Herewith, initially the patient sits with his/her back turned to the doctor, clenches his/her fists and fixes them on his/her sacral bone. The doctor initially stands behind the patient's back at arms' length, stretches his/her arms and fixes his/her hands on the patient's elbow joints; the doctor holds his/her back straight and sets one foot back to keep balance. The patient inhales and presses his/her sacral bone for 5 s with his/her elbows pulled back and shoulder rotated outside; this position is held for 7-9 s. While the patient exhales, the doctor stretches the patient's back muscles inactively, pulls the patient's elbows forth, rotates the patient's shoulder inside; the patient's fists are still held on his/her sacral bone. The manipulation is performed 5 or 6 times for 1 or 2 minutes as a part of the integrated procedures for 12-15 min in the therapeutic course, daily.
EFFECT: method provides normalising the thoracic muscles tonus, improves the external respiration function, eliminating the functional blocks that enables increasing the effectiveness of the integrated treatment of chronic bronchitis, relieving its clinical course, avoiding acute periods for a long period of time (up to 1 year).
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, and can be used for the local treatment of chronic gingivitis caused by tobacco smoking in young individuals. That is ensured by a preparatory procedure of luminal-dependent chemiluminescence of the oral fluid aiming at a maximum burst and a glow light sum. If the maximum burst falls within the range of 3.3 to 18.15 standard units, whereas the glow light sum ranges from 8.2 to 40 standard units, an antioxidant therapy is conducted by using a transverse gingival mucosa electrophoresis on 5% aqueous propolis by means of jaw electrodes in a tray at a current intensity of 0.5-1 mA and an exposure of 8-10 minutes. A polarity is alternated with a positive pole to be taken the first. The therapeutic course makes 4 procedures every second day. Colgate Propolis Toothpase and Mouthwash are used additionally during 30 days. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy. Method includes electroneurostimulation (ENS) of gastrocnemius muscles, intake of direct anticoagulants, wearing elastic stockings. Before operative intervention through applied on both gastrocnemius muscles electrodes individual parameters of intensity of influencing pulse current, characterised by visible contraction of gastrocnemius muscle, are determined. After that, first procedure of gastrocnemius muscle ENS is performed for both extremities. Second ENS procedure is performed in the course of operative intervention only on extremity which is not operated. After finishing operation and termination of anaesthetic effect the following procedure of gastrocnemius muscle ENS is performed on both extremities. Procedures are repeated every 4-6 hours for the following days until patient starts to move independently by means of crutches. Time of ENS procedure constitutes 20 minutes.
EFFECT: method ensures prophylaxis of thrombosis of deep veins of lower extremities in the process of operative intervention due to active impact on muscles of lower extremities.

SUBSTANCE: influence with an electric current on areas of the ganglion trigeminale projection, on upper edges of the orbits in the area of the foramen supraorbitale, on the lower edges of the orbits in the area of the foramen infraorbitale, on the lower end of the jaw in the area of the foramen mentale and on areas of the anterior bellies of the digastric muscle and the masseters is realised. Electrostimulation is realised by a trapezoidal bipolar electric current with the frequency of 20-120 Hz, pulse duration is 0.01-0.2 msec, time of sending and pause is 2 sec, with the current power, increasing from 0.1 mA to 20 mA until weak vibration of the tissues appears, the impact time is 10-20 minutes. Then, an influence with a low-intensive pulse magnetic field from the apparatus "Kolibri" in mode I with an additional influence in the areas of the neck and upper third of the chest, with the time of influence being 10-15 min, is realised. After that, the application of the "Tomed" mud of room temperature is applied, with the exposure time 10-20 min. The total course of treatment includes 8-15 procedures.

SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out electrostimulation and exercises, aimed at the recovery of the laryngeal nervous-muscular apparatus work. The electrostimulation is realised by a current with a bipolar asymmetric pulse shape, with the frequency of 20-120 Hz, pulse duration of 0.2 ms, with 2 sec interval between the pulses. The time of exposure is 5-10 minutes. Seven pairs of electrodes, placed symmetrically, are used. The first and second pairs of electrodes are placed in the area of anterior and posterior bellies of the digastrics muscle on the left and on the right. The third and fourth pairs of electrodes are placed horizontally on the left and on the right in the area of upper and lower thirds of the lateral neck surface, crossing the sternocleidomastoid muscle. The fifth pair of electrodes is placed at the level of 3 and 6 cervical vertebrae in the area of the posterior neck surface on the left. The sixth pair of electrodes is placed at the level of 3 and 6 cervical vertebrae in the area of the posterior neck surface on the right. The seventh pair of electrodes is placed in the area of the middle third of the trapezius muscle on the left and on the right of the spine. After that the patient independently does a number of exercises. First he/she protrudes the tongue towards the teeth, then the tongue root is pulled back. Then he/she makes an inhalation and with the mouth closed, holds the nose wings for 1 s during one exhalation. After that, without opening the mouth, he/she makes an inhalation and holds the nose wings a single time for 5-7 seconds with their further opening during one exhalation. Then, he/she makes an inhalation, holds the nose wings and realises an exhalation through the mouth, shutting the lips one time for 1 second. The described exercise is repeated, increasing the duration of the lips shutting to 5-7 seconds. Each exercise is repeated by the patient 3-4 times running. While fulfilling the exercises the patient bends his/her head to the chest, pressing the chin to it. After performing the exercises, the shoulder girdle area is subjected to a vibrostimulation impact. The impact is realised with the frequency of 20-60 Hz, amplitude of 1.5 mm, at the rate of vibration frequency growth by 20% per 10 seconds. The time of the impact is 10-15 minutes. The course includes 8-12 daily procedures.
EFFECT: method increases the working range of the voice, recovers the phonation time due to the recovery of a contraction of the laryngeal muscles, normalises functions of the respiratory apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: on the second day following a botulinum toxin therapy, 10 electric muscle stimulation procedures by means of Ionoson Expert apparatus are conducted. The exposure represents amplitude modulated medium-frequency currents in the frequency range of 100-250 Hz and at carrier frequency 7 kHz, current intensity from 8 to 20 mA for 4-7 minutes. The electric muscle stimulation coordinates with motor action phases in accordance with the schedule: on the first day, glutei, hip flexors, foot extensors are electrically stimulation; on the second day, the electric stimulation covers paravertebral and lumbosacral muscles. A motion coordination detector is mounted on a more functionally preserved leg. The stimulation is performed in the walking mode at a current frequency of 50 Hz; a current intensity is specified according to pronounced muscle contraction with the stimulation duration of 15 minutes. The electric stimulation is performed as the patient walks, and terminated once the patient stops moving. The procedures are daily with alternating positions of the electrodes; the therapeutic course makes 10 procedures.

SUBSTANCE: spinal cord segments of the patient lying on his/her side with his/her legs suspended in a swing frame is exposed to a rectangular bipolar electric square-wave stimulus sequence at frequency 5-40 Hz, duration 0.5-1 ms and carrier frequency 10 kHz. The exposure covers the segments arranged above the spine directly between spinous processes of the spinal cord, and the segments arranged symmetrically from the right and left from the spinal column, above the spinal roots. The stimuli are supplied in the preset order. Depending on the stimulated spinal cord segment, stimuli amplitude is specified within the range of 40-250 mA, whereas a pulse phase shift in the stimulus train is within the range of 0.1-0.5 ms.
