SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps and compressors production and vacuum engineering, namely to liquid ring machines. The liquid ring machine comprises a cylindrical housing, an impeller located in it on shaft with eccentricity and possibility of rotation with a partition, forming at one end of shaft an inlet branch, and at another end - outlet branch. The thermal accumulating material is located on internal and external walls of the housing. Inside the housing heat pipes are arranged such that one end will be in internal layer of the thermal accumulating material, and at the another end - in the external layer. A heat exchanger is located in the internal heat accumulating layer.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency factor and capacity of the liquid ring machine.

SUBSTANCE: liquid ring machine comprises a rotary cylindrical body 1, an impeller 2 arranged in it with eccentricity and possibility of rotation on a fixed distributing shaft with a partition. The partition forms an input nozzle at one end of the shaft, and an output one - at the other end. On the inner cylindrical surface of the body 1 there are blades installed with a profile drawn along the circumference evolvent.

EFFECT: increased efficiency factor of a liquid ring machine due to reduction of dynamic loads, higher smoothness of its operation and stability of a liquid ring shape as a result of provision of a permanent transmission ratio from a body to an impeller in process of interaction of one pair of blades.

SUBSTANCE: two-stage liquid-ring machine includes housings of the first and the second stages with working zone, end covers, assembled impeller which is common for two stages, which is located coaxially in the housing of the first stage and consists of blades installed on fixed shaft in a movable way and passing through the housing of the second stage, which is arranged with eccentricity relative to the housing of the first stage. Passage places of blades of the housing of the second stage are equipped with hinged seals. Rotation of housings is performed from drive shaft of the second stage by means of vee-belt and friction transmissions. On blade ends of the first stage there installed is elastic ring cover separating the fluid ring and working zone of the pump. Invention is aimed at development of the design of double-stage liquid-ring machine in which the blades of the first stage are equipped with elastic cover preventing the penetration of water vapours to the pump working zone.

EFFECT: decreasing overall dimensions, improving capacity, efficiency, and reducing energy consumption for vacuum pumping process.

SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises tight housing with inlet and outlet holes. Housing is partially filled with fluid and accommodates impeller to revolve therein and representing a rotor with radial, for example curvilinear channels. Inlet holes of aforesaid channels are made on impeller side, while outlet holes are arranged along rotor periphery. Machine is furnished with splitters adjoining impeller, and distributer fitted in the housing on impeller center side. Distributor and splitters can stop, periodically and at a time, inlet and outlet holes of every rotating impeller channels. Note here that splitters and distributor divide the housing into several pressure chambers. In the case of three-chamber design, first chamber, along rotor revolution, communicates, via distributor, with inlet pipeline and, via distributor, with inlet holes of impeller channels located in housing previous chamber along impeller revolution. Outlet opening of the latter chamber communicates, via pipeline, distributor and impeller channels, with housing chamber, next along impeller revolution which, in its turn, communicates with inlet pipeline.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.

FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump and compressor engineering and allows for reducing energy consumption for two-stage liquid-ring machines. Two-stage liquid-ring machine includes separated housings of the first and second stage. The housings are connected with junction pipe and accommodate wheels installed eccentrically. The first stage shaft crosses the hollow shaft of the second stage and coupled with it by reduction gear. The junction pipe is provided with T-joint where electromagnetic choke is installed, which is responsible for setting of gas phase direction. In addition, reduction gear is provided with electromagnetic coupling. Electromagnetic coupling and choke are controlled by the air-powered sensor located at the first stage inlet. The invention objective is the development of two-stage liquid-ring machine design capable of implementing two-stage vacuum pumping when the first stage operates in the initial phase and both stages operate in series in the following phase.

EFFECT: substantial reduction of energy consumption for vacuum pumping process.

FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanic engineering and may be used for development of vacuum liquid ring pumps. The pump contains chamber made of two separated similar sections in the shape of cups. The inner cup diameter is selected as equal to circle diameter describing lattice inlet. Chamber sections are rigidly and tightly fixed to the above lattice. Two sleeves are provided at the ends of chamber sections perpendicular to lattice plate. The lattice is fixed to cup-shaped flange and a wheel is located inside the flange with some shifting from flange axis. The wheel is fitted on the half axle and fixed by dowel and retaining ring. One end of bushing is linked with the body base, whereas the other end is coupled with the main pump flange along its central line. The half axle is located inside bushing and crosses highly heat-conducting washers with recesses. The sealing ring is freely positioned on half axle inside the above washer recesses. The lattice openings for supply and discharge are made by through channels.

EFFECT: simple design, increased time of operation, output and wide choice of materials to be used for pump production.

SUBSTANCE: screw-type fluid-circular pump has housing 9 with intake 3 and outlet 11 and a screw rotor 8 arranged inside the said housing. Rotor is linked with shaft 7 shared by the said rotor and motor drive 2. Note that pump 29 with housing 9 represents continuation of motor drive 2 and motor housing to make an integral assembly. Shaft packing is arranged either completely or partially inside rotor 8, its one end thrusting against the screw rotor circular part located in circular space between the rotor and shaft and its other end closely abutting upon the pump outlet element extending inside.

EFFECT: updated shaft packing eliminating leaks inside motor drive, simply assembly, smaller length of pump-and-motor assembly.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vacuum liquid-ring has housing, hollow working wheel with blades forming working chambers arranged with clearance in housing for rotation, and distributing hollow shaft with partition forming inlet branch pipe at one side and outlet branch pipe at other side. Fixed parts of bearings are fitted on shaft with eccentricity. Channels to let in and let out liquid are made in bearings. Housing is installed for rotation by electric motor forming liquid ring. Working wheel is freely fitted on shaft on bearings and is made up two end face disks and radial flat blades rigidly connected with disks and furnished with seals arranged form side of shaft. Shaft is installed on inner eccentric bushings arranged in outer eccentric bushings found in fixed parts of bearings whose movable parts are secured in housing. Bushings are made for independent turning relative to each other in fixed parts of bearings by means of mechanical drives in form of leverages to shift hollow shaft along vertical axis and adjust eccentricity between hollow shaft and housing in process of operation of pump.

EFFECT: provision of liquid-ring vacuum machine with mechanism to adjust eccentricity between shaft and housing providing simple operation and reduced number of manipulations.

A heat exchanger (4, 4) consisting of first and second part two is placed downstream of each compressor. Cooling agent is fed in sequence through the second part of at least two heat exchangers (4, 5). Sequence of cooling agent passage through heat exchangers (4, 5) is selected so that temperature at the inlet of the first part of at least one next heat exchanger was not lower than temperature at the inlet of previous heat exchanger if viewed along the flow of cooling agent. At least one heat exchanger (4 and/or 17) has a third part for cooling agent.

EFFECT: higher energy recovery compared to existing methods of energy recovery.

SUBSTANCE: system of compressor crankcase heating comprises a compressor with a housing, where a compression mechanism is placed, driven by an electric motor, when the compressor is switched on, and not driven with an electric motor, when the compressor is switched off. The system also comprises a converter of a variable frequency drive, which provides for operation of the electric motor, when the compressor is switched on, by control of frequency of voltage supplied to the electric motor, and supplies electric current to the stator of the electric motor to heat the compressor, when the compressor is switched off. Also the method is provided to heat the compressor crankcase.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure more efficient controlled heating of a compressor crankcase.

At least some part of shaft 6 is located in central or almost central longitudinal hole or channel 5 of working part 2 of rotor. Shaft 6 includes extending element 7. Working part 2 of rotor or at least some part thereof is retained on shaft 6 by means of straining elements 11 and 12, which are fixed along longitudinal axis of the shaft and connected to each other through the above extending element 7 that during installation of working part 2 of rotor on shaft 6 is pre-extended. After fixation of straining elements 11 and 12 and relief of tension load element 7 is retained in the state of preliminary longitudinal tension. Preliminary strain is performed by means of straining elements 11 and 12, which are separated from each other with working part 2 of rotor or with some part thereof.

