additive is added to the solution chosen from group of fatty acid amides or fatty acid substituted amides as measured for amount of resin or mixture of resins, or mixture of resin with a hardening agent. Invention provides simplifying process for stacking articles, possibility for their repeated separation one from another and without decreasing their quality.

SUBSTANCE: copolyamide includes units resulting from a reaction of polycondensation of the following precursors: terephthalic acid (a), aliphatic diamine (b), including x carbon atoms, where x represents an integer number between 6 and 22, and aminocarboxylic acid and/or lactam (c). Aminocarboxylic acid and/or lactam includes a basic chain and, at least, one linear or branched alkyl branching, with the total number of carbon atoms being equal to a value between 12 and 36. The method of the copolyamide obtaining consists in the fact that polycondensation of the precursors (a), (b), (c) is carried out. The composition includes, at least, one copolyamide.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain the copolyamide with high melting temperature and good flexibility, increase the copolyamide plasticity and impact strength.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and particularly to a polyamide-based composite polymer antifriction material used to make articles for different tribological purposes, e.g. friction bearings, and for making articles for the braking system of rail passenger or cargo transport. The polyamide-based composite polymer antifriction material contains fibre filler in the form of carbon fibre or a mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre. The composite polymer antifriction material further contains randomly arranged carbon nanotubes in form of single-layer or multilayer, with 2-70 layers, or interleaved, rolled graphite planes with 2-70 layers. The external diameter of the carbon nanotubes ranges from 0.1 to 100 nm and their length ranges from 1 to 70 mcm. The polyamide of the base of the composite polymer antifriction material used is polyamide 6 or Caprolon V or Ertalon. Content of glass fibre in the mixture thereof with carbon fibre of the fibre filler of the composite polymer antifriction material ranges from 3.48 to 10.5 wt %, with the following quantitative content of components, wt %: carbon fibre or mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre 9.7-42.4, carbon nanotubes 0.05-0.55, polyamide - the balance. The carbon fibre in the composite material is carbon fibre made from high-molecular weight hydrated cellulose fibre or from polyacrylonitrile fibre. The carbon fibre of the composite polymer antifriction material is used in form of bundles or chopped bundles or chopped tape, and the glass fibre is used in form of chopped threads. The length of the chopped bundles or tape of the carbon fibre and chopped threads of the glass fibre ranges from 1 mm to 48 mm. The technical result is longer service life of articles made from the disclosed polyamide-based composite polymer antifriction material, low intensity of linear wearing in case of friction on a polished steel pair made of steel 40X.
EFFECT: high stability of friction coefficient on counter-body material made of steel 40X, high stress at break, maintaining Charpy impact strength on samples without dent while maintaining a given ultimate compression strength and low friction coefficient.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining thermoplastic elastomer composition with higher resistance to action of aggressive media, which can be used for manufacturing by methods of casting under pressure and extrusion of gaskets, bushings, cuffs and other mechanical rubber products, operating under conditions of contact with aggressive media. Method of obtaining thermoplastic elastomer composition includes dynamic mixing of aliphatic polyamide with elastic polymer, which is represented by copolymer of hexafluoropropylene with vinylidenfluoride with fluorine content 64-66%, Mooney viscosity at 121°C from 40 to 60 units. In the process of dynamic mixing of said components additionally introduced is mixture of magnesium oxide and calcium hydroxide with ratio 1:2 in amount 2 wt.p. per 100 wt.p. of said copolymer.
EFFECT: obtaining thermoplastic elastomer composition with higher resistance to action of aggressive media and temperatures, and with high physical-mechanical properties.

SUBSTANCE: composition contains 45-95 wt % semi-aromatic copolyamide and 5-55 wt % of at least one cross-linked polyolefin. The semi-aromatic polyamide contains at least two different links having the general formula: A/X.T, where A is selected from a link obtained from amino acid, a link obtained from lactam and a link having the formula (diamine in Ca) (diacid in Cb), and X.T denotes a link obtained by polycondensation of diamine in Cx and terephthalic acid, where x is the number of carbon atoms of the diamine in Cx. Said copolyamide has polydispersity Ip, measured by gel-penetrating chromatography, of less than or equal to 3.5 and content of terminal amine groups of the chain between 0.020 and 0.058 meq/g.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bonding of two shaped parts by moulding blend. Shaped articles consists of moulding blend “ПА”11 and “ПА”12. Moulding blend contains at least 50 wt % of polyamide component and additive selected from rubber and fillers. Polyamide component can be made of linear aliphatic diamines and dicarboxylic acids or lactams and/or ω-amino carboxylic acids. Polyamide component comprises not over 80 wt % of one of polyamide components “ПА”11 and “ПА”12 in every case.
EFFECT: strong welded joint with both shaped article from “ПА”11 and shaped article from “ПА”12.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antifriction materials based on modified polyamides. The antifriction composition contains 97-98.5 wt % polyamide-12 and 3-1.5 wt % neodymium complex. The composition is obtained by mixing polyamide-12 powder with a neodymium complex dissolved in benzene. The obtained mixture is then dried completely at temperature of 70-75°C.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyamide-elastomer mixtures for making moulded articles. The polyamide-elastomer mixture contains components in the following ratios, wt %: a) 30 to 95 of at least one partially crystalline polyamide having a solution viscosity greater than or equal to 1.75 (measured in m-cresol solution, 0.5 wt %, 20°C.), b) 5 to 50 of at least one elastomer produced by emulsion polymerisation of at least one conjugated diene, at least one α,β-unsaturated nitrile and, optionally, one or more additional copolymerisable monomers and subsequent spray drying of the latex obtained during emulsion polymerisation, c) optionally, 0 to 20 of one or more polyamides having a solution viscosity of less than 1.75 (measured in m-cresol solution, 0.5 wt %, 20°C.), relative to the total amount of components (a) to (c), and relative to 100 parts by weight of components (a) to (c), from 0 to 100 parts by weight of one or more additives. The disclosed polyamide-elastomer mixtures can be processed into moulded articles which are used, for example, in the motor car industry, particularly as channel conducting media.

