FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: return valve contains a hollow cylindrical body and disposed and located there the following components: the fixed saddle, forming by its inner surface with the inner surface of the valve body the flow path channel for fluid from the drilling string; as well as contacting with the saddle movable locking unit with disc-shaped head, providing that contact, with rigidly connected with it and tightening the locking unit to the saddle by spring-loaded rod in the form of the central rod with shank, with locking unit clamp relatively to the saddle and covering the rod shank by the locking plug with the slot for the locking unit clamp. At that the valve is additionally equipped with a hollow conical plug, covering the locking plug and supporting by its large base the disc-shaped head of the locking device, and its body is made as one piece and locking unit clamp is made as the press-fitted pin into the rod relatively to the saddle. At that the locking plug slot for the locking unit clamp is made as profiled-blind, providing due to its form the opportunity not only of free axial movement of the pin rod in it at vertical movement of the locking unit, but also the possibility of its locking in this groove at the forced rotation of the locking unit around the axis, and also the subsequent exit from it under the action of the fluid flow from the drilling string, falling to the head of the locking unit. The rod spring is installed on its shank in the locking plug, and the locking unit itself, generally, with its disc-shaped head, its spring-loaded rod with a pin, the conical and the locking plugs formed in the stable relatively to the axis of the one-piece unit valve, installed in the valve channel separately from the body under its saddle, and the fixed valve saddle is designed as a single metal sleeve fixed in the housing.

Cut-off valve // 2533394

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: cut-off valve is installed in the tubing string over the hydraulic device and consists of a split casing with a hollow plunger is installed in its axial channel with a collar supported by a spring. In the axial channel of the hollow plunger there is a thrust with a bushing installed on it; the bushing has radial openings alternated with axial openings connecting cavity under the hollow plunger over the saddle. In the axial channel there is a bushing with a hollow tube equipped with a disc valve at the end pressed to the saddle by the spring. Between the hollow plunger and the split casing there is a circular chamber coupled hydraulically by a radial opening to the axial channel of the bushing and hollow tube. In the bushing there is a bottom with the central axial channel where a bypass valve is installed with a retainer covering bypass openings in the bottom in initial position and its stroke is limited from bellow by a locking ring.

EFFECT: sealing of the tubing string axial channel from the well cavity at any depth of the well and impact of hydrostatic pressure to the disc valve, filling of the tubing string axial channel by formation fluid at the device running in to the well, opening of the disc valve at excess pressure generation in the axial channel of the tubing string with free passage of hydraulic fluid to the device placed below.

SUBSTANCE: axisymmetric check valve with an upper joint comprises a cylindrical body with inlet and outlet nozzles and with a bore in the upper joint. In the bore there is a stressed multi-layer mountainous seal for sealing of the body-cover joint. In the body there is a detachable seat installed by means of a self-sealing conical thread. In the cover by means of the pylon there is a fairing with a channel for installation of the device for generation of a signal on position of a stop valve.

EFFECT: higher serviceability at higher parameters of working media, reliability and tightness during entire service life of valve operation, for provision of its repairability without cutting from a pipeline, for realisation of continuous control of tightness of detachable joints of a valve and position of its stop element.

SUBSTANCE: axisymmetric check valve with an upper flanged joint comprises a cylindrical body with inlet and outlet nozzles, the upper flanged joint with a bore, in which a sealing element is installed for sealing of the body-cover joint, and also a detachable seat. In the cover a fairing is rigidly fixed with the stop unit placed inside. A process channel is made in the cover. Between the body and the cover, and also between the cover and the threaded plug there are tight closed circuits with channels of control of tightness of detachable joints. Channels are closed with plugs having similar threads with press oilers.

EFFECT: higher reliability and tightness during entire service life of valve operation, for provision of its repairability without cutting from a pipeline, for realisation of continuous control of tightness of detachable joints of a valve and position of its stop element.

Shut-off element is made in the form of cylinder with hole for rod, the bottom part of which has spherical shape and consists of two parts tied up round the rod via studs. SUBSTANCE: check valve with axial flow direction includes an external body with inlet and outlet channels. In inner cavity of the body there arranged is an annular seat with contact conical surface, a rigidly fixed fairing installed so that an annular channel is formed and provided with a shutoff member arranged in its inner cavity and rigidly fixed in it through a stock. The shutoff member has a sealing surface in the form of a sphere part. The stock moves along the flow axis in sliding bearings. A sliding bearing is located in an aligning support assembly consisting of two sleeves. Sleeves are located inside each other and have eccentricity of their internal holes.

