SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique of compression, in particular to a device of bilateral pressing of the powders, but preferably the porous material with a low bulk density, such expanded graphite to obtain a rod, rods of various diameters and a composition comprising a metal sleeve with a sealed therein expanded graphite to obtain electrode. The device for pressing the powders comprises mould forming rods mouthpiece, an array of cylindrical form, mounted with a holder and punch. Additionally, it is provided with a second similar mould. Molds are arranged coaxially and are joined metal rods and the guide sleeve. As the metal sleeve, the conductive tube is used. The holders are made detachable and additionally have cavities of cylindrical shape to contain the matrix, associated with a large base of the cone clips holes. Punches have removable limiters of the cage motion in a direction from the ends to the central portion at an angle and the sleeve, as a device element, is formed with a smooth inner surface.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining a monolithic conductive product in the form of expanded graphite rod or an electrically conductive composition, which comprises a thermally expanded graphite in a metal shell with a uniform distribution of properties, and increase the adhesive bond between the components of the composition; as well as the expansion of technological capabilities of the device.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to production of substrate-free decorative coating with relief simulation pattern containing inhomogeneous composition of unsintered polymer-based separate painted particles (9, 10). Note here that said composition of said particles (9, 10) produced by mincing of polymer-based sheet and irregularly distributed in, in fact, transparent or semi-transparent polymer matrix 12 surrounding said particles. Polymer-based powder is applied on the latter, in fact, and does not contain dyes and fillers.
EFFECT: production of substrate-free decorative coating with relief simulation pattern containing inhomogeneous composition of unsintered polymer-based separate painted particles.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from composite materials, particular, parts of soli-propellant rocket engines nozzle blocks. Proposed method comprises arranging carcass of initial material on rigid tapered mandrel, impregnating said carcass with binder in hydroclave with elastic membrane, drying impregnated carcass outside of hydroclave and curing it in the same hydroclave. Carcass is cured in vacuum created in space between mandrel and elastic membrane. In curing, carcass is heated to 65-75°C at the rate of not over 10°C in hour and cured at said temperature for 3-3.5 h. Heated carcass is loaded by 27 kgf/cm2 to go heating to 155-170°C at the rate of not over 15°C/h, and cured at said temperature for 7 h. Then, carcass, is cooled down to release pressure. Note here that in two hours after cooling beginning vacuum is removed.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of making articles from composite materials, specifically components for basic structures, for example socket ends of nozzles of solid-propellant rocket engine (SPRE). The process of making articles from composite materials involves placing a frame of the initial material into a hollow shaping workholder with a blind bottom, saturating the frame with binder in a hydroclave with an elastic diaphragm and drying the saturated frame. A bundle of rubber cords is placed at the bottom of the workholder from the outside, one of which is put between the workholder and the frame, while the others are placed on its outer surface. The workholder is then put into an elastic diaphragm which is partially filled with binder. The frame is saturated, after which the workholder is removed from the hydroclave and the frame is dried. The rubber cords are removed before drying. The disclosed method is used to make several high-quality large-size socket ends of nozzles of SPRE, wherein preparation results of taken specimens show an almost uniform structure of the material of components, which indicates high quality of saturating the initial binding material.
EFFECT: when making large-size bushings of nozzles of SPRE, the invention ensures high quality of making components from composite materials while providing the required produceability.
FIELD: process technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technology of products of composite materials, namely, load-bearing unit parts, e.g. nozzle mouths of solid-propellant rocket motors (SPRMs). The process for making the products of composite materials involves coating of a rigid mandrel with an initial material, mounting of the mandrel to produce a material package in a elastic diaphragm filled with a binding agent and placed in a hydraulic steriliser, and impregnation of the material package with the binding agent under pressure of a working fluid transferred to a package surface through the elastic diaphragm. The impregnation process involves filling the hydraulic steriliser with the working fluid at 100-125 litres a minute, generating pressure 5 kgs/cm2 and keeping the material package under this pressure for 10 minutes; it is followed with pressure release and working fluid pump-down from the hydraulic steriliser at the same speed preset for the filling process; the procedures carried out are repeated. The hydraulic steriliser is filled with the working fluid once again, and the material package is kept under hydrostatic fluid pressure for 12 hours, then the working fluid is pumped-down; a vacuum medium is generated, and the mandrel with the impregnated material package is removed from the hydraulic steriliser.
