SUBSTANCE: box for storage and transportation includes first closing flaps (1) of the external surface of the box extending from two opposite sides of the upper face of the box and able to be interfixed with an adhesive tape, clips or a glue to perform one or several transportations. Box is characterized by that it additionally contains second closing flaps (2) of the external surface of the box extending from the other two opposite sides of the upper face of the box and containing closing element (3, 4) for opening and closing the box any number of times, herewith second flaps (2) can be used for storing products or making orders prior to transportation or after it.

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cigarette package. Object of the invention is to create a cigarette package more difficult to manufacture, with the possibility of achieving new optical effects. The cigarette package has a cup-shaped box-like part and a lid for closing the box-like part. The said package also has in the box-like part the inner frame as a closing supporting part for lid. At that the package has vertical side walls, namely the front wall having a larger area and the opposite rear wall, and also narrow side walls connecting the front wall and rear wall. At that the side walls extend along the box-like part and the lid part and are connected to each other by vertical folding lines. According to the invention, it is provided that on two adjacent lateral surfaces there is an intermediate surface, which extends together along the parts of both adjacent side walls, and which interrupts the folding line between two adjacent side walls. At that the adjacent side walls in the area of the intermediate surface have a passage different from the plane of the respective side walls beyond the intermediate surface. The object of the invention is also a blank for manufacturing the package.

EFFECT: creating the cigarette package more difficult to manufacture, with the possibility of achieving new optical effects.

FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing multilayer container from single workpiece that defines lengthwise direction from on edge to opposite one. Proposed method comprises defining inner panel that, as-assembled, makes lateral walls. Note here that inner panel comprises some part of inner panel wherein every part of inner panel adjoins adjacent part of inner panel and every part of inner panel comprises one inner lateral wall in assembled state. At least, two opposite central flaps are defined. Note here that the sum of central flaps equals or is smaller than panel crosswise length from intersection with first opposite medium flap to second opposite medium flap. Very central flap comprises some flap parts wherein every part of flap adjoins flap adjacent part and every pair of opposite flaps makes one central lateral wall of the assembled container. Outer panel is defined to form container outer lateral walls. Note here that outer panel comprises some part of inner panel wherein every part of outer panel adjoins adjacent part of outer panel and every part of outer panel comprises one inner lateral wall in assembled state. At least one pair of opposite medium flaps are bent to close their edges and secured to inner panel to form intermediate sidewalls in assembly.

SUBSTANCE: curved box blank comprises surface to produce, at least, one box outer side bent inward, and, at least, one end flap coming off the edge of aforesaid surface. Note here that said end flap is formed by multiple panels interjointed in points of which, at least, one stays outside aforesaid edge. Invention covers also the cigarette box produced as described above.

EFFECT: end flap tightly embracing surface area, accurate positioning of panels that allow accurate glue application.

SUBSTANCE: basket comprises side surface, bottom, handle, and is formed from at least one sheet with crease edges. Handle goes down to make a partition. Partition separates the basket into two compartments and is joined to bottom. Specified handle with partition is formed by two central folds. Each of folds comprises two ledges installed in slots of side surface of basket.

EFFECT: reduced cost, light weight, high strength and possibility to use for transport of heavy objects, basket may be folded prior to use or after use, taking little space at the same time.

FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to corrugated board packing. Box for package is made of sheet stock, having two wide side walls that are rectangular in plan, two narrow side walls, one of which is arranged between wide side walls, and the other one - at the free end of one of bigger side walls. All walls are connected to each other along rectilinear folding lines, and to valves on their other sides - through arched folding lines. At the same time each folding line in zone of wide side walls joint with valves is arranged in the form of two serially arranged arched convex lines, convexity of which faces convexities of folding lines on the other side of the wall.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase bearing capacity of the box and to provide for preservation of its shape under high load, also in process of stacking.

FIELD: packages, particularly large-scale packages made of non-metal material, for instance of cardboard or molded paper or fiberboard.