EFFECT: increasing the valve tightness by providing coincidence of axes of sealing surfaces of a shutoff member and a seat owing to improving the valve assembly accuracy.

SUBSTANCE: gas flow control device includes gas-tight housing (1). Inside housing (1) there is seat (5) for plug (12) movable in an axial direction, rod (11) carrying plug (12), guide (6) located on the side of inlet of housing (1) in the flow direction, and bushing (10) placed in the middle of that guide. Guide (6) has several holes (8) for gas flow passage, which are formed with radial partitions (7). Bushing (10) is controlled in axial direction, and rod (11) is located in it so that it can be moved in longitudinal direction. One side of spring (15) is fixed on bushing (10), and its other side is fixed on plug (12) retained by elastic force in the open position opposite the flow direction. Rod (11) with limit stop (17) located on the end on the side of the outlet is borne against guide (6) through tubular insert (16). Insert (16) is rigidly attached to bushing (10).

EFFECT: maintaining a certain range of values of the closing flow rate, or nominal flow rate by changing the preliminary stress of the spring without changing the travel of the plug, and thus, without decreasing or increasing the flow clear opening.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a pipe string run in to the well, a packer with a flow shutoff mounted in it. The packer is made as a hollow body with the upper row of openings placed above the sealing element in the packer. Inside the hollow body there is a pipe concentric to its axis and fixed rigidly to the pipe string from top and to the piston from bellow. The pipe with piston may be moved axially in regard to the hollow case of the flow shutoff. In the hollow body below the sealing element of the packer there is the lower row of openings. The piston is made hollow and plugged from below. Opposite the upper and lower rows of openings in the hollow body the piston is equipped with inner cylindrical sample capture and a row of feedthrough openings. In the hollow body above the upper row of radial openings there is a cam slot in the form of longitudinal groove and three transversal grooves. The transversal grooves are made from the upper, medium and lower parts of the lower part of the longitudinal grove. In cam slot of the hollow body there is a guide pin installed so that it may be moved axially and transversally. It is fixed rigidly in the piston above its upper inner circular sample capture. When the guide pin is placed in the transversal groove made of the medium part of the longitudinal groove, the device is designed to connect inner space of the pipe through a row of feedthrough openings of the piston, inner cylindrical sample capture, the upper and lower rows of openings with over-packer and below-packer space of the well. When the guide pin is placed in the transversal groove made of the upper part of the longitudinal groove, the device is designed to connect inner space of the pipe through a row of feedthrough openings of the piston, inner cylindrical sample capture, the upper row of openings with over-packer space of the well. The lower row of openings in the hollow body is sealed in tight-proof way by the piston. When the guide pin is placed in the transversal groove made of the lower part of the longitudinal groove, the device is designed to connect inner space of the pipe through a row of feedthrough openings of the piston, inner cylindrical sample capture, the lower row of openings with below-packer space of the well. At that the upper row of openings in the hollow body is sealed in tight-proof way by the piston.

EFFECT: simplified design of the device, improved reliability of its operation and expanded functionality.

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas producing industry and can be used for annular gas bypassing to the flow string in wells operated by sucker-rod pump units. Task of the invention is to perfect design of the downhole device for annular gas bypassing in order to improve operational efficiency of the well sucker-rod pumping equipment notwithstanding temperature conditions of the well operation and pressure of annular gas. The device is placed in the well annular space over the well fluid level in the flow string collar. The device comprises a return valve and a radial hydraulic channel. In the collar lower part there is a radial hydraulic channel interconnected to the well annular space at the one side through the return valve and to the flow string cavity at the other side through a jet device. At that axes of the radial hydraulic channel and the jet device are crossed in the nozzle area of the latter. Besides the device comprises a flow string with a whipstock for gas-fluid flow in it. The whipstock is made as a bushing capable to be fixed in the flow string collar. Length of the whipstock for gas-fluid flow is less than distance between receipt and discharge of the jet device. Axes of the radial hydraulic channel and the jet device are perpendicular. Fixation of the whipstock for gas-liquid flow in the flow string collar may be implemented by equipping the flow string collar with an inner groove and the whipstock for gas-liquid flow with a ring holder.

