SUBSTANCE: device for determining the technical condition of a cone bit comprises the frame with the rotating body feeding mechanism fixed thereon, with the possibility to create load on the cone cutter to be diagnosed by means of the disc for the cone cutter rotation, the electric motor and the step speed control pulleys, the base frame for installing the cone cutter bit thereon, with the ability to fix a vibration sensor on its feet. The device is additionally provided with a removable cartridge for installing the cone cutter bit with the possibility of rotation around its own axis, mounted on the movable platform, with the possibility of moving in a horizontal plane via a handle mounted on the feeding worm gear mechanism shaft and the movable frame loaded by the handle mounted on the feeding shaft, the frequency converter of smooth lectrical motor speed regulation and the signal processing unit, both arranged on the frame, interconnected with the sensor for measuring the cutter rotation speed and the vibration sensor, the disc pad with a slot and a high-precision optical distance-measuring sensor. The disc pad is adapted to be fitted on the rotating body, and is fixed by the feeding mechanism in a vertical plane, and the optical distance-measuring sensor is mounted in the disc pad slot with the possibility of moving the sensor along the slot from the disk pad edge to its center.

SUBSTANCE: according to the specified method of determination of operation stage duration of periodically loaded surfaces of machine parts the changes with time of the state parameter of the contacting machine parts are registered, the machine parts are loaded in accordance with actual operation conditions. Temperature in the contact zone is assumed as the estimated state parameter. Diagram temperature vs. time is plotted, and area of temperature change with time is highlighted. Temperature corresponding to start and end of the stable operation mode is determined. Considering the determined temperature corresponding to start and end of the stable operation mode and based on the available diagram of temperature vs. time the diagram points are determined corresponding to start and end of the stable operation mode, their projection on the time axis determine duration of operation stages of the periodically loaded surfaces of the machine parts.

SUBSTANCE: method includes a fixing on a bed of a spindle head with a spindle unit, registatrtion of signals from oscillation sensors and their sending through the amplifying and converting equipment into the computer. For improvement of accuracy of diagnostics a cylindrical work-piece with longitudinal groove is fixed in the spindle, then cutting is performed, the oscillations are measured by dynamometers mounted on the measurement unit, and the sensor installed on the spindle head sends their signals to the computer by means of which the response of the spindle head to the input effect is registered and analyzed and the ratio of effective amplitudes taken from the response signal on the spindle head is determined on the sections of record of the vibrations corresponding to the beginning of cutting after passing of the groove and the section of record of the vibrations corresponding to the end of cutting before exiting to the groove, and the moments of the beginning and the end of cutting are determined by change of the oscillation signal from the instrument unit.

The loading device contains the housing, rod, flanges, supports, springs. The supports are rigidly connected to the housing. On the rod the springs are installed. The flanges are connected to the housing ends. The rocking arm contains a fork, a kingpin, a bracket, a bar. The fork and the brackets are connected with the kingpin. The flywheel is installed in bearing assemblies in the upper part of the frame. Rocking arms with one end are hingedly connected to the flywheel, with the other end - are hingedly connected to the loading device rod.

The method of vibration diagnostics of the resilient system of the machine using a power impact generator, included into the "machine-accessory-tool-part" system, consisting in the fact that harmonic, pulse or random excitation is arranged at the inlet in the resilient system of the machine, and system response at the outlet is measured, at the same time to produce dynamic characteristics, they excite the investigated structure with the help of the measured dynamic force, differing by the fact that harmonic and random excitation is provided with the help of a piezoceramic contact vibrator, and to create pulse power impact, a generator is used, afterwards signals are supplied to a two-channel spectrum analyser, in which they produce, with the help of spectral analysis of complex signals, based on quick Fourier transform, frequency characteristics, and analogue signals arriving to the analyser inlets are filtered, selected and converted with the help of an analogue-to-digital converter into a digital form for production of series of digital data - implementation, and by speed of selection and duration of implementation they determine the frequency range and the resolving capacity during analysis of investigated characteristics, and the force supplied to the investigated object during turning of the mandrel with the cutter is measured with the help of a piezoelectric dynamometer.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements, as well as expansion of technological capabilities during diagnostics of a resilient system of a machine.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: bench includes a vertically located spatial frame, a winch, a power hydraulic cylinder and a pump station. A traverse is installed inside the frame in guides and is capable of being moved along guides by means of the above winch located in the upper part of the frame. The movable traverse is equipped with the above power hydraulic cylinder creating a force on a hook. Movable replaceable jigs intended for installation of test hoisting devices are installed on the lower beam of the bench.

