SUBSTANCE: anti-roll stay has a pull rod, the spherical end of which is fixed between two cavities in the form of two truncated cones, two polyurethane bushings with increased hardness, supported by another polyurethane bushing with increased hardness. The bushing is made on the plug, with internal thread retained from loosening and connected to the external thread formed on the mobile holder cup, on one side of an L-shaped pivotal connection having two cups. The external thread of the pull rod on the other end is connected to the internal thread of the mobile holder of another L-shaped pivotal connection equipped with one cup. Each cup of each fixed holder of two pivotal parts contains a stem with an integral grooved shoulder with an inner cone on each side in the form of a dovetail.

EFFECT: possibility of forces damping in vertical, inclined and horizontal device positions at the maximum suspension movements.

On inner and outer surfaces of the hollow cylinder there is drive track (16) to ensure engagement with drive element (15) that is rigidly fixed on the second axis (13) of two-axis cam (11). Outer surface of drive element (15) is engaged with surface of drive track (16). Different additional elements can be attached to base (14), and capacities can be located in the hollow cylinder of base (14).

The shaft is pivotally connected to the outer end of the rear axle, the suspension is connected to the wheel lever and the shaft so as it is turned to them, and the self-centering wheel is connected to the lower end of the wheel lever and is made with the ability to rotate in more than one direction. The suspension of the working machine comprises a frame and the rear axle rigidly attached to the frame and fixed relative to it, the node of the self-centering wheel which comprises the shaft, the wheel lever, the suspension and the self-centering wheel. The shaft is made with the ability of articulated joint with the outer end of the rear axle, and the self-centering wheel is connected to the lower end of the wheel lever. The suspension is a torsion spring which comprises an outer tube, an inner element and elastomeric elements. The outer tube is connected to the shaft, and the inner element is connected to the upper end of the wheel lever, so that the suspension is turned to the shaft and the wheel lever, and the wheel lever is suspended flexibly relative to the shaft and is made with the ability to turn in more than one direction.

SUBSTANCE: torque rod comprises the first ring-type polymer part able of connection to a power unit, and the second ring-type polymer part able of connection to the body of a vehicle. A connection polymer piece provides for the connection of the first and second ring-type parts setting them in mutually twisted positions. The connection piece is fitted by a cut on the surface including an outer cylindrical surface of the first ring-type part. Outer peripheral segments of metal ring elements are supported by elastic elements in inner cylindrical surfaces of the first and second ring-type parts. The first rib structure is formed on the surface including the outer cylindrical surface of the first ring-type part, and its edge segment is located in the cut of the connection piece. The second rib structure is formed on the surface including the outer cylindrical surface of the second ring-type part. SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to torsion suspensions for vehicles, namely to axle with torsion beam for torsion suspensions. The torsion suspension assembly contains the first adjusting lever and the second adjusting lever, element for vehicle body mounting, element for wheel mounting, element for spring mounting and axle with torsion beam. The axle with torsion beam contains torsion beam having longitudinal axis, and reinforcing member which goes longitudinally and is connected with torsion beam to form together with it longitudinal tubular configuration. The torsion beam has essentially concaved form of cross-section and includes the first and the second side walls and the first and the second side edges. One of the side walls goes outside of tubular configuration. Axle with torsion beam has central section and two end sections. In the central section, the reinforcing member is connected with torsion beam to form together with it longitudinal tubular configuration. In each of end sections, the reinforcing member is connected with torsion beam near the first and the second side edges of the first and the second side walls so that to form the second tubular configuration. The reinforcing member directly forms base surface to accept adjusting lever.

EFFECT: possibility to construct torsion beam axle of low weight and desired rigidity and wear resistance.

The mating assembly (2) includes a through recess (8), fitting the shape of external transversal section of the hollow shaft (1), to fasten the end of the hollow shaft (1), and the hollow shaft near the connection the mating unit (2) contains a pressing plug (9). Axle torsion profile (103) includes intermediate section (106), two end sections (107) and two transition sections (108) connecting end sections with the intermediate section. Stranding factor of end sections is greater than stranding factor of intermediate section. Transient sections of torsion profile have respectively invariable wall thickness which is greater than thickness of intermediate section wall. Wall thickness variance is implemented through transformation of inner side of torsion profile only. Vehicle contains wheel suspension on trailing arms with above mentioned axle.

It makes integral pair of straight end parts and pair of arched connection parts. Every said part is arranged between mid part and appropriate end part. Central section features mainly open U- or V-shape cross-section. Crossbar wall thickness varies along crossbar length from its center to every end. Proposed method comprises cold forming, removing the strains in tubular billet, heating and fast cooling, straining the billet central part and blasting hardening. Straining includes flattening of central section and its flexing.

EFFECT: ruled out concentration of local strains in crossbar.

SUBSTANCE: organic fertilizer spreader has drive part made in the form of biaxial equalizing suspension, frame with tongue for connection to tractor, body mounted on frame and provided with conveyor, grinding and spreading drums. Spreader is equipped with hydraulic system comprising spring-loaded pressure sensor mounted on side of body and power hydraulic cylinders whose upper ends are pivotally attached to spreader frame and lower ends to rear ends of biaxial equalizing suspension, said pressure sensor and hydraulic cylinders communicating with one another through pipes. Spreader hydraulic system is connected with tractor hydraulic system to provide for controlled changing of additional loading force from cabin, said force being provided from spreader and applied to tractor, with spreader resting upon it, when tractor hydraulic distributor slide valve is in "lifting" position, or upon each of wheels of biaxial equalizing cart when spring-loaded pressure sensor is in its "closed" position, or upon wheels of rear axle when spring-loaded pressure sensor is in its "open" position.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of power in the process of spreading of organic fertilizer, and enhanced reliability in operation owing to changing of additional loading force applied to tractor trailer.

Stabilizer, mainly, of car front suspension, consists of U-shaped rod whose middle part is arranged in body supports, and end sections of U-shaped rod, in brackets of steerable wheel suspension. U-shaped rod consists of at least three parts. Middle part has splines at ends engaging with mating splines found in holes of two other end sections of U-shaped rod. Said sections of U-shaped rod are made split in longitudinal diametric symmetry plane. Plates made of friction material can be fitted in space between end sections of U-shaped rod split in longitudinal diametric symmetry plane.
