SUBSTANCE: disclosed technical solution relates to electrical measuring equipment and can be used in devices with cables permanent connections, used, for example, in thermal converters production. technical result of disclosed technical solution is increased efficiency, simplified assembly and providing two cables electrically conductive connection electrical insulation.

EFFECT: technical result is achieved by fact, that in electrically conductive connection of two cables, containing protection sleeve and filling it dielectric sealant, connection is equipped with transition part from flat shaped electrically insulating material, coated with, at least, three electrically conductive paths, electrically insulated from each other, wherein to one of paths is welded sheath of, at least, one of cables, and to other paths are corresponding cables electrodes, wherein protection sleeve is made enveloping transition part and cables.

This clamping device (1) serves to create a connection between at least one connection wire of the metering sensor and at least one connection wire of the unit of regulation and preliminary processing of results. To create a soldered joint between the connection wire of the metering sensor and the clamping device there is a tab (5) for soldering of the wire, which is at least partially realised in such a manner and serves to suppress possible arising vibrations.

EFFECT: development of a more reliable connection in respect to vibrations and/or other negative influence from environment between connection wires of a metering sensor and connection wires of a unit of regulation and preliminary processing of results.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the method for connection of an electric heating film to a power supply source. The method involves the following stages: forming a groove based on the electric heating film; placing one end of the connection wire to the groove; filling the grove with a current-conductive adhesive; heating the base of the electric heating film in order to melt the film and to merge the connection wire and the current-conductive adhesive; and cooling of the electric heating film base and hardening of the current-conductive adhesive. Base of the electric heating film is covered at two sides by layered electrodes and these layered electrodes are connected in series with the electric heating film. In the middle of the layered electrode there is a groove which is an annular groove. The connection wire is made of fine silver. The current-conductive adhesive is a silver paste.

EFFECT: connection between the base of the electric heating film and the connection wire obtained in the above way is very strong, and thus reliability of the device is improved.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves bringing ends of first and second conductors into mechanical contact in overlapping condition and their interconnection by welding using, for instance, ultrasonic process without feeding additional material. Overlapped section is mechanically shaped upon welding so as to make transition between first and second conductors smoothly varying in width. Then conductors are covered with insulating coating with aid of extrusion line.

EFFECT: enhanced electric conductivity of junction, improved quality of insulating coating due to smooth transition between interconnected conductors.
