SUBSTANCE: cylindrical parts flangeless connection includes a male part, at least with one blind rectangular groove, the female part, having a through rectangular groove and the ring segment, disposed within the recess, formed by the grooves in alignment. The groove, facing towards the male part and which coincides with its surface, is made in the ring segment, the female part is mounted with groove overlapping and it is pressed by the coupling nut, screwed on the male part thread.

SUBSTANCE: versions of unit of threaded connection of structure elements and nut can be used at assembly of equipment of various designations. There are two fixing fasts in the unit of the threaded connection. One of them - the nut - is directly coupled with a bolt or a pin by means of thread and is made with two thread forms each facilitating different values of tightening force at equal torque. The second fixing element has one threaded form and is coupled with the bolt or pin indirectly through the first fixing element resting against a connected structure element. One threaded form of the first fixing element is conjugated with thread of the connecting fast, while the second threaded form is conjugated with thread of the second fixing element. Alternately, the connected structure element in the unit of the threaded connection is either equipped with thread facilitating value of tightening force relevant only to this thread at specified torque, or it is equipped with a captive element with the same thread. The structure elements are connected and fixed with the fixing fast - the nut -made with two threaded forms each separately facilitating different values of tightening force at equal torque. The fixing element is coupled directly with the structure element or with its captive element. One threaded form of the fixing element is conjugated with thread of one structure element or its captive element, while its second threaded form is conjugated with thread of the second structure element or its captive element.

EFFECT: increased strength of unit for shear, increased reliability and service life of unit, and expanded functionality.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: system of profile connection consists of profile rods and connecting elements. The profile rods on their external sides have slots for connection by means of locator keys. The connecting element consists of a support installed and fixed in an axial lengthwise opening in the first profile rod. The support has a through opening for a screw resting on the support. There is also an opening for a key on a tubular body enveloping the opening. A strained by the screw anchor truss is located in the second profile rod. The opening for the key adjoins a position of support installation and screw head with axial length of at least 40 mm, which lets the locator key with a hinge or with in essence a spherical head with flats at angle 10-50, mainly 20-40 to lengthwise axis of the profile rod pass simultaneously through a gap of the slot on an external side of the profile and through the key opening and facilitates insertion into the head of the screw. Also in the second profile rod there is arranged correspondingly fit and strained by the screw the anchor truss depending on type of angular connection as connection end side-lengthwise side or connection end side-end side, or correspondingly, depending on angle of connection as right angle, obtuse angle or acute angle. The procedure for connecting the said polygonal profile rods proceeds like follows: the support together with the screw is inserted and fixed from the end side of the first profile rod into the axial lengthwise opening. The support mainly corresponds to self-tapping threaded insertion. The locator key at angle of approximately 10-40 to lengthwise axis of the first profile rod is installed into the screw head through the key opening in the tubular body. The anchor truss located in the second profile rod is strained by means of the screw.

EFFECT: simplified assembly and increased reliability of structure.

SUBSTANCE: attachment of parts includes attached parts and attachment elements made in the form of a ring with differently directed attachment screws located in holes and pressing attachment parts to the ring, in the edges of which there made, opposite the heads of attachment screws, are holes for screw tightening tool. Between attachment parts and attachment element there located are rings with holes for screw heads.

EFFECT: design is simplified and manufacturability of attachment is increased.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry, and namely to connection of members of metal designs. Member connection consists of fixing members, insert rigidly fixed with attached element by means of welding, and contact element with thread, one end of which is inserted in centered opening of the insert and fixed in it with fixing members. End of contact element is provided with a flat extended head and fixing member attaching the contact element on one side of load-carrying element. On load-carrying element there is a transverse slot the dimensions of which correspond to dimensions of extended head and in which there installed is extended head allowing to fix therein the contact element on the other side of load-carrying element, which allows fixing the contact element in the load-carrying one by means of turning the contact element through 90 and tightening the fixing member.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connector assemblies provided for instance for connection of bars, pipes and also for tools with usage of different replaceable nozzles installation of which requires accurate orientation and absence of gaps in connection. Connector assembly contains bush in which it is installed the first connected member in the form of rod, captive nut, supported on rest, implemented on rod and interacting through threaded connection with bush connected in turn to the second connected member. At the end of rod it is implemented bevel contacting to pin installed into transversal co-axial openings in bush, axis of which intersects channel of bush.

But of affixed detail is rigidly held to facility for joint. After it on tubular shape it is drilled cutout for fixture element at joint point, facility for joint is coupled to external surface of tubular shape, and then it is implemented structure details jointing by means of fixture. Facility for structure jointing made of tubular shape has body implemented of single metal shape with bearing surface for interaction, outfitted by cutout for fixture element, connecting body to the first tubular shape. Bearing surface is implemented as concave, coupled to external surface of tubular shape. Cutout for fixture element is located in the middle body. Body height is not more then half of tubular shape height. Butt end of jointed detail is affixed to mentioned body.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to connection devices for separate parts of sectional billiard cue. Connector includes bushing with outer threading, inner threading in the middle part and guiding zones being on both internal sides from thread. Connector rod is provided with threads on middle and one end sections, with two guiding zones at both sides from middle threaded section. Two compensating rings are installed in bushing in guiding zones.

EFFECT: possibility to get rid of lateral plays in connector and make connection secure, achieve accuracy of forces transfer acting at cue stroke through cue junction and improve cue characteristics.

In nipple with ports flexible element is fixed, which branches are finished with ledges with external thread with ability of sinking in nipple ports. External ledges thread is made along one helical curve with nipple thread.

EFFECT: emerges possibility to make thread snug down in automatic mode, cutting of time for thread snug down, decrease of labour intensity, thread doesn't jam while snugging down.

Device for connecting solids of revolution by means of threaded joint with opposite hand of helix has connecting threaded sleeve and sealing member. Device is provided with two members with ring support surfaces, rigidly secured on each of solids of revolution to be connected, and interconnected by elements preventing angular turning and providing longitudinal displacement. At least one detachable stop is installed on sleeve to engage with fixing member through threaded tie-rod. Thread of opposite helix is cut directly solids of revolution to be connected. Detachable stop can be made in form of split ring provided with catches.

EFFECT: provision of higher tightening torques, strength of butt joint, possibility of assembling and disassembling of butt joints in the field, simplified design.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one sliding wedge fastening member, lead screw, and coupling member with the treaded end arranged inside the object to be secured for permitting interaction. The wedge fastening member has shaped transverse opening defined by the through cylindrical opening and conjugated longitudinal slot whose edges define the wedge surface which passes throughout it at an inclination to the cylindrical through opening. The head part of the coupling member has the conical bearing surface which is in a contact with the edges of the longitudinal slot. The lead screw is set in the threaded socket in the wedge fastening member made on the end closest to the through cylindrical opening. The sliding fastening member and coupling member are mounted in the dummy guiding cylindrical holes made in the objects to be secured, with their axes intersecting in the mutually perpendicular directions.
