FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant fabric is made by interlacing warp and weft yarns with a combined plain weave, with warp cord on the chain and with weft cord on the filling. The fabric is made of background warp on the chain and a mixed two-strand yarn consisting of equal parts of para-aramid fiber and polyoxadiazole 5050 fiber. The resultant linear density of the fabric is 60 Tex. The fabric is reinforced on the chain and the filling by a double complex arimide thread 29.4 Tex 2. The ratio of yarn to thread in the fabric is 75/25, and the surface density is 260 g/m2. The fabric was further treated with at least one organofluorine preparation.

EFFECT: better combustion efficiency increased fire resistance, decreased stiffness and improved flexibility and draping characteristics in conditions of the Far North.

SUBSTANCE: multilayer sorption nonwoven material with fire-resistant membrane-fabric layer consists of 1-5 homogeneous or heterogeneous internal layers of nonwoven highly porous material from fibres filled with solid sorption particles on the basis of polyacrylonitrile or its mixture with polyurethane. The filler of sorption layers from nonwoven highly porous material is represented by solid particles of activated carbon, cationite or anionite with particle size below 6 mcm, arranged in the volume of nonwoven highly porous material in amount of 38-64 wt %. Sorption layers of the material are reinforced with adhesion of external coating and internal underlying woven reinforcement layers at two sides of sorption layers, and reinforcement layers are made of viscose-lavsan foundation fabric on the basis of a high-strength polyester fibre, containing 25-35 wt % of viscose fibre. The aramide thread or year uses polyparaphenylene terephthalamide, polymetaphenylene terephthalamide, copolyparaphenylene tetephthalamide or copolyparaphenylenebenzimidazole terephthalamide fibres with oxygen index of more than 30, and the cellulose-containing thread or year is a modified fire-resistant viscose thread or yarn. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions for producing multilayer materials meant for making inflatable rescue equipment, including inflatable stairs for aircraft. The polymeric polyurethane composition contains a polyurethane polymer, filler - titanium dioxide and a fire-retardant - antimony trioxide, and additional filler in form of a layered nanosilicate which is organically modified with imidazole, and decabromodiphenyl oxide as a fire-retardant. Content of the organic modifier in the layered nanosilicate is at least 100% of the cationic volume capacity of the layered nanosilicate. The polymer composition can additionally contain polyisocyanate and ethyl acetate. The multilayer material contains a high-strength textile base coated with layers of said polymeric polyurethane composition on the front and back sides. The textile base used is a textile made from high-modulus SVM threads with density of 70-80 g/m2 and breaking strength on the base and filling of at least 1200 kg/cm2. The multilayer material has density of 220-270 g/m2 and is air-tight and self-extinguishing.

EFFECT: obtaining a polyurethane composition and a multilayer material based on said composition, having high fire-safety (self-extinction), air-tightness, low density and hardness.
