On the front of the unit, behind the fertilizer guides, horizontal milling sections are mounted, provided with knives, casings with plates and shields on which seed guides are placed, and coverers and rollers are installed behind the casings. Behind the horizontal milling sections the vertical milling sections are mounted, equipped with straight knives with wings curved inward. The working bodies of the milling sections are closed by a casing.

SUBSTANCE: combined unit for tillage and sowing comprises a wheel traction means (1), a hopper (12) for seeds, compacting rollers (16), a frame (4) of the tool. On the frame (4) of the tool the hollow racks with disc coulters (7) are placed. The coulters (7) are located in succession on two bars (5) and inclined in the longitudinal and transverse planes. The bars (5) are fixed with the front ends of the frame (4) on vertical axes (8) with the ability of rotation in a horizontal plane. The coulters (7) are fixed to the hollow racks with the possibility of partial overlapping with each previous opener of them of the next one (7). The tool can be connected with the traction means (1) by the hitch linkage (2) and is fastened to the rear half-axes (13) of the traction means or by hydraulic hitch linkage and at that to comprise the compacting rollers (16) placed at an angle to each other. The frame (4) of the tool can be divided by the longitudinal axis (18) to the central section (19) and the outermost sections (20), and the rear ends of adjacent bars (5) of the different sections are pivotally connected to each other and the sliders (22) with the longitudinal axes (18).

SUBSTANCE: combined tilling tool for meadows and pastures comprises a base chassis (1) with a two-sectional (2 and 3) frame and the wheel pairs (4, 5 and 6). On the first section (2) of the frame a diesel engine (9) is mounted, an operator cabin (10) and a boom (26). At the end of the boom (26) a scrapper bucket (14) is mounted in front with a disc-cutting device (27) and the flat-plate nozzles (13) of the water screen. In the upper part of the bucket (14) a separating two-row grid is movably mounted with a product-duct in the rods of the second row. The bucket (14) is provided with a receiver of the crushed weeds and small chips with a fan (15) connected by the pneumatic pipeline (28) with a hollow subsoiler (29) located on the second section (3) of the frame on the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the tool. On the width of the tool at least four milling chisel ploughs (25) with product-ducts are mounted. Behind the subsoiler (29) a packer roller (31) is located. On the second section (3) of the frame the containers (45, 46 and 47) with the dispensers (18, 19 and 20) of seeds and fertilizers are also placed, a seed drill, two rippers (30) on the longitudinal axis of the wheel track (4 and 5) of the base chassis (1). The felling mechanism comprises a valve (32) of the scraper bucket (14) with a crescent guide flanges on the outer side, a staple-shaped impact plate on the inner side and in the lower side the flat shearing knife with cut-outs. The disc-cutting device (27) is made in the form of a battery of chopping-sawing discs with double-edged chopping blades additionally placed on their end surface with tier installation and cutting edges, perpendicular to the face of the disc, having a variable height from 1/5 to 1/3 of the distance between the adjacent discs. Through the discs at least three rollers pass with a hinged installation of beaters.

EFFECT: improvement of degraded lands, cleaning of meadows from bumps and shrubs with simultaneous disposal of crushed chips, reduction of the period of reclamation operations, and improvement of quality of soil treatment to obtain small-clump structure and grass cover of meadows without weeds.