Said inlet line 4 and water separator 6 are connected to said compressor element. Inlet line 5 feeds air into said water separator. Return line is arranged between said water separator 6 and compressor element 2. Inlet air filter 13 represents housing 14 with air inlet 15, air outlet 16 whereto connected is inlet line 4. It comprises also substrate 17 to be fitted into said housing 14 for sucked air to flow through. Inlet air filter 13 represents a wet filter with water feed device connected thereto. Substrate 17 consists of open cellular structure material. Water feed device consists of at least line 20 connected to water separator 6 and extra water feed device.

SUBSTANCE: proposed station serves to feed compressed air to various air operated systems. It comprises frame, hood, motor assembly with screw unit and oil separator, oil-air system, compressor control unit, compressor warm-up system and cooling unit. Motor assembly with screw unit and oil separator seats on the frame rubber damping pads. Compressor warm-up system consists of thermoelectric heats units and electrically driven fans. Fairing is fitted on hood, on compressor motor side, to create dead space on cutting in heating and to direct entire air volume to motor housing during cooling unit operation. Cooling air is drawn through inlet hole arranged in the hood opposite face into hood bottom space. Compressor control unit serves to automatically lock compressor and warm-up system starting in response to temperature pickup signal at negative temperature, as well as to cut off warming up and start the compressor when it reaches specified starting temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor engineering and deals with compressors having rolling rotor. Rotary compressor with rolling rotor is enclosed into housing with end covers. Compressor is provided with intake and pressure inlets and pressure valve is installed in latter inlet. There is a rotor located eccentrically in the housing and separating plate interacting with the above rotor in the compressor. The above mentioned plate is located in the hollow connected with the source of cooling and lubricating liquid forming piston pairs. Compressor is provided with casing covering the compressor housing and linking the above mentioned hollow through distributing device. The distributing device is implemented as holes with bushings inside, which are truncated cone-shaped internal extensions of lesser and larger diametre. The extensions are directed to the side of cooling and lubricating liquid source. The separating plate has variable cross section. Lesser cross section is directed to rotor side, whereas larger cross section is directed to the hollow in housing. The plate area directed to hollow is derived from mathematical dependence.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of compressor due to effective operation of lubricating -cooling liquid priming system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump and compressor engineering and may be used in spiral machines to solve the problems of thermal loads reduction from the structural elements and improve output performance. The spiral machine consists of a housing with openings for gas intake and injection and fixed spiral element provided with the basis and spiral rib and geared with the movable spiral element also provided with the basis and spiral rib. The movable spiral element is mounted on the eccentric shaft so that it can move eccentrically regarding the fixed element creating the closed compression space between spiral ribs. The spiral machine also includes rotation-preventing device and cooling medium supply facility. The fixed spiral element is provided with the second spiral rib from the other side of the basis. Together with the above side surfaces and housing, it forms the channel for cooling medium movement. The second rib and cooling medium channel are implemented in the helical form. The second rib repeats the shape of spiral rib located on the opposite side. So, the cooling medium moves along helical channel from the centre to channel periphery.

Compressor disc fabrication comprises securing of mid ply to parent metal by placing the first metal powder in clearance between first insert and parent metal.Parent metal, first metal powder and first insert are subjected to hot isostatic pressing to make mid ply bonded with parent metal. Outer ply is secured to mid ply by placing the second metal powder between second insert and mid ply. Parent metal, mid ply, second metal powder and second insert are subjected to hot isostatic pressing. Now, outer ply is bonded with mid ply to remove second insert so that impeller results, its outer ply possessing an increased corrosion resistance.
