SUBSTANCE: housing has a bottom, side walls and a cover and is made of material with a coefficient of thermal conductivity of not more than 50 W/m·K. There is a recess at the bottom of the housing in at least one area corresponding to a contact with at least one heat-dissipating radioelectronic element. An insert made of material with a coefficient of thermal conductivity of not less than 200 W/m·K, connected to the housing, is placed in the recess. Alternatively, an insert made of double-layer material is placed in the recess, the top layer being a layer of material identical to the material of the housing, connected to the housing by a welded joint, and the bottom layer is a layer of material with a coefficient of thermal conductivity of not less than 200 W/m·K. In the top layer of the double-layer material there is a recess which runs to the bottom layer of the double-layer material, which enables to place at least one heat-dissipating radioelectronic element on its surface.

EFFECT: providing intense heat removal from heat-dissipating radioelectronic elements when in contact with the bottom of the housing, while minimising heat transfer to the radioelectronic elements when housings are sealed by soldering or welding, which improves reliability and longevity of radioelectronic devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in radio-electronic equipment blocks in which plug-in electronic modules are installed and which operate in conditions of high heat release by radio-electronic equipment components, significant mechanical loads, as well as aggressive weather conditions during field use. An electronic unit includes channels which form a coolant stream. Through said channels, which are located in the walls of the unit, the coolant stream can reach electronic modules and can also reach the inside of said modules through an opening in the housing. Other openings in the housing of the unit link said channels with the outer space. Any of the openings can be made while ensuring air-tightness.

EFFECT: providing an electronic unit with a new functional capability of cooling electronic modules by directing a coolant stream into said modules when installed in the unit, as well as improving efficiency of removing heat released by radio-electronic equipment components while saving the coolant.

SUBSTANCE: ventilation panel of an electronic device, placed in a housing, consists of a frame and a ventilation plate built into the frame, made of an electroconductive metal or alloy, having a field of ventilation openings, the greatest dimension of each of which provides a given level of shielding the maximum frequency of the electromagnetic radiation of the electronic device, and means of mounting the frame to the housing of the electronic device, which provide electrical contact. The frame of the ventilation panel has at least one recess, the dimensions and shape of which correspond to the dimensions and shape of the ventilation plate, and the depth is greater than 0.5 times the thickness of the ventilation plate; the ventilation plate has a field of openings on its entire area, the maximum dimension of which is selected in the range of 2.0…6.0 mm, and elements for mounting to the frame in the recess, which provide electrical contact.