SUBSTANCE: disc tool comprises hollow racks. The hollow racks are fixed on the frame (1) on two bars (2). The bars (2) are mounted on the frame (1) and connected with the front ends to it by means of vertical hinges (7). The bars (2) are interconnected by means of a hydraulic cylinder (8). The hollow racks are mounted obliquely in the longitudinal and transverse planes with the ability of rotation in the bearings (5). At the ends of the hollow racks the disc coulters (4) are successively mounted. Each previous disc coulter (4) overlaps partly the subsequent disc coulter (4) and is mounted with a gap over it.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. The method comprises application of material in the field by the machine having a plurality of devices for dispensing the material. The dispensers of material are arranged to form rows when the machine moves along the field. The machine has a control system for selective stopping for dispensing the material by one or more dispensers while continuing to dispense the material by remaining dispensers. The machine has the means of translational motion and the means of automated determining of position and direction. The method comprises determining the perimeter of the field, identifying the areas of passage of headlands, determining the remaining central region of the field inside the passages of the headlands, the choice of a starting place to begin application of the material. The method also comprises determining a travel route for application of the material starting from the passages in both sides in the central area and turning the machine in the areas, and determining a route plan for the subsequent application of the material in the areas of the headlands. Each headland created around the field is equal to the full width of the machine. The area of passage of the first headland in the perimeter is adjacent to the outer edge of the field. All areas of the passages of the additional headlands are created inside the area of passage of the headland around the perimeter. According to the second embodiment, the method also comprises the use seeds as the material.

EFFECT: technology enables to minimise or eliminate compacting the areas with sown seeds due to exclusion of double passing of the machine on areas with sown seeds.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to devices for planting grain crops with simultaneous local application of mineral fertilisers, and can be used on seed-fertiliser seeders. The disc sowing section comprises the L-shaped rack (1) and the central circular blade (4) consequently fixed to its lower rear part, the A-hoe (5) with a fertiliser tube (6), the disc sowing blades (14) with fertiliser-seed tubes (16), the drawbar (18), the roller (17). The rear lower part of the L-shaped rack (1) on its both sides the sleeves with through holes of square cross section are rigidly secured offset relative to each other. Inside the sleeves the brackets are mounted. The brackets are provided with screws (9) with annular grooves near the heads. The stops (10) are mounted in the annular grooves. The stops (10) are rigidly fixed to the L-shaped rack (1). The opposite ends of the brackets in the vertical direction the spline bushings are rigidly fixed. In the spline bushings the pins with splined ends are inserted. The pins with splined ends are secured in the perpendicular direction by axes with the disc sowing blades mounted on them.

EFFECT: constructive solution is aimed at ensuring adjustment of the inter-row spacing width and angles of attack of the sowing disc blades.

Each unit for loosening the soil contains auxiliary support, a disc, a scraper and a holder for attaching it to the adjacent disc, a seeding tube and a spring. The auxiliary support is arranged to be connected with the working bar. The disc is rotatably mounted on the auxiliary frame for forming furrow in the soil. The scraper has an edge for scraping the surface of the disc, the installation area, remote from the edge of the scraper, and is made with the ability to facilitate the maintenance of the open state of the furrow. The seeding tube is located adjacent the disk surface for throwing seeds into the furrow formed by the disc. The sowing tube is retained from the auxiliary support using the bracket. The scraper holder is attached to the sowing tube. The spring biases the scraper to the disc. The unit of the agricultural seeder comprises a connecting element, a disc, a scraper unit, a holder of the scraper for attachment the scraper adjacent to the disc, a seeding tube and a biasing element. The connecting element is fixed to a frame of the device. The disc is rotatably mounted on the connecting element for forming furrow in the soil. The scraper unit comprises a scraper having an edge for coming into contact with the surface of the disc and its scraping. The scraper has a mounting area, distant from the edge of the scraper, and is configured to facilitate the maintenance of the open state of the furrow. The seeding tube is located adjacent the disc surface to throw the seeds into the furrow formed by the disc. The seeding tube is retained from the connecting element by means of the bracket, and the holder of the scraper is attached to the seeding tube. The biasing element presses the scraper to the disc. The scraper unit comprises a frame, a disc, and also contains a scraper, a holder of the scraper, a pair of spaced fasteners and a biasing unit. The scraper has an edge for contacting and cleaning the disc surface and a mounting area remote from the edge. The scraper by means of the holder is secured adjacent to the disc. The seeding tube is located adjacent to the disc surface for throwing seeds into the furrow formed by the disc. The seeding tube is connected with the holder of the scraper. The pin connects freely the scraper holder with the bracket. The seeding tube unit is pivotally mounted on the auxiliary bearing and comprises the seeding tube for throwing seeds into the furrow formed by the disc. The scraper is mounted on the seeding tube unit and has an edge for scraping the surface of the disc. The scraper is made with the ability to rotate with the seeding tube unit. The seeding tube unit is rotatable along the fixed axis of rotation formed by mounting the seeding tube unit on the auxiliary bearing.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises cutting bands of sod with the width of 1-10 cm with their subsequent undercutting, grinding and dispersion in the form of mulch on the surface of the undisturbed sod. In addition, the milling of sod-free soil bands is carried out with vertical mills, mineral fertilisers are locally applied in soil in the treated soil bands, the soil bed is formed, and sowing of seeds is carried out with covering them with soil ridge. Additionally loosening the soil in a horizontal plane under the undisturbed sod layer is carried out at a depth of 4-8 cm from the surface of the sod and with the width of 8-15 cm on the left and right from the edges of the soil bands treated with vertical mills. The device comprises vertical milling section with casings located on the frame with gear drive, flat circular knives, grinders of sod bands, the fertiliser and seed hoppers with seeding mechanisms, coulters with fertiliser and seed guides, rollers for forming a seed bed, and skids for covering seeds with soil ridges. The device is additionally provided with horizontal milling sections with vertical axes to loosen the soil under the layer of undisturbed sod on the left and right from the edges of the soil band treated with vertical mills.