Besides, said receiver has two holes, one being made at its and while another in its lateral surface. The stand comprises a synchronous drive motor, and a synchronous generator as a load, which shafts are conjugated with each other through the test reducing gears. It also additionally comprises a contactor, the first and the second adjustable rectifiers, the first and the second automatic circuit breakers, the first and the second measurement sets, contactless switching arrangement of the load, elastic and rigid couplings.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the functional capabilities of the stand, the possibility of smooth adjustment of the moment and creation of a pulse-variable load on the shaft of the test reducing gears, as well as the registration of the load and characteristics of the reducing gears with the definition of efficiency coefficient.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbomachine building, in particular to methods for determining service life of turbomachines discs by modelling during bench tests of working conditions of loading and damage in critical zones of turbomachine discs. Essence of the invention consists in the following: contact strains are generated in upper attachment hole of wheel rim element. Wheel rim element is loaded with recurrent cyclic tensional strains. Sequence of recurrent cyclic tensional strains is preset as increasing stepped cycles simulating diagram of turbomachine spinup from cold start to its stop. Each loading step is followed by specific loading time adjustment. Place of crack appearance and its growth path in critical zones of turbomachines discs observed during operation are simulated. Number of loading cycles till fracture of wheel rim element is recorded.

EFFECT: possibility of simulation during bench tests of working conditions of loading and damage in critical zones of turbomachine discs.

In the device containing an anisotropic nanocomposite element which is bounded thermally with a heating unit for the purpose of heat removal from the above unit along the preset direction, the anisotropic nanocomposite element forms a cable and includes heat-conducting nanoparticles introduced into the base material and adjusted in it in order to form a heat line to transmit heat from the first cable end to its second end, at that the heat conductivity in the preset direction is bigger than the heat conductivity in the direction perpendicular to the preset direction and the base material is configured so that there is contact between the heat-generating and heat-absorbing elements. SUBSTANCE: method of chisel installation consists in the fact that a chisel journal is installed in a retaining accessory in the form of a fork, the fork is fixed on a cylindrical vessel with the possibility of displacement perpendicularly to the axis of the cylindrical vessel. The cylindrical vessel is a cylinder with inner diameter that is larger than the chisel diameter by the value that is not less than maximum variation of chisel position when fixed in the fork. The cylindrical vessel is fixed in a hydraulic wrench fixed at the drilling angle on a drilling mast and coaxially with the drill column bottom. The fork with the chisel is moved relative to the cylindrical vessel to alignment of the chisel relative to the cylindrical vessel, the drill column bottom is lowered until contact with the chisel thread and the response thread on the column, by movement of the fork relative to the cylindrical vessel the chisel is finally aligned, as well as the drill column bottom, the drill column bottom is screwed onto the chisel, the thread is tightened by rotation of the cylindrical vessel by the hydraulic wrench, the hydraulic wrench is removed, as well as the fork and the cylindrical vessel.

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended for demagnetisation of drilling tool directly in drill string. Demagnetisation device comprises a coil for passage of degaussed drilling string, rotor for rotating drill string, placed at wellhead above coils, electric drive control system of draw works intended for lifting of drilling string in casing string. Coil is installed on external surface of well casing string. On rotor there is magnetic field sensor. Signal of presence or absence of magnetic field on drill string from magnetic field sensor is supplied to input of excitation current regulator with indication unit, output of which is connected to input of timer and to input of lowering - raising speed limitation unit. Signal from output of lowering - raising speed limitation unit is transmitted to drill winch electric drive control system speed controller. Output of timer is connected to input of controlled power source, which output is connected with coil in form of solenoid with ferromagnetic core with winding from isolated copper wire. Solenoid and winding consist of two identical parts, joined from one side by hinge and on other side is by latch.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of demagnetising control value of magnetisation of drilling string and reduction of metal consumption and speed of their assembly and disassembly.

SUBSTANCE: method includes several cycles of tests, each of which consist of three stages. On first stage temperature of part is increased during certain time to given value, at second stage for certain time value of this variable is preserved, at third - temperature of part is decreased to minimum given value during certain time using cooling air. Part durability is estimated on basis pf test cycles and form of defects. At first stage of cycle part is gradually heated up, firstly up to 0.1-0.4 of maximum given temperature, with minimal values of current and voltage, then voltage is increased up to maximum given value with heating of part up to 0.5-0.6 of maximal given temperature with minimal current and, increasing current to maximal given value, part is heat to maximal given temperature. At first and second stages heating of part is performed by high-frequency electromagnetic field, and to inside of part additional cooling air is fed during whole cycle of tests.
