SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a roasting method of granulated materials using continuous roasting plant (1) containing at least one fuel combustion section (41, 42), in which roasting is performed with further cooling at two subsequent stages: at the first cooling stage in the first cooling device (2) and at the second cooling stage in the second cooling device (3). At implementation of the method, cold air is supplied from cold air source (31) for cooling of granulated materials by blowdown immediately to the second cooling device (3), and air heated by treated granulated materials at cooling is used as combustion gas for at least one fuel combustion section (41, 42) of plant (1). With that, the whole amount of hot gases from the first (2) and the second (3) cooling devices is supplied to at least one fuel combustion section (41, 42) to be used as combustion gas without their filtration. And amount of cold air (31) supplied to the second cooling device (3) is controlled so that the need of plant (1) for combustion air is provided without any excess.

SUBSTANCE: cooling method of calcinated coke in a rotary-type cooler involves supply of cooling water to space between external hollow casing 1 of the cooler and heat-exchange internal casing 2 on the end face from the side of unloading opening 7, its movement along the heat-exchange internal casing 2 and entry to outlet pipe 4 of heat-exchange internal casing along the cooler casing axis on opposite side with further removal also on the side of unloading opening 7 above central part of end face 5 of the rotary-type cooler by means of a water removal device. The water removal device is installed at the outlet of outlet pipe 4 and consists of casing 8 with water lifting neck 9 located above central part of end face 5 or the rotary-type cooler and interconnected with water outlet pipe 10 connected to the water removal pipe for cooling 12.
EFFECT: invention allows improving the contact of cooling liquid with heat exchange surface of the cooler internal casing, improving heat removal efficiency of calcinated coke, decreasing thermomechanical loads and enlarging operating life by 5-7 times.

SUBSTANCE: cooler comprises a water bath, a rotary drum installed in it, facilities for loading and unloading of loose materials. At the same time the drum along the perimetre is made of three or more helical strips of concave or convex shape folded and joined to each other along drum length and having identical width and length, relative to the axis of drum rotation with formation of external laps along the drum perimetre. Besides, along the entire length inside the drum there is a cylindrical spring, and the drum is equipped with a device to change pitch of spring turns by means of its extension or compression.

SUBSTANCE: in clinker cooler, which contains water bath, rotating drum installed in it and provided with clinker loading and unloading of clinker, is made of guide elements in the form of three and more strips of trapezoidal form, which are twisted along screw line in longitudinal direction, bent along screw line on conical mandrel in transverse direction; the above strips have different dimensions as to width with their increase along the drum length from loading to unloading; at that, throughout the drum length there mounted is conical spring which is equipped with the device for changing the pitch of turns by its compression or tension.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in cement, chemical-recovery and metallurgical industry. A device to cool a clinker comprises a rotary drum (2), installed in a water bath (1), facilities to charge (3) and discharge (4) the clinker. The rotary drum (2) along the perimetre is made from three and more strips of alternate width of convex curvilinear shape, rolled in the vertical plane in longitudinal direction bent along helical lines in transverse direction and bent along cuts, with bevelled walls in transverse-longitudinal direction arranged pairwise at the angle one to the other at both sides of strips to form broken helical lines along the drum perimetre that are directed oppositely to each other and broken helical surfaces with alternate pitch.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and to simplify assembly of the structure.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over processes in roasting of materials in rotary furnaces with bar coolers and may be used in production of construction materials. Proposed method comprises measuring cooler operating parameters, defining relationship of the latter for them to be optimised. Note here that secondary air temperature and clinker temperature on hot grid are used as cooler operating parameters. Heat transfer factor in air filtration through clinker layer is used as ratio of operating parameters that represents secondary air temperature-to-clinker temperature on hot grid ratio. Operating parameters are optimised by maintaining heat transfer factor at maximum level.

SUBSTANCE: device for loose material cooling consists of water bath 1 with rotary drum 2 installed in it, of cooling pockets and of facilities for loose material loading 3 and unloading 4. The drum is made with guiding elements in form of three rectangular strips with laps of rectangular shape for cooling pockets. The rectangular strips are bent alternately into opposite sides at angle of 140° along cuts made at 60° to each other and to lengthwise edges of the strips thus forming equilateral triangles along length of the strip; also the triangles are arranged alternately into opposite sides. The strips are interconnected along their lengthwise edges at angle of 70° and along internal perimetre they form three broken screw grooves of main direction and two broken screw grooves of opposite direction. Along external diametre the strips form three broken screw lines of main direction and two broken screw lines of opposite direction, where in the salient points there are located converging places of sides of six equilateral triangles.
EFFECT: simplified assembly of structure and lengthwise transfer of loose material particles from loading to unloading at horizontal position of drum.
SUBSTANCE: cooler grate is arranged along the cooler length and width and consists of multiple modules blown over with cooling air. Connection of the cooler grate module is accordingly effected in each row, always - by way of a hinge During the modules transition between the forward stroke and the backward stroke positions kinematical compensation is ensured even in case of shift aside and/or along the guide elements.

SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of heat-insulating material consists in manufacture of products from composite material based on cement, mortar sand and CHP ash and slag wastes at the ratio of cement:sand:ash and slag wastes components equal to 33:22:44, their saturation in a modified sulphur melt; titanium chloride, or iron chloride, or zinc chloride is used in the amount of 0.8-1.2 % of sulphur weight as a modifying agent of the sulphur melt.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of construction materials, namely to a composition for light concrete manufacturing, a method of preparing the composition for light concrete manufacturing and methods of manufacturing light constructive-heat-insulating concrete products. The composition for light concrete manufacturing contains, wt %: Portland cement 45-50, GRES ash microspheres 30-40, reinforcing filler 0.5-11.0, water - the remaining part, with the GRES ash microspheres and reinforcing filler being activated to a cement clinker. The method of preparing the composition for manufacturing light concrete includes the introduction of the reinforcing filler into Portland cement in the form of inorganic disoriented fibres and mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, introduction of the GRES ash microspheres, the surface of which is preliminarily activated to the cement clinker, and the obtained mixture is tempered with water or water with a plasticising additive C3. The method includes the activation of the surface of the GRES ash microspheres by the application of a finishing agent or chemical processing. The method of light concrete manufacturing, obtained by mixing Portland cement, GRES ash microspheres and water consists in the following: the GRES ash microspheres, the surface of which is preliminarily activated to the Portland cement clinker, are preliminarily introduced into Portland cement, the mixture is tempered with water, with the application of the preliminarily activated to Portland cement clinker reinforcing filler in the form of oriented fibres in the formation of light cement, introduction of the oriented fibres is realised layer-by-layer in the process of moulding, which is carried out by layer-by-layer vibrocompacting with the further mixture exposure at 100% humidity. EFFECT: obtaining constructive-heat-insulating and constructive-fire-resistant light concrete with an increased strength and with reduced moisture-absorption.

EFFECT: increased frost resistance, longer times of composition setting, giving it self-compacting property, increased strength, higher water resistance and reduced water absorption.
SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture concrete and reinforced concrete products, solid structures and facilities from concrete mix consists in the fact in a mixer for 1.5-3 minutes they mix sand, cement and crushed stone with water and electrolyte. The produced mix is poured into a curb, a cassette or a form, working surfaces of which are electrodes, and the mixture is exposed to electric stabilisation by sending alternating current pulses, the current density of which is in the range of 10-49 A/m2, with duration of 3-7 min with a stop before each change of polarity of the pulse for more than 2 min. At the same time in process of mixture pouring into a curb, cassette or a form the mixture is exposed to vibration, then into the poured mix they install an emitter and a receiver of ultrasound at the fixed distance, for instance, 1 m. Ultrasound pulses, which are recorded in the ultrasound receiver, are generated in the emitter via identical equal time intervals, in the period of each pause before each change of polarity of the current pulse. Duration of the specified fixed distance travelling by each ultrasound pulse is determined, and by results of the measurements they calculate the value α according to the given mathematical expression. At that moment of time, when the value α takes the value below 1, they disconnect the pulse current and perform secondary vibration of the mix poured into the curb, cassette or form for 1-2 minutes. Afterwards the product is maintained for 5-6 hours until structural strength is achieved.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved characteristics of manufactured products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and processing (deactivation) of drilling wastes together with secondary wastes of thermal utilisation of oil slurries with ash and slag mixtures so that road-building composite materials are obtained. The task at which this invention is aimed is to create a processing method of drilling wastes on the territory of a cluster site. The processing method of drilling sludge on the territory of the cluster site involves arrangement at the site of components of the mixture and a processing capacity, placement of drilling sludge into the capacity, addition to the sludge of components and mixing of the mixture with an excavator so that road-building composite material is obtained; with that, the processing capacity is installed into soil so that its upper edge is elevated above relief to the height of not more than 0.5 m.
EFFECT: reduction of costs for transportation of wastes to the nearest sludge pit, a possibility of processing of drilling wastes immediately after their formation, a possibility of using secondary materials obtained as a result of processing at the site.

SUBSTANCE: method to prepare concrete mix includes double-stage mixing of a binder, fillers, a superplasticiser and tempering water, at the first stage they first mix the binder, fine filler, 70-80% of coarse filler and 75-85% of tempering water to produce a homogeneous mix, then at the second stage to the previously mixed mixtyre they add the remaining part of the coarse filler, superplasticiser with remaining part of the tempering water, and finally all components are mixed to produce a homogeneous concrete mix of required workability. The superplasticiser is additive of Cemaktiv SU-1.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of superplasticiser and provision of the possibility to reduce duration of heat and moisture treatment of concrete.