The invention enables to obtain a composition with frictional coefficient of 0.1-0.14, wear intensity 6.2-8.7 mg/km at a load of 5 MPa and sliding speed of 0.8 m/s.

The solution is filtered and deaerated. The solution is fed through a die hole-electrode in an electric field with strength E=1.5 104-4.0 105 V/m and distance between electrodes of 0.1-0.5 m. Nanofibres are deposited on an oppositely charged electrode with diameter d=50-4500 nm. The fibres form material having high porosity, vapour- and water-permeability, high hydrophilic behaviour and bioinertness.
EFFECT: obtained material can be used to make wound covers, filters for cleaning liquid and gaseous media, matrices for proliferation of stem cells.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to copolyamide, method of its obtaining, to polyamide-containing composition, application of polyamide and hypophosphorous acid or, at least, one of its salts. Copolyamide contains, at least, two links, corresponding to the following general formula: A/10.T. A is selected from the link, obtained from amino acid, link, obtained from lactam, and link, corresponding to the formula (Ca-diamine).(bibasic Cb-cycloaliphatic acid), where a stands for the number of diamine carbon atoms and b stands for the number of carbon atoms of bibasic acid. Each of a and b is in the range from 4 to 36. 10.T stands for the link, obtained as a result of polycondensatuon of 1,10-decandiamine and terephthalic acid. Copolyamide has polydispersion coefficient, measured by the method of gel permeation chromatography, denotes as lp, lower or equal to 3.5. Method of copolyamide obtaining lies in the following: stage of polycondensation of the following comonomers of monomer, resulting in A link, 1,10-decandiamine, and terephthalic acid, and optionally monomer, resulting in Z link, is carried out. polycondensation is carried out in presence of hypophosphorous acid or, at least, one of its salts in the amount in the range from 0.05 to 3.00 wt % with respect to the total weight of monomers. Application of hypophosphorous acid makes it possible to obtain polydispersion coefficient lower or equal to 3.5. Copolyamide is applied in form of powder, granulated products, monolayer structure, or, at least, one layer of multi-layer structure as additive and/or filling agent with improved thermal resistance. Such copolyamide is used in composition, which contains, at least, one additive, selected from filling agents, glass fibre, dyes, stabilisers, in particular UV-stabilisers, plasticisers, shock resistance modifiers surface active substances, pigments, bleaches, antioxidants, natural waxes, polyolefins and their mixtures.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain copolyamide with improved mechanical properties and shock resistance.

Copolyamide contains, at least, two different links and corresponds to the following general formula: A/X.T. X.T stands for the link, obtained by polycondensation of linear aliphatic Cx-diamine and terephthalic acid. Copolyamide has content of end amino groups larger or equal to 20 milli-equiv/g, content of acid end groups lower or equal to 100 milli-equiv/g, content of non-reactive end groups larger or equal to 20 milli-equiv/g. Method of copolyamide obtaining lies in carrying out polycondensation of the following copolymers: monomers, resulting in links A and X, terephthalic acid and, optionally, monomer, resulting in link Z, and, at least, one chain growth regulator. Composition contains, at least, one said copolyamide and, at least, one additive, selected from group, including filling agents, glass fibre, dyes, stabilisers, in particular UV-stabilisers, plasticisers, modifiers of shock viscosity, surface active substances, pigments, bleaches, antioxidants, natural waxes, polyolefins and their mixtures. Composition and copolyamide are applied in form of powder, granules, monolayer structure or, at least, one layer of multilayer structure. Composition and copolyamide are used as additive and/or filling agent in production of components or parts of electric and electronic equipment, automobile equipment, equipment for transportation and transfer of gas, oil and their compounds.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of separation microporous membranes to be used for separation of such molecules as hydrogen, nitrogen, ammonia, water from each other and/or from small organic molecules such as alkanes, alkanoles, esters and ketones. Proposed silicon dioxide-based membrane features mean pore diameter smaller than 1.5 nm. Note here that 5 to 40% of Si-O-Si molecular links are substituted by groups of the following formula: Si-CmHn-Si, where m=1-8, n=2m, 2m-2, 2m-4, 2m-6 or 2m-8 if n≥2. Note here that 5 to 24% of Si-O-Si molecular links are substituted by groups of the following formula:
