SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cleaning systems and/or desalting the liquid, preferably water. Fluid purification system contains a supply line of the original fluid with mounted supply valve source fluid, connected to the filtration unit, which comprises liquid cleaning means with an inlet for source liquid and outputs for the purified and drain liquid; the fluid mixing device, pressure means support unit, mixing line for the source liquid concentrate, that is formed during the fluid treatment, in a liquid cleaning means, recycling line, the purified fluid line, the fluid drain line and the control unit associated with means of pressure support, pressure change control means, and source liquid supply valve . The filtration unit is adapted to stabilize the pressure in the fluid purification means at periodic fluid flow drainage to drain the fluid velocity, exceeding the performance of pressure support means, disposed on the source liquid line upstream of the device mixing fluid, made in the form of a pressure vessel, which is connected with a line mixing original liquid and concentrate, formed during the filtering process, and simultaneously adjusting of the concentrated fluid volume in the mixing apparatus due to the relationship of the control unit to support the pressure means in the fluid mixing apparatus, performed in a pressure vessel and with means of maintaining the circulation of fluid flow located in the line feeding the starting fluid mixture and concentrate The recirculation line through the connection node is connected to the source liquid supply line, after pressure suuport means and the mixing line of the source liquid and the concentrate, which is connected to the mixing device of the source liquid and the concentrate.

EFFECT: invention increases the life of the fluid treatment system, increases efficiency, and reduces the initial fluid energy costs.

Extraction of water from saline solution is carried out with application of selective solvent, containing carboxylic acid, which has carbon chain from 6 to 13 carbon atoms long. In order to realise the method saline solution emulsion in selective solvent is prepared, selective solvent is heated before and after contact with saline solution to obtain first phase, which includes selective solvent and water from saline solution, dissolved in selective solvent, and second phase, including highly-concentrated remaining part of saline solution. After that, first phase is separated from second phase, first phase, including selective solvent and dissolved water, is extracted from highly-concentrated remaining part of saline solution or highly-concentrated remaining part is extracted from saline solution from first phase. First phase is cooled after extraction to precipitate water from selective solvent and precipitated water is removed from selective solvent.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining almost pure fresh water.

SUBSTANCE: method of purification of phenol-containing sewage waters of alkali-hydrolysis processing of rice husk includes preliminary desiliconisation of phenol-containing sewage waters by their processing with hydrochloric acid with precipitation of solid and separation from solution of silicon-containing product and electrochemical oxidation in presence of chloride ions in electrolytic cell with application of direct current. Process of electrochemical oxidation is carried out with concentration of chloride ions 0.10-0.11 mol/l in non-diaphragm electrolytic cell with application of ruthenium-titanium oxide anode and titanium cathode for 70-90 min with current density 100-150 mA/cm2 with constant mixing. Required concentration of chloride ions is provided by dilution with water of phenol-containing sewage waters after their desiliconisation.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase degree of purification of polydisperse concentrated phenol-containing sewage waters of alkali-hydrolysis processing of rice husk from phenol and other organic pollutants.

A membrane for fresh water is used at the first reverse osmosis step and a membrane for sea water is used at the second step. Concentrate from the first and second steps is merged and taken for mixing with initial water fed at the input of the first step. Permeate obtained from the first step is taken to the second reverse osmosis step. Permeate from the second step is the end product. When desalinating water from natural sources, the water undergoes pre-settling and mechanical impurities are removed.
