EFFECT: technical result, enabled by using group of inventions, consists in fact, that to increase weld joint strength as a whole, including first polymer layer weld joint.

SUBSTANCE: brush seal passing in circumferential direction, located between fixed and rotating components of the machinery, and during the machinery operation having area of elevated pressure at inlet side and area of reduced pressure at outlet side, contains bristles creating bristle blocks, pressing plate and pad for bristles block. The bristles block is located on the fixed component and in cantilever fashion projects towards the rotating component. The pressing plate is installed at the outlet side of the bristles block and on the fixed component. The pad has slots passing in radial direction and with spacing in circumferential direction, the slots exit to opposite sides of the specified pad, and are located at its internal and external circumferential edges.

SUBSTANCE: sealing assembly of a flexible joint comprises at least one pair of cup seals with respective spacers, each of the seals is made as a cylindrical bush with a longitudinally protruding sealing jaw and formed by spiral winding of a foil band including a layer of thermally expanded graphite with a carbon bundle distributed evenly along its width, with its further pressing in the axial direction. The cup seals of each pair are installed on a movable element and adjoin each other by their bigger ends and their sealing jaws are directed into opposite sides. Every spacer is made as a bush with its height being greater than the height of the sealing jaw of the respective cup seal, and is mounted in the recess of the respective cup seal formed by the sealing jaw and the smaller end of the respective cup seal adjoining it, the said cup seals with respective spacers are set in the casing groove and are pressed in the axial direction by a pressing element in the axial direction.

SUBSTANCE: under manufacturing method of multilayer seals of the rotating shafts out of the elastomer materials including the elastomer materials pouring in the casting mould performed by two stages, with further thermal conditioning, initially to the base part of the mould the elastomer material with soft structure is poured to create the first layer of the seal with soft work edge, and to the additional part out of two rings the elastomer material with hard structure is poured to create the second layer of the seal with hard work edge, at that the elastomer material with hard structure is poured until final polymerization of the elastomer material with soft structure, thus ensuring best diffusion adhesion between the seal layers.

EFFECT: invention ensures high sealing properties and possibility of seal positioning on the rotating shaft.

Each of these bushing parts is formed by spiral wound of foil strip containing a layer of thermally expanded graphite with outspread carbonic bunch uniformly distributed through its width. The first part of bushing is designed with external surface containing cylindrical and conic sections, the second part of bushing located on external side of cylindrical section of the first part of bushing is designed cylindrical, and the mentioned first and second parts of bushing are fastened by the butt end common for its first and second parts, with safety washer with flanging along inner diameter and pre-pressed in axial direction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pump unit for fuel supply, preferably diesel oil, to internal-combustion engine. The pump unit contains body (3), plunger pump for fuel supply to the internal-combustion engine, geared pump (2) for fuel supply to the plunger pump, drive shaft (4) installed with the possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis (5) and to drive both the plunger pump, and the pump (2), and at least one O-ring (7) between the body (3) and shaft (4) to tight separation of two chambers (8, 9), fuel is supplied to at least one chamber. The pump unit also contains at least one reinforcement element (26) installed inside one of the chambers (8, 9) at least to limit deformation of the seal (7) under fuel pressure. The body (3) has groove (28) passing around the axis (5). The element (26) has circlip (27) secured in the groove (28), and side (30) projecting from the circlip (27) in axial direction and passing between the shaft (4) and seal (7).

EFFECT: invention creates the pump unit, easy and cheap in production, in which wear of the drive shaft and seal is reduced.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method for joining of structural parts made from composite material and set perpendicular to each other. A flange and a wall of specified profile are used as the parts. Method involves the following stages at which: structural parts are placed in a mould in the desired position in relation to each other so that to form a joint area where the butt face or its neighbouring section of one of the structural parts rests against the other structural part, complete melting and run-out of the thermoplastic material into the joint area are provided. Afterwards the structural parts are fused together under the action of heat and excessive pressure. The structure and the filling element obtained by the proposed method form a joint area between two structural parts being connected. The said joint comprises plastic material in the form of a filling element on either side of the resting structural part and between the said resting part and the other structural part. At that the filling element comprises two halves and a bridge connecting them.

EFFECT: technical result provided due to the usage of the method and structural part as per the inventions consists in ensuring the specified strength and rigidity of a structure at the specified thickness of composite parts.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction and may be used at laying-out, manufacture and repairs of the pipelines, in particular, in the technological equipment for enhancement of the functional capabilities of the devices which are used for the butt-seam welding of the plastic pipes. The device contains the cradle, the mobile and motionless carriages, on which the clamps for holding the pipes are tightened. The movable carriage contains two manual self-propelled drives. At that only one drive actuates the loading spring and is equipped with the screw, which ensures the spring compression. The other drive actuates only the lever and provides the idle motion of the movable carriage. The bracket, on which the shaft of the lever turning is fixed, is radially welded to the nut of the screw drive. On the opposite side from the first bracket there is the second bracket radially welded to the same screw drive nut. The indicated bracket has two radial grooves for provision of the possibility to fix the lever in two positions. The device also contains the feed spindle, on which the bushing is freely set. The bushing is moved by the lever through the thrust blocks and ensures the capability of the carriage passing through the loading spring. The invention ensures extension of the functional capabilities of the device, reduction of duration of the technological pause from the moment of the heater removal up to the pipes jointing.
