SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vibration quencher for a household appliance, particularly for a washing machine or drying machine, comprising a fixed support adapted to be mounted on the lower part of the housing of the household appliance, which has a vibrational band, which includes a tank, the reel, and the motor; pivot axis, mounted on a support , on which the radial friction element is mounted; a rotary lever, which is connected with the radial friction element and may be pivotally connected to the support element, both hinged to the lower portion of the tank; and an elastic element, which has at least a helical spring, whose windings are arranged around a pivot axis and connected to the pivot arm and a stable support, and a resilient member opposes the torsional force of the pivot lever and is made in such a way, that the torsional force fit the proportional part of the vibration group load, which is transmitted by the support element.

The washing-drying device comprises one or more chambers arranged on the drum, to which a fluid medium is supplied, when an unbalanced load occurs, to balance this load, at least one supply line, which is arranged in a support, and at least one distribution line arranged in the back wall. The distribution line preserves connection between the supply line and the chamber and rotates together with the drum. The supply line has an inlet hole connected to the main source of supply, and an outlet hole that comes outside from the support. At the back wall of the drum there is one or more chutes, at least partially and radially embracing a part of the support passing towards the back wall, and rotating together with the drum around this part, connecting the supply and the distribution lines by forming a space, where the supply line and the distribution line come into.

SUBSTANCE: washing-wringing machine comprises an external drum, an internal drum, hanger brackets, a balancing device, a support device, consisting of an upper ring rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the internal drum shell, and a lower ring connected to the upper ring by means of fastening elements. The balancing device comprises a balancing disc installed coaxially to the axis of the drive rotation and rigidly fixed to the back wall of the external drum, a friction disc, rigidly installed on the drive shaft, and correction facilities, comprising at least three axes, which are installed perpendicularly to the external surface of the friction disc, are equidistant from each other and from the centre of the friction disc. A correction disc is fixed on each of axes with the possibility of rotation, on which an axis is rigidly installed perpendicularly to its surface. A roller is fixed on axis with the possibility of rotation, which, when in contact with the inner surface of the upper support ring, presses against it. The balancing device has elements to retain the bottom of the internal drum and the friction disc in condition of a friction contact, and they are bushes with flanges and springs. Each bushing is fixed on a free end of each of three axes and with its flange it is installed with the possibility of friction contact on the lower ring of the support device.

Offset detecting unit includes primary winding coiled around bobbin, first secondary winding which does not overlap primary winding, and second secondary winding overlapping primary winding. First and second secondary windings are coiled in axially aligned relation with respect to primary winding. Offset detecting unit has magnetic body positioned for movement in vertical plane within bobbin, said movement corresponding to offset of water tank.

Gradients of corresponding output voltages of two secondary coils per unit of movement differ from one another. One secondary coil having high maximum and minimum output voltage difference is used for determining cloths weight. Other secondary coil having lower maximum and minimum output voltage difference is used for detecting water tank vibration.

SUBSTANCE: washing machine has casing incorporating main electric engine, tank including washing drum, heating member, level sensor, control unit and drum balancing device. The latter includes movable counterweight and hollow shaft with guides formed on shaft end and extending perpendicular to its axis. Slide with toothed rack is adapted for moving in guides. Washing drum is mounted on pin positioned within hollow shaft for independent rotation by means of main electric engine. Counterweight is fixed on upper part of slide for radial displacement relative to drum and rotation around its outer surface by means of two simultaneously operating additional electric engines. One of said electric engines is mounted on surface of hollow shaft and is connected through reducer and toothed transmission to slide rack. Other electric engine is connected to hollow shaft through belt transmission. Control unit is adapted for determining unbalance position and weight.

EFFECT: substantial reduction in metal usage owing to elimination of heavy counterweights from machine design, decreased dynamic loading and improved operating characteristics of machine.

Other end of excitation coil is connected to oscillation circuit, and other end of each of detector coils is connected to microcomputer through detector circuit.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to laundry washers of drum type. Laundry washer comprises drum with horizontal central axis of rotation, unit of water tank, motor of drum rotation. Mechanism of shock absorber, which suppresses vibrations, elastically supports water tank unit and is arranged underneath. Bearing shaft is coaxially arranged versus mechanism of shock absorber. There is a mechanism with cylindrical spring arranged around bearing shaft. Lower shock-absorbing element is designed for fixation of shock absorber mechanism lower part end to base of laundry washer body. Upper shock absorbing element fixes upper end of shock absorption mechanism to lower part of water tank unit. Each of lower shock absorbing element and upper shock absorbing element is arranged of rubber material and additionally comprises the first shock absorbing element on internal peripheral side, which adjoins bearing shaft of damping mechanism, and the second shock absorbing element on outer peripheral side of the first shock absorbing element. The second shock absorbing element on outer peripheral side has a higher scattering coefficient compared to the first shock absorbing element on inner peripheral side, and scattering coefficient of rubber material of the second shock absorbing element is within the range of 0.70.2.

Balancing device of washing-wringing machine consists of balancing ring rigidly installed on external surface of outer drum and two flat guides. One of guides is located in inner space of balancing ring and is rigidly fixed on shaft of inner drum, and the other guide is rigidly fixed on drive shaft. Balancing device also comprises balancing shaft, installed with the possibility of transverse motion relative to axis of machine symmetry by means of sliders fixed in its ends and installed with the possibility of displacement in according guides. Through threaded holes are arranged on shaft in mutually perpendicular planes at a distance to each other, one with right thread, other - with left thread. Longitudinal screw-shaped element passes through each of holes. On each of guides there are two support elements for fixation of screws. On each end of screws there is a disk fixed rigidly symmetrically to axis of rotation and with the possibility to contact to surface of balancing ring.