EFFECT: use of the invention for making large capacity inserts of the SPRM nozzle units has provided high-quality manufacturing of the parts of the composite materials with ensuring required adaptability to manufacture.
FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for composite materials setting consists of case with flange and of elastic diaphragm installed in case; collar of diaphragm is pressure tight attached to flange of case with fit ring. Holders of elastic diaphragm positioning are arranged uniformly along perimetre on surface of the case flange contacting the collar of the elastic diaphragm. The holders correspond to vertical directed pointed pins. There is also formed a row of rounded circular lugs alternating with rounded circular recesses. On surface of the fit ring contacting the collar of the elastic diaphragm there are made hooks made in form of a circular rack with pointed teeth directed to the collar of the elastic diaphragm. Holes opposite to each holder on surface of the case flange are made on surface of the fit ring contacting the collar of the elastic diaphragm. Also, holes in the fit ring are made as blind channels. Hooks of the fit ring are set off in radial direction relative to lugs on the case flange. The holders of elastic diaphragm position are equipped with a threaded section on side opposite to the pointed pins and are screwed with it into threaded holes made on the flange of the case.
EFFECT: high reliability of operation due to raised strength of attachment of elastic diaphragm to flange of case at simultaneous simplification of device assembly; possibility to fabricate rank of extremely critical items of composite materials, including large size high quality bells of nozzle units of rocket engines for solid fuel.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from composite materials, particularly, shell for structural components, namely, to assembly units of solid-propellant rocket engines. Proposed method comprises applying initial material impregnated with binder on shaping mandrel, locating said mandrel in hydraulic pressure vessel with elastic diaphragm, hardening material package at pressure and temperature, curing at 150-165 °C and package cooling down. Note here that, immediately after curing, initial material package is first cooled on elastic diaphragm side to 140-145°C, then cooling is performed on mandrel side and continued on both sides to 50-60°C. Now, pressure is dropped to perform forced cooling and, then, natural cooling to room temperature.
EFFECT: higher quality due to perfection of material structure.
FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from composite materials, namely, rotation shells of structural components. Production of variable-wall thickness shells comprises forming multilayer package of material by tape coiling, tape being pre-impregnated with thermosetting binder of carbon fabric onto rigid mandrel made up of variable-diametre rotation shell. First, inner walls are coiled to diametre making 0.8-0.9 of the package OD. Note here that coiling in wall thickening zone is made under pressure of 1-2 kgf/cm2 and temperature of 60-90°C. Then, outer tape layers are coiled with carbon fabric acting on the tape. Prior to application of carbon fabric, the package is subjected to same temperature. Note here that coiling in wall thickening zone is made under pressure and temperature on the distance from end face of 0.6-0.65 of part length along the part axis.
EFFECT: higher quality of variable wall thickness rotation shells from composite materials.
FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite material articles, namely envelopments of rotation for load bearing structures. Proposed device comprises casing with flange, cover with mating flange, forming mandrel with annular base accommodated inside aforesaid casing, and elastic diaphragm with annular collar that embraces said mandrel. Casing and cover flanges are jointed together via annular inserts arranged there between to receive elastic diaphragm and forming mandrel. Note here that seat made on the casing side receives elastic diaphragm collar while seat on the cover side receives mandrel base. Device incorporates also a number of annular inserts that differ in their ID.
