SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the power plants, that produce steam with high parameters, obtained by the power released during the combustion of hydrogen or natural gas (NG) in oxygen. The steam generator contains the ignition device with electro sparking plug, the mixing head with main pipes supplying the oxidant, fuel and water for film cooling, the combustion chamber with cooling path channel, the mixing chamber. In the combustion chamber near the mixing head there is additional fire wall with the length of 34 output nozzle diameters, fixed by means of soldering with the inner wall of the combustion chamber and the oblique cooling path channels, which are connected to the cooling path channel of the inner wall through the holes.

EFFECT: stable cooling of the combustion chamber inner wall and extention of the steam generator service life.

The feature of the boiler gas duct is the fact that the gas duct section with additional heating surfaces is arranged directly under the lower drum of the boiler bundle and is connected with the boiler bundle gas duct section by through windows. Through windows are available at two sides of the lower drum between its cylindrical surface and walls that surround the gas duct. Pipes that contain a coolant form a partition (partitions) separating the gas duct section in two parts with additional heating surfaces. Sections of these pipes in the area of the lower part of the lower drum form a protective screen.

EFFECT: rational use of space under a lower drum of a boiler bundle in a boiler layout with an available technical solution to protect a lower part of a lower drum from overheating in area of high gas temperatures.

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger comprises helical elements from pipes installed in gaps between coils of each other. At the same time in each coil there are two straight and two rounded sections. Identical sections are located oppositely to each other. Each helical element comprises at least three straight sections, which are equidistant near adjacent elements. Axes of all elements in a heat exchanger cross in one point, which is simultaneously installed on the heat exchanger axis. Besides, any point at the axis of the heat exchanger is also a centre of a polygon, on a contour of which there are centres of pipes in any cross section of the heat exchanger via the specified point in the zone of straight sections of helical elements. Straight sections near adjacent helical elements may have different length. Opposite rounded sections of helical elements may be arranged with various radii, which monotonously alternate in coils, besides, the same alternation is arranged near adjacent helical elements.

EFFECT: compactness of a heat exchanger, especially in an area of location of straight sections, and also possibility to install a heat exchanger in cavities with a polygonal cross section, both permanent and alternating in height.

FIELD: thermal power.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method of improving boiler plants by considerably reducing the temperature of boiler plant setting. The temperature of certain points the boiler plant's setting working at maximum capacity is measured, the required heat-insulating material is selected, the boiler plant is stopped to cool, then the setting of side and rear walls is removed and rebuilt with placing the heat-insulating material (asbestos) between courses of bricks. Thermoflex plates of necessary shape are cut out and installed on the front wall of the boiler plant with the high-temperature adhesive. A fireclay layer is spread over the top of the plant, fireproof asbestos plates are placed on it, and another fireclay layer is spread over these asbestos plates.

EFFECT: gas and liquid fuel average annual consumption is reduced by 12-15%.

SUBSTANCE: steam boiler with swirling-type furnace includes fuel feeder, primary air-blast system, which has at least one gas-overflow opening with annular secondary air nozzle directed to the furnace towards the exit flow and mounted on dividing furnace waterwall. At that, boiler is provided with annular swirler made in the form of annular secondary air channel creating the restricting air screen formed with the shell mounted along the perimetre of inner surface of gas-overflow opening housing towards fuel combustion chamber and connected by means of distributing air channel to tangentially mounted supply air-blast connection pipe, and dividing furnace waterwalls are made in the form of flat wall of the row of tubes with heat carrier, which are connected to each other by means of metallic inserts.

EFFECT: more complete and stable combustion of fuel particles owing to heat transfer of heated gases to heat carrier.

SUBSTANCE: in a steam generator comprising a vessel, an igniting device, a unit to supply low-enthalpy water steam, an outlet part, according to the invention, a nozzle for hydrogen and oxygen mixture supply is installed along the axis of the vessel, and the unit of low-enthalpy water steam supply comprises a nozzle of low-enthalpy water steam supply, an end wall, a circular channel, a partition with holes arranged along the concentric circumference relative to the axis of the vessel and is located relative to the nozzle of hydrogen and oxygen mixture supply so that the steam generator vessel is simultaneously a chamber of combustion and mixing. The specified technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the method to produce high-temperature water steam, including combustion of hydrogen and oxygen in the stoichiometric ratio and mixing of combustion products with a ballasting component, according to the invention, the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen is supplied for combustion, the ballasting component is a low-enthalpy water steam, supply of the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen is carried out along the axis of the vessel, supply of low-enthalpy water steam - via holes arranged along the concentric circumference relative to the axis of the vessel, combustion of the hydrogen and oxygen mixture is carried out simultaneously with mixing in the flow of water steam.

