FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for handling works with loose materials. Device for loose material handling comprises a hopper, a feeder with an electric drive, a hollow telescopic guide, a system of vertical movement of telescopic guide links. The telescopic guide is equipped with a ring sealing element, which is fixed on the end of the lower link, and the device is equipped with a contact sensor of the sealing element with the preset discharge surface. The contact sensor is electrically blocked with the electric drive of the system of vertical movement of the telescopic guide providing for disconnection of the specified electric drive after contact of the sealing element with the preset discharge surface. The device is equipped with sensors of upper and lower level of loose material in the telescopic guide duct, which are electrically blocked with the electric drive of the system of telescopic guide vertical movement, providing for connection of the specified electric drive by a sensor of upper level of loose material and disconnection of this electric drive by the sensor of lower level of loose material.

EFFECT: invention provides for reduced contamination of environment by dusty air from loose material handling without its moistening.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises forcing loose material flow together with dust-air mix ejected thereby via interconnected loading channel and discharge channel with aspiration section arranged orthogonally. Axes of said channels are arranged at 45 degrees to horizontal plane. Loose material and said mix are deflected at discharge channel outlet toward discharge channel aspiration section and cross-section of said outlet is simultaneously reduced. Device comprises sheet baffle with one end pivoted to loading channel bottom while another end directed toward discharge channel may displace inside the latter.

EFFECT: sufficient dedusting.

The sealing strip is attached to locking profiles fixed accordingly to the vibration sieve and the stationary cover by means of contour plates. The latter may be mounted on said container and is provided with pocket for communication of transfer line and ash distributor.

SUBSTANCE: bin trestle to load railway cars includes a metal structure installed above a rail track with feed bins (3), at least one of which (4) is designed to collect a dust-containing fraction. Feed bins are combined into two process lines with two scraper containers (7, 8) that includes inclined or bent sections (6), and vibration feeders. The unloading end of each scraper conveyor is equipped with a sliding dust-tight loading head (12) and is connected with it by means of a flexible transporting hose (13). Vibration feeders arranged under the loading nozzles of a bin for collection of a dust-like fraction are connected to loading nozzles of both scraper conveyors. The method of reloading includes movement of materials within the bins to the exit under gravity. Single flows are exposed to a volume vibration dosing at the exit from each bin and are combined into two separate flows, every of which is forcedly supplied to levels of receiving sections of sliding dust-tight loading heads.

EFFECT: invention reduces dust release.

SUBSTANCE: device for dustfree loading of loose materials into soft containers comprises hopper (1), frame (5) with loading chute (6), air duct for removal of dust and flexible suspensions (13). Air duct for dust removal is arranged in the form of annular channel (8), created with nozzle (7), which covers loading chute (6). Nozzle is equipped with hatches (9) with mounted filtering elements and accessories for their regeneration and fixator of soft container neck. Accessories for regeneration are arranged in the form of nets that are in contact with filtering elements with plates fixed on them for net oscillation. Hopper is equipped with feeder with drive equipped with time relay.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyor transportation and designed to remove spillage at the end part of belt conveyor. The invention may be used at plants using belt conveyors transporting loose materials. The device for spillage removal consists of a sealed housing (1) represented with two interconnected split pipes covering the flight of belt conveyor at its end part outside the area of tension drum supports. There is an actuator inside the tension drum represented with a closed circle. The device also includes drive with transmission sprockets. Spillage is collected and supplied to the actuator by screw (5) mounted in sealed enclosure (6) under end part of belt conveyor. The actuator is represented with steel rope being provided with fixed scrapers. The actuator moves inside the sealed housing by means of sprocket installed on screw shaft.

EFFECT: improved quality of spillage removal due to exclusion of spillage penetration into environment; environment-friendly design.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of loose materials, namely, to device for aspiration of said loose materials and it can be used in elevators, grain handling and mixed food mills. Proposed device has housing in form of trough with closed volume accommodating transportation member with drive, cover hermetically fastened over transportation member, charging and discharge branch pipes and conical diffuser with pipeline to let out loose material suspension. Cover is made in form of hemisphere to create additional space for sliding of finely divided particles. Said additional space is equal to 0.5-1.0 of initial working space of device housing. Diffuser of taper 1:5 - 6 and charging branch pipes are made with taper reverse to flow. Device is furnished also with additional diffuser.

EFFECT: provision of dust control of production locations at transportation of loose materials and reduced material losses in transportation.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has conveyor, throw-off drum with shelter, trough, and dust catcher with draft activator. Baffles are provided at discharge opening of trough, which is equipped with local suction device formed as chamber arranged around discharge opening of trough. Said chamber is connected through air duct with shelter air duct of throw-off drum. Dust catcher is made in the form of woven cellular filter provided with pulsed blower and opening for throwing-off caught product onto conveyor.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by localizing released dust in handling of bulk material, treatment of removed air according to maximum contamination level norms, and reduced capital and operational costs.