EFFECT: usage of device allows reducing pressure of annular gas notwithstanding temperature and pressure conditions thus increasing life between overhauls for the sucker-rod pumping equipment; besides, this device allows reducing pump-setting depth for the sucker-rod pump due to increase of fluid level over the pump thus reducing consumption of the flow string and pump rods and increasing life between overhauls for the units.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises well with horizontal section extending over bed with different permeability zones, string with cable, electric valves, pressure and temperature transducers, one or several packers tightly isolating the zones of different permeability. Said transducers are connected with metering assy at well mouth while valves are connected with control unit. Note here that pump for product extraction via annulus is arranged above said valves. Outlets of valves are connected with pipe inner space while inlets, apart from the valve at valve bottom, are connected with annulus. Every valve is composed of encase motor with reduction gear with shaft articulated with pusher. Inner space and case of the latter are filled with lubricant. Ball valve can tightly interact with its seat while cup with inlet channels is arranged under said seat. Note here that inlet of the valve nearby the mouth is communicated with annulus. Ball of every valve is connected by basket with pusher to be displaced therewith. The valves are arranged opposite the well appropriate zone for communication by inlet channels therewith. Inlet channels of every valve are provided with appropriate temperature and pressure transducers+. Valve cups are tightly and rigidly connected with the valve body and provided, apart from the valve nearby the bottom, with lengthwise overflow channels. Body of every valve apart from that nearby the bottom is provided with adapter bush to revolve and to be fixed at transportation position. Pusher inner cavity houses the floating piston and is connected by rod end with technological channels to pipe inner space while head end is connected with space above said pusher.

EFFECT: enhanced performances, independent extraction of products from every interval.

The device comprises a plug of removable material, which is set in the well pipe for the purpose of the above testing. At that pipe walls have channels (3, 4, 8), which ensure flowing connection between cavity (70) of the well over the plug and cavity (72) below the plug. At that the device comprises a cut-off element designed to ensure continuous closure of the flowing connection. The channel is formed preferably with axial cavity/chamber (4), wherein there is a piston designed to perform readjustment by axial movement from the first position with open flowing connection through the channel to the second position wherein the connection is closed permanently and may be open again.

SUBSTANCE: valve includes a body with the upper and lower connection threads, valve saddle fixed rigidly inside the body, thrust bush and washer with central and peripheral openings fixed in body by a locking ring, disc valve with rod passing through the central opening of washer, driving washer and spring installed between washer and driving washer. The rod of disc valve is made hollow with horizontal openings in the upper section connecting the tubing area over the valve with the area below the valve. The driving washer is a stepped one, and its lower part with less diameter forms a sliding friction couple with outer surface of the hollow valve rod. SUBSTANCE: device includes a housing, a branch pipe with a central duct, openings and an nut, which is concentrically located in the housing, and a spring. The nut is installed on an outer surface of the branch pipe in its part, and the spring is installed between the nut and the housing, in which there is an internal cylindrical recess. In the lower part of the internal cylindrical recess of the housing there are radial ducts. A hollow cylindrical valve provided with an annular projection from above is rigidly attached from below to the branch pipe inserted into the housing with a possibility of restricted leak-proof downward movement of the internal cylindrical recess of the housing. The cavity of the internal cylindrical recess of the housing above the annular projection of the cylindrical valve is interconnected with openings to the central duct, and the cavity of the internal cylindrical recess under the projection is interconnected with radial ducts to the space outside the housing. There is also a replaceable sleeve and a check valve passing in an upward direction. According to the invention, the hollow cylindrical valve below the internal cylindrical recess of the housing is provided with radial openings. Below the radial openings, the cylindrical valve is provided with a replaceable sleeve with through openings from above. A blind rod is installed into the replaceable sleeve and provided from above with a radial through hole, into which a pin is installed, which is inserted in the radial openings of the hollow cylindrical valve and rigidly fixed in the housing. The blind rod has a possibility of restricted back-and-forth axial movements together with the housing relative to the replaceable sleeve with the hollow cylindrical valve with a possibility of cyclic opening and closing of through holes of the replaceable sleeve during pumping of liquid to the device.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing liquid flow rate at pulse pumping to a formation in a formation pressure maintenance system during development of oil deposits.

SUBSTANCE: downhole tool includes a drill bit on its lower end and a drill motor containing a casing with a rotor rotating in the rotor channel in the casing when the drill tool passes through it. The rotor has a bypass channel for bypassing some portion of the drill mud via it. The valve includes a plate of the valve, which is installed upstream of the motor and has at least one flow pass and at least one bypass passing through the same plate. At least one flow pass is hydraulically interconnected with the rotor channel for passage of the drill mud passing through it. The rotor is made so that it can be rotated in the casing. At least one bypass is selectively hydraulically interconnected with the bypass valve when the rotor is being rotated in the casing, and the bypass channel is selectively moved in a position of alignment with at least some part of at least one bypass for bypass of some part of the drill mud via it, thus generating an impact action on the hammer.

EFFECT: preventing seizures of a drill tool, reducing vibration, increasing drilling efficiency with a downhole tool so that the bit damage is prevented.