EFFECT: simplified design of a device and a method, which results in simplicity of manufacturing and operation, in reduction of mass and dimensions of a device, in reduction of hydraulic resistance of a process.

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: present invention is meant for generating steam and can be used in power engineering. The steam generator on waste heat from a gas-steam power plant has an exhaust heat boiler, to which exhaust gas from a gas turbine is supplied and which, besides that, has one or two evaporators in the exhaust heat boiler, for generating working steam for the gas turbine. Combustion gas from a furnace plant is fed into the exhaust heat boiler. A return line is provided for reverse feeding of combustion gas. The furnace plant is connected into the circulation loop, which is formed by the heater section of the exhaust heat boiler and the return line. Collection of at least part of the combustion gas from the exhaust heat boiler is done in the direction of the combustion gas after outlet. At least one evaporator of auxiliary steam is provided for heating and retaining spinning reserve of the steam turbine.

EFFECT: reduced expenditure on running the steam generator.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: method of natural geyser outburst consists in that the natural geyser simulation device is furnished with a vertical U-shape pipe with inlet, outlet and outlet branch pipe with its one end fitted in the said geyser chamber and a device to adjust the depth of submersion of the former into water filling the geyser chamber. One outlet branch pipe communicating with the outlet line, U-shape pipe inlet and outlet ends is open to atmosphere. Water is heated to steam formation and pressure increase in the said chamber, forced out from the outlet branch pipe through the said outlet line, vertical U-shape pipe and outlet branch pipe into atmosphere. The geyser outburst simulation device contains a water-filled geyser chamber, a device to heat water to steam formation, and outlet channel with outlet branch pipe to water and steam outburst, a vertical U-shape line with inlet and outlet ends, an outlet branch pipe one end of which is fitted into the said geyser chamber and the submersion depth regulation device. The outlet branch pipe connected with the outlet line and U-shape pipe inlet and outlet ends is open to atmosphere.

EFFECT: greater amount of water outburst, simpler design and lower costs.

SUBSTANCE: steam-generating device comprises casing and at lest one heater made of a heating pipe plugged at one of its ends. The other end of the pipe receives the special pipe that passes through the casing. The spaces from outer side and inner side of the heater are interconnected by means of passages for heat-transfer agent. The ring space defined by the heater and pipe receives the screw deflectors for radial swirling of the flow over the inner and outer sides of the heater.

The device comprises tank provided with a compartment for cooling water, inlet port for cooling gas, outlet port for cooling gas, outlet port for heating vapor, collector space for receiving the water vapor, at least one pipe of the primary evaporator mounted inside the compartment for cooling water and connected with the inlet port for cooling gas, and at least one vapor discharging pipe to extract the generated water vapor from the collector space. SUBSTANCE: proposed nuclear power plant incorporates indirect-contact liquid metal-to-gas heat exchangers. Gas outlets of heat exchangers communicate with inlets of gas turbines. Gas outlets of the latter communicate with gas inlets of gas-to-water heat exchangers. Steam lines passing steam obtained to user are connected to steam turbines provided with pumps. At least one gas turbine is coupled through shaft with at least one of these pumps and/or heating-medium passages are provided in steam turbines. These passages communicate at inlet end with gas outlet of at least one of gas blowers. Gas used for the purpose may be nitrogen, air, helium, carbon dioxide, or mixtures thereof. Nuclear reactor is provided with filters for cleaning liquid metal cooled down in heat exchangers. Guide-vane apparatus of steam turbine and/or turbine wheels are provided with heating medium passages. Hot gas for steam reheat is used as heating medium. Inlets of these passages communicate with gas outlet of at least one of gas turbines and their outlets, with gas blower inlet. In this way thermal efficiency of proposed nuclear power plant is enhanced by 50%.
