SUBSTANCE: composition contains polyolefin, carbon black with volume resistivity ρ= 10±6 Ohm⋅cm at content in the polymer base, carbon black with volume resistivity ρ= 5±3 Ohm⋅cm at content in the polymer, 4,4'-tiabis(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol),tetra-bis-methylene- (3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate), 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-2-[3- [3,5-bis(1,1-dimetietil)-4-hydroxyphenyl]-1-oxopropyl] hydrazide of benzopropione acid, zinc stearate, polyethylene wax and magnesium hydroxide.

EFFECT: preservation of mechanical and electrical properties of conductive coating, as well as high mechanical strength and low flammability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a product, namely to a power cable, which includes a semiconductor layer, containing a semiconductor polyolefin composition. The composition contains graphene nanoplates, where the average thickness of the graphene nanoplates is in the range from 1 nm to 50 nm, and their side diameter constitutes 200 mcm or less, and olefin polymer resin of the base. The composition for the power cable can additionally contain solid electroconductive filler, different from the graphene nanoplates. The application of the semiconductor polyolefin composition in the semiconductor layer of the power cable is also described. Improvement of electrical exploitation characteristics in the process of annealing at temperatures lower than the temperature of the polymer melting and the temperature dependence of specific volume resistance in comparison to the one that has place for the respective semiconductor polyolefin compositions based on carbon soot.

EFFECT: roughness of the surface of the semiconductor polyolefin composition for extruded samples constitutes 100 mcm and less.

Process of copper formiate decomposition in rubber is realised in presence of SAS. SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining of contact wires from copper-based alloys includes adding to copper melt of transition metal and phosphorus for obtaining the copper-based alloy containing 0.1-0.3 wt % nickel phosphide or cobalt phosphide of stoichiometric composition, feeding of the alloy into a crystalliser, alloy crystallisation as a section, rolling of the named section directly after crystallisation to the rod iron in the conditions providing hardening of an alloy, aging at 400-500°C and the subsequent forming of the electric contact wire.

SUBSTANCE: aluminium paste for silicon solar cells includes particles of aluminium powder, an organic binding agent and glass-frit, and in the paste applied is finely-dispersed aluminium powder, particles of which have a spherical form, and with the application of a combination of aluminium powders with an average size of particles D50 not more than 3.0 mcm and 4.0-6.0 mcm in a ratio of (10:50):(90:50) respectively, with the following component ratio, in wt %: aluminium powder 70-80; organic binding agent 15-30; glass-frit 0-5. As glass-frit a mixture of bismuthate and lead-borosilicate glass with an average size of particles D50 not larger than 10.0 mcm, predominantly 2.0-3.0 mcm, can be applied. The paste can contain metalorganic compounds and/or siliconorganic compounds and/or copolymer in a quantity of 0-2 wt %. The paste can contain nanoparticles of amorphous silicon dioxide, with the size not more than 200 nm and specific surface 100-400 m2/g in a quantity of 0-2 wt %.

EFFECT: increase of short-circuit current, reduction of successive resistance of the solar cell, which leads to an increase of the efficiency factor, reduction of expenditures for the paste and solar cell production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to particles of zinc oxide, increasing heat conductivity or electric conductivity. The particles are represented by the following formula (1): ZnMn+xO1+nx/2 · aH2O (1), where Mn+ stands for a trivalent or tetravalent metal, x and a satisfy the ratio 0.002<x<0.05 and 0≤a<0.5, respectively, n stands for metal valence. The particles are characterised by a content of columnar particles 80% or higher. Also claimed are: method of obtaining the zinc oxide particles, burnt particles (A) and (B), resin compositions (A) and (B).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain the zinc oxide particles, used for an improvement of electric conductivity or heat conductivity of resins.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conductive material for flooring, comprising electroconductive anti-deformation layer, which includes conductive fibres, comprising glass fibres and carbon fibres, and to the method of its preparation. Conductivematerial applied not only in the form of blocks, but also in the form of long sheets, is suggested in the present invention due to the fact that the conductive fibres include glass fibres and carbon fibres, besides the content of carbon fibres is from 3 weight parts to 30 weight parts per 100 weight parts of glass fibres.

EFFECT: not only excellent electrical conductivity, but also stable anti-deformation properties are provided.
