SUBSTANCE: anti-vibration drill crown comprises a housing with connecting thread, divided with main flushing ports in the sectors that on the end surface are provided with polycrystalline diamond inserts (PCD), having a negative rake angles in plan to the lateral inner and outer cutting surfaces and a negative rake angles to the downhole end surface, main flushing ports are oppositely angled, moreover, additional flushing ports formed along the entire height of the crown body in a helical line rightwards along the crown rotation are located counter-currently angle wise in the crown case in sectors. The height of the crown body depends on the helix lead of main and additional flushing ports, inside the additional flushing ports there are two or more calibrating PCD each of which represents a separate helix element and is fixed on the housing by soldering at a negative angle of minus 5 to minus 15 relative to the cutting surface. PCD at the crown end are arranged in different directions at an angle of 10 up to 15 to the direction of cutting.

EFFECT: reduced number of chips and damages of the polycrystalline diamond inserts on the crown body, increased drilling rate and reduced vibration.

Elements of rock crushing indenters are composed of diamond-carbide inserts with point diverged steep-grade incident surface and its converged rear surface. Said inserts are located at drill bit end surface composing three identical sets each of three parallel inserts and arranged at angles equal to 20 degrees to radial axes of said set of inserts with complete coverage of the face in radial direction and parallel with face plane. In plan, axes of said sets of inserts are located at 120 degrees relative to each other. Downhole device for decreasing of drill string vibration and injection and superhigh-pressure drill bit for downhole injector. Said downhole device for decreasing of drill string vibration and injection includes high-pressure channel. Said superhigh-pressure drill bit comprises channel to transfer superhigh-pressure mud fluid. Said channel to transfer superhigh-pressure mud fluid comprises superhigh-pressure mud fluid channel, high-pressure hose and high-pressure stiff pipe. Said high-pressure channel communicates with superhigh-pressure mud fluid transfer channel. One end of said high-pressure hose is connected with said superhigh-pressure mud fluid channel while opposite end of said hose is connected with high-pressure stiff pipe. Opposite end of said high-pressure stiff pipe is connected with superhigh-pressure mud fluid nozzle. Method for decreasing of drill string vibration uses the source of power generated by pressure oscillation at drill bit body. Proposed crown bit comprises circular body, diamond-bearing working layer separated by flushing grooves to segments. Said segments are composed by parallel surfaces making the working surface inclined to crown bit axis and furnished with wear-resistant elements arranged it its inner and outer sides. Said inclined surfaces cross the segment working surface to make thereon a ring site of initial contact of crown bit with work face of diametral width making 15-35% of the segment maximum width. Note here that said inclined surfaces and said ring site form the angle of 7-20 degrees. Besides, wear-resistance elements are shaped to rectangle and have their long side arranged in circular surface of the segment.