SUBSTANCE: package is formed of integral sheet material having 3-8 mm thickness by sheet material scoring and folding. Package assemblage is carried out with the use of not more than 14-16 of connection points. Package frame is installed on skid-mounted tray and covered with lid. Package may be collapsed so that collapsed package has dimensions not exceeding tray and lid dimensions. Collapsed package is covered with lid. Then tray and lid are secured one to another with banding tape wound thereon in two layers.

EFFECT: increased strength, decreased number of connection points for package frame assembling, package frame installation on skid-mounted tray and packaging box installation on tray without any fixation, simplified disassembling without package component damage and possibility of disassembled package collapsing, decreased size of collapsed package, possibility of collapsed package sending back and reuse in undamaged state.

FIELD: food industry; packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gable-top pack 1 for liquid food products has gable-top part 4 including front inclined upper wall 10 and rear inclined upper wall 11 interconnected by upper cross joint 12. Cable-top part 4 has pair of side flaps 13, 14 adjoining corresponding end parts 12a, 12b of upper cross joint 12 bent outwards relative to upper volume of pack, accessible for food product and limited by front and rear inclined upper walls. One side of each of side flaps 13, 14 adjoins to one of front walls of front and rear inclined upper walls, and the other is formed by corresponding end part of upper cross joint, being arranged near other one of front and rear inclined upper walls 10, 11. Such pack can be easily made at low cost by means of devices with roll delivery of packing material or conveyor-type devices without considerable modifications. Invention contains description of method of manufacture of such pack and packing material used for its purpose.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing box formed from common sheet blank by folding separate members by folding longitudinal and cross lines marked on face of blank has bottom, two side walls, two end face walls and four corner limiting projections. Side walls are furnished with foldable longitudinal extensions limited by cross folding lines and serving as fragments for forming end face walls. End face walls are furnished with cross flaps with fixing projections limited by cross folding lines and mating with corresponding holes in bottom at folding. Foldable extensions have double cross folding lines dividing foldable extension into root and end parts. End face walls are provided with slot-like ports to drive in end parts of foldable extensions bent along double cross folding lines and are separated from cross flaps by double cross folding lines so that end face walls in folded state have inner space for accommodating end parts of pair of foldable extensions bent relatively opposite after driving into slot-like ports.

EFFECT: creation of packing box of increased carrying capacity of vertical loading, enlarged possibility of piling of such boxes with provision of higher mechanical reliability.

SUBSTANCE: box is erected of blank formed of rigid but flexible cardboard material. Box has upper, lower and two side walls, as well as two end walls connected one to another along fold lines to define closed space. Upper wall is made of flaps connected to end walls and extending therefrom so that the flaps face each other. Upper wall is also formed of flaps attached to side walls so that the flaps face each other. The flaps are mutually connected by adhesive tape extending from one end wall to another one. In the first embodiment each flap connected to side wall has perforations defining distribution orifices. Areas of each flap separating distribution orifices and adhesive tape form handle. In the second embodiment handle is created by part of upper wall accessed through distribution orifice formed in side wall flaps and the handle is reinforced with tape. Box blank, article distribution means and two methods of box forming are disclosed.

FIELD: packing equipment, particularly containers of polygonal cross-section, for instance boxes, cartons or trays formed by folding or erecting one or more blanks made of paper.

SUBSTANCE: packing box formed of cardboard or corresponding material is provided with pouring means. Box has bottom with two pairs of opposite walls and is erected from flat blank having adhesive flap secured to inner side of corresponding body wall for box body forming. Besides, the box has sealing flaps integrally formed with blank and located on each body end to create another pair of opposite body flaps, and tearing tab with gripping part for at least one pouring orifice opening. The tab is formed in adhesive flap and extends in body wall to which adhesive flap is connected over fold lines separating this body wall from sealing flap and in adjacent wall of another pair of walls formed of sealing flaps. The box has additional sealing flap located directly under corresponding closing flap in which gripping part is formed and creating adhesive flap extension. Additional sealing flap is out of connection with sealing flap having gripping part. Pair of opposite sealing flaps extending over sealing flap provided with gripping part has perforated parts to partly open gripping part.

EFFECT: prevention of box content leakage from closed box, improved ability of powder distribution from opened box.