EFFECT: compact design, ease of use, lower costs.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of items out of composite materials. The procedure consists in solidification of composite materials in the hydro-clave with the elastic diaphragm. The object of the invention is met in the procedure of preparation of the hydro-clave with the elastic diaphragm designed for solidification of composite materials to operation. The procedure consists in fastening the elastic diaphragm with a flange of a case of the hydro-clave and in successive testing the elastic diaphragm for pressure tightness. Also the case of the hydro-clave is filled with a working fluid at half of its height. The elastic diaphragm is positioned into the case of the hydro-clave with resting its lower part on surface of working fluid; further, a collar of the elastic diaphragm is pressure tight fastened with a flange of the case. After that working fluid is pumped out, the case is filled with air and there is created excessive pressure for testing the elastic diaphragm for tightness.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction of labour input at procedure of preparation of hydraulic autoclave with the elastic diaphragm designed for solidification of composite materials to operation.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of homogeneous patterned material of floor coating on plastic base includes formation of the first adhesive layer and further application of thermoplastic particles into adhesive layer, besides particles consist of at least two various grades of particles or mixtures of particles. Above-mentioned particles are introduced in two or more stages into predetermined formations onto adhesive layer so that the latter is fully coated with a patterned first layer of particles to form the first layer of material. Method also includes formation of one additional adhesive layer, on which particles are laid to form additional layer of particles with patterns that comply with the patterns of the first layer, to form additional layer of material, as a result of which additional layer of particles is formed with pattern that complies with the pattern of the first layer, to form the next layer of material. These two layers are synchronised so that patterns match each other as a result of pressing operation, and layers of material produce a homogeneously patterned material of floor coating. Two similar layers may be formed on two separate surfaces, which are synchronised and connected together in pressing installation. These layers may also be formed straight one over another by means of equipping of the first layer of material with adhesive layer and further application of thermoplastic particles onto adhesive layer so that additional layer of particles with according pattern is applied and connected over the first layer of particles.
EFFECT: production of homogeneous patterned floor coatings with thicknesses of up to 2 mm and more distinct pattern.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to machine-tool attachments for pressing and hardening of impregnated conductor rods used in large-sized electrical machines, for example in hydrogenerators. Crimping module of crimping mechanism for rods pressing and hardening contains the first and second crimping devices. The first crimping device is comprised of a frame with a horizontal base section, two outer ribs and at least one enclosing knot for applied crimping effort. The second crimping device is comprised of a cross-bar with at least one enclosing knot for applied crimping effort. Directions of crimping efforts applied by the first and second crimping devices are perpendicular to each other. At least one enclosing knot has a body and a movable crimping piston. The latter is designed with threaded opening with a bolt in it thus ensuring axial movement of the crimping piston and its retraction from the body.
EFFECT: ensuring reduction of labour costs at rods pressing and improving quality of finished articles.

SUBSTANCE: method is based on deformation of a blank by simple shift with the preservation of its initial shape and dimensions by pressing during one passage through a system, consisting of 4 or more, preferably paired, number of crossing channels, which have similar transverse sections, corresponding to the blank section, and are in pairs in mutually perpendicular planes, input and output channels are made vertically coaxial, at a temperature of the blank equal to 0.85-0.95 of the polymer melting temperature, a rate of extrusion 0.6-1.0 mm/s, deformation intensity 0.73-0.83. The inclined deforming channels are turned in pairs with a step +90° around a longitudinal axis of an extrudate and are separated with vertical deforming channels.
EFFECT: increased physical-mechanical properties of polymer rod-shaped products with the preservation of a high level of plasticity, low hardness anisotropy and a reduced coefficient of linear thermal expansion through the length and breadth.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing composite polymeric materials which compensate for motion in or near one or more corresponding surfaces without detriment to the structural integrity thereof after attaching polymeric fabric thereto. The material contains polymeric fabric from a plurality of elastomeric fibres and a binding matrix. The matrix is selected from a group comprising liquid resins and binding substances, e.g. polyurethanes, polyureas, acrylic resins, epoxy resins and or mixtures thereof. The elastomeric fibres are spandex or block-copolymers of polyurethane and polyethylene glycol, optionally coupled with natural or synthetic fibres. The material is obtained by depositing the binding matrix on the fabric and vulcanising, followed by hardening. Also disclosed are methods of producing and using the polymeric fabric composition.
EFFECT: material can be used in applications which require packing, containment, protection and insulation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding articles from thermoplastic binder and loose materials. Method comprises feed of activator bulk in portions sufficient for forming of separate activator. Bulk portion is compacted and formed around cylinder-shape central electrode by vibrations in stiff conducting shell. Compaction and forming is performed, first, in vertical forming pipe. Then, it is made in the shell continuously formed by winding conducting paper on forming pipe and pulling therefrom by displacement of formed activator cylinder. Formed activator in said shell is cooled to solidification of only bulk surface layer, Then anode grounder is held in vertical position to full solidification of activator, outside the device. Proposed device comprises bulk mixing and heating assembly, assembly for feeding said bulk to forming pipe by portions, sealing and forming assembly, shell orbital winding mechanism, refrigerator, system for control and permanent feed rate drive.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of forming, simplified design, lower labour input.
