SUBSTANCE: binder comprises an epoxy component and an aromatic polyisocyanate. The epoxy component is a mixture of the polyfunctional epoxy resin and the phenyl glycidyl ether, which reacts to the aromatic polyisocyanate in the presence of a amine hardener. Said amine hardener is triethanolamine.

EFFECT: using said epoxypolyurethane bindings allows to produce organic, basalt, carbon and fiberglass plastics with high thermal and heat resistance, chemical resistance in corrosive media, as well as the low porosity; the invention also allows to improve the sanitary work conditions and the environmental situation at production due to the technology of manufacturing filler-reinforced plastics without the use of solvents.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the enamel used for production of the weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant, radiation-proof and decontaminated coatings, which may be applied in shipbuilding, aerospace engineering, atomic power engineering, and also in petroleum and the food-processing industry for external and internal works at protection of the metals, wood, rubber, concrete, bricks, slate surfaces, which are operating under conditions of the especially of aggressive environments. The enamel represents the composition including 100 mass shares of the semi-finished enamel product and 2.1-28.6 mass shares of the curing agent of the amine type. The semi-finished enamel product contains the following ratio of the ingredients (in mass %): 17-30 - pigments, 7-15 -the mixtures of microtalcum, the caolin and micromica as the filler, 5.22-6.93 - the organic solvent, the remaining - 50-60 mass % - the solution of the epoxy pitch-basis in the organic solvent. The degree of the polycondensation in the organic solvent of the pitch-basis compound makes n = 0-2. The epoxy pitch-basis is produced by epoxidation of the aromatic-conjugated hydroxy phenylene having the degree of the polycondensation of n = 0-2 produced from dihydricphenol or alkylresorcin. The product is produced by forming of the prepreg. The invention allows to create the binding agent, which has the high level and stability of the adhesion power to the filler, the low value of the internal stresses of the polymeric composite material at the cyclic action of the water-drying process at the temperature of 70°С, to increase the strength of the products at the action of the operational factors.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns process of producing heat-resistant epoxide compound for reinforced glass-fiber bodies used in fabrication of rigid armoring housings for removable charges of solid-fuel rocket engines. Compound is prepared by mixing 28-32% of epoxide dian resin having molecular mass 390-430, 28-32% of epoxide dian resin having molecular mass 480-540, and 14-18% of trimethylolpropane/epichlorohydrin condensation product, mixing being effected for 15-30 min at 80-100° C and stirrer rotation speed 125-158 rpm. When temperature drops to 60-80° C, mixture is supplemented by 24-27% of epoxycyanurate resin and stirred for further 15-30 min at stirrer rotation speed 125-158 rpm under residual pressure not higher than 20 mm Hg.

EFFECT: improved mechanical, adhesion, elastic, and working characteristics at higher vitrification temperature (135° C).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cyanic ester-based polymer compositions which are reinforced with fibrous filler and are used for producing structural polymer composite materials with operating temperature of up to 200°C and articles from said materials which can be used in aviation, aerospace, motorcar, ship-building and other industries. The invention also relates to prepregs which include said polymer composition and articles made from said prepregs. The cyanic ester-based polymer composition contains epoxy resin, which is a modifier and selected from: epoxy diane resin, epoxy novolac resin, nitrogen-containing epoxy resin or mixtures thereof, wherein components of the composition are in the following ratio, wt %: cyanic ester 55-95, epoxy resin 5-45. The composition can further contain a solvent selected from: acetone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol or mixtures thereof. The prepreg includes the described polymer composition and fibrous filler, wherein components of the prepreg are in the following ratio, wt %: polymer composition 30.0-50.0, fibrous filler 50.0-70.0. The fibrous filler used in the prepreg can be fabric or bundles or strips based on carbon or glass fibre. An article is made from said prepreg by moulding.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a polyurethane adhesive for laminating films. The polyurethane adhesive for laminating films contains at least one NCO-reactive polyurethane prepolymer and/or polyisocyanates and is cross-linked only through NCO-/acidic H groups. The adhesive is characterised by that it contains between 0.5 and 20 wt % low-molecular weight compound (A) having molecular weight lower than 2000 g/mol, which contains at least one group which is reactive with respect to primary amine groups, selected from an epoxy group, oligomeric polyethers of unsaturated carboxylic acids or vinylphosphonic acid, wherein compound (A) reacts with primary amine groups at a rate slower than the rate of the cross-linking reaction. Disclosed also is use of said adhesives in a method of producing laminated multilayer films which are glued using the disclosed polyurethane adhesives.