EFFECT: technology and design enable to reduce water and wind soil erosion, to provide favourable conditions for moisture accumulation, to reduce soil compaction with wheels of vehicles, and to ensure the reduction of energy consumption.

SUBSTANCE: offered invention relates to devices for sowing of grain, leguminous and other agricultural crops. The sowing complex contains the tractor-drawn two-section bin 2 on two support wheels 3 located on the frame 1. Behind the bin the folding shoe-type frame 4 with adjustable forward 5 and back 6 supporting raning together wheels is located. Under the bin sections the batchers 20 are installed. On the side of the bin the load screw conveyor 15 folded in travelling position is fixed with a receiving hopper 16 for seeds or fertilizings. In front of the screw conveyor the centrifugal blower 13 with the drive 14 is located. Shoe-type frame 4 is equipped with hydraulics, air distributing collectors 11 and corrugated pneumohoses 12, connected with the pneumotransport tube 21, which, in turn, connects the batchers 20. Between the wheels 5 and 6 in the chess order spring-loaded opening plows 7 are located, and behind opening plows - three-row spring harrows. The spiral housing of the ventilator 13 is fixed on the motor 14 from the side of the output end of its crank shaft, on which the impeller of the ventilator 13 is installed. The batchers 20 are rotated through electroclutch by the support wheel 3 according to the sequence: chain transmission - electroclutch - chain transmission - seeding transmission box - batchers. Opening plows 7, moving along line traces of support wheels 3 and front support wheels of the shoe-type frame 4, compared with others opening plows of the complex are installed lower by the value Δh=0,020…0,040 m.

EFFECT: invention provides the decreased metal consumption of the design and ensures improved quality of seeds application into soil.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery, particularly, to in-soil rotary milling and cutting of water absorbing slots in soils. This device comprises two vertical milling chisel ploughs (2). The latter are engaged with common drive. Milling chisel plough (2) is equipped with circular milling chisel plough (5). Circular milling chisel plough (5) has external cutting edges (11). The latter are made along its outer part on side surfaces, in turns at the right and left sides. Soil intake container (12) is arranged ahead of cutting edges (11). Said soil intake container (12) doubles as the recess of engagement of the driving gear of drive (15) on outer side of circular milling chisel plough (5). Said soil intake container (12) is provided with hole (13). The latter is directed perpendicular to the surface of circular milling chisel plough 5 and through its depth.

EFFECT: better cleaning of said soil intake container, lower traction resistance and higher reliability.

