SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the slewing bearings (SB), predominantly to the automatic systems of the mobile antenna and optical devices. The slewing bearing is proposed, in which the control station of the slewing bearing (CS-SB) are additionally introduced with corresponding connections with other elements, including the first, the second, the third, the fourth, the fifth and the sixth adders (Σ1-A, Σ2-A, Σ3-Y, Σ5-Y, Σ5-A, Σ6-Y), the first and the second integral link (∫1-A, ∫2-Y), the first and the second switches (SW1-A, SW2-Y), a correction link of the azimuth drive (CL-A), a correction link of the elevation drive (CL-E), a power amplifier of the azimuth drive (PA-A), a power amplifier of the elevation drive (PA-E), an information processing unit (IPU), as well as position sensors of the azimuth and elevation drives (PS-A and PS-E), terminal switches of the upper and the lower position of the elevation drive (TUE and TLE), terminal switches of the left and the right position of the azimuth drive (TRA and TLA), azimuth and elevation clamps of the transport position (CTP-A and CTP-E), sensors of the absolute angular velocity in the elevation and azimuth planes (SAV-E and SAV-A).

EFFECT: increasing the operational capabilities of the device by ensuring possibilities of the guidance object precise position against the SB base, the high reliability of the claimed SB design from possible damage by limiting the pumping angles of the guidance object in the elevation plane, as well as during its transportation, increasing the SB operating convenience by ensuring possibilities of its remote control (guidance) and by automated operating, improving the quality of the guidance process (guidance smoothness, providing the given guidance speed), ensuring the stable retention mode of the guidance object in the predetermined position at the base SB fluctuations.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of setting up an antenna, further possibility of adjusting the height of the antenna and easier operation.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in a drive of slotted guide antenna rotation, a brushless sensor-free synchronous motor is controlled, at the same time the direct drive of slotted guide antenna rotation on the basis of the brushless sensor-free synchronous motor is located on the antenna post body cover and comprises an external rotor with permanent magnets, connected via a flange joint with the slotted guide antenna, and a stator rigidly fixed on the antenna post cover. Three phases of synchronous motor stator winding are arranged in the form of alternating radial poles. Direct drive configuration is simplified, and therefore drive manufacturing cost is reduced.

EFFECT: simplified configuration of a drive, creation of a reliable and cheap device and method to control engine operation, provision of smooth speed-up of antenna rotation as a command is supplied to a drive actuation circuit and smooth stop of an antenna as a drive is disconnected.

SUBSTANCE: rotary support is provided for orientation of antenna' system by azimuth and elevation bearing, but can be also used in robotics for manipulator rotating in different planes. Rotary support is implemented in the form of vertical column, external cylindrical rotary body (5) which is put with ability of rotation on immobile post support (1). Motor (14) of azimuthal rotating actuator is located in post support (1), and planetary gearbox (13) is located in the bottom part (5a) of rotary body (5). Outlet crown wheel (21) of reducer (13) is implemented on internal surface of rotary body (5). On the outside on rotary' body (5) it is installed axis (8) of rotation in elevation bearing with rotary platform (10). Slewing mechanism in elevation bearing is implemented in the form of toggle (33) on output drive shaft, cojointed to spherical linkage (34 and 36) and tension bar (35) with rotating platform (10), with formation of arm L about the axis (8), that provides usage in elevation bearing drive planetary gearbox, which other things being equal allows the least dimension and mass. Planetary gearbox (22) swing actuator elevation bearing is located in the top part (56) of rotary body, where with rotation ability it is put - carrier, formed by discs (25 and 26). Disc (25) is output member of reducer (22).

SUBSTANCE: invention consists in that the antenna device incorporates a fixed dish aerial, a reflector arranged at an angle to the said dish aerial, a reflector azimuth scanning and rotation drive, an azimuth rotation output hollow shaft housing coaxially arranged second shaft with a cam located on its end face to interact with the slot of a carriage fitted on the first shaft to reciprocate in the plane perpendicular to the shaft common axis and furnished with a rack interacting with a ratchet latch rigidly linked to the reflector fitted on the first shaft to swing relative to the axis perpendicular to the shafts common axis. Invention novelty consists in that the device incorporates an angle transducer linked to both shafts and outputting the data on the reflector azimuth rotation and inclination defined from the proposed formulae.