SUBSTANCE: weeding cutter consists of a shaft with discs and blades rigidly attached to it. The blades are made of thin, durable and wear-resistant steel and are attached to the discs so that they form angles α with line of motion of the weeding cutter and angles β with tangents to the cylindrical surface in which they are located. The discs are made in the form of regular hexagons and are attached to the shaft rotated by 30° relative to each other. The blade edges are attached to adjacent discs through the angle tops so that given the turn of the discs it is 90°. This provides reduction of angles α to 17° and increase in the angles β to 25°.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of weeding and increase in productivity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular, to rotary operating tools of soil tillage devices. The operating tool comprises a shaft with rigidly fixed blades. Blades have rectilinear and elliptical cutting edges. The rear edge of each blade is made in the form of the elliptical curve and stretches via the spike of the blade and the rear end of its rectilinear edge. The direction of bulges in the elliptical and rear cutting edges is same, and their length is equal. Blades are fixed in pairs on opposite faces of the shaft with displacement by 90°. The spike of one blade and the rectilinear cutting edge of the other pair of blades are in the same plane perpendicular to the axial line of the shaft.

EFFECT: structural solution makes it possible to evenly till soil and provides for stable operation of a soil tillage device at slopes.

The tilling machine comprises a frame with a hitch device and the support wheels, two symmetrically mounted rotating working bodies with elliptical discs, hydraulically driven by hydraulic motors mounted inside the hollow drum on a fixed support in the form of a channel with short shelves. On the shaft of the hydraulic motor a drive pinion is mounted engaged with toothed wheel with internal teeth rigidly connected to the drum. In the outer end of the drum is made with a bearing assembly is made with a trunnion welded to the support. The inner end of the drum is closed by a motionless disc. Along the perimeter of the disc the balls (rollers) are placed. The hydraulic cylinder and rods with cardan hinges or loops of the rope set the angle of attack of the working bodies. The hydraulic motor with dual pulley with the ropes and hydraulic hitch system turn the working bodies to the transport position.

EFFECT: constructive solution is aimed at improving working bodies drive, enables to change angle of attack during the movement of the device, and is aimed at reducing width of the tilling machine in transport position.

SUBSTANCE: cultivator tine is proposed that can perform deep plowing of soil by rotating in the other direction in addition to regular plowing of soil, performed by rotating in one direction. The cultivator tine comprises a base part attached to the cultivator shaft, and a blade housing extending from the base part and curving in opposite direction of rotation of the cultivator shaft, and the blade housing consists of a straightline flat part extending from the base part so that it is flush with the base part, and a part bending from the distal end of the straightline flat part in the direction of the cultivator shaft. A wedge-shaped edge part having an end surface on the side opposite the direction of rotation of the cultivator shaft, is formed as the top at the distal end of the curved part and the curved part is formed so that an imaginary line passing through the central axis of the cultivator shaft and the perpendicular line of beginning of the bending of the curved part on the side view, crosses the curved part. The rotary device comprises left and right cultivator shafts. The shafts are equipped with the cultivator tines of the construction described above. The shafts are arranged with the ability to replace each other to enter the cultivator tines into the soil with the edge parts.

EFFECT: claimed constructive implementation of the rotary device and the cultivator tine enables to ensure deep plowing of the soil when rotated in different directions.

SUBSTANCE: working body has a mounting and a working with a chisel parts, curved working and back edges. The working edge between the mounting part and the chisel is made along the arc of a circle with a radius equal to 0.27…0.36 R, where R is a distance from the axis of rotation of the working body to the point of its chisel, and the center of the arc is placed at a distance of 0.55…0.7 R from the rotation axis of the working body on the side of the line opposite of the arc, connecting the point of the chisel and the rotation axis of the working body.

SUBSTANCE: device is constituted of two symmetric, and located in inversed manner relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine sections of the working body. Each working body of the section is made in the form of a disk with gimbal-mounted blades on it. The front edge of the blade is beveled toward the direction of rotation of the disk. The middle part of a blade is connected tangentially to the outer surface of the disc with a spring, occasionally elongated when beveled surface of the blade with a pin fixed on the machine case.
