SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the building panels. The panel contains the first element made of the solid timber bonded to the lower second element. Both elements are made of different timber species. The panels are provided with mechanical locking system which has a locking rail on the front edge of the first panel. The locking rail is provided with a locking element adapted to operate with a locking groove on the second edge of the second building panel for locking the both panels in the horizontal joining . The fiber direction FD of the first and second lower element extends substantially along the first and second edges. The lower second element has approximately the same or a greater degree of warpage due to the humidity changes in comparison with the first element. The locking rail contains the material of the lower second element.
EFFECT: invention provides the exception of gaps between the panels at changing the humidity of the area.

SUBSTANCE: rectangular or square batten has surface ply and inner ply of wood particle-based material. Said surface ply comprises wood flour, polypropylene, polybutadiene and concentrated dye at the following ratio of components, wt %: wood flour - 70-80, polypropylene - 15-25, polybutadiene - 2-4 and concentrated dye 1-3. Batten inner ply comprises 2-10 mm long fibrous wood particles oriented in length and secondary thermoplastic polymer at the following ratio of components, wt %: fibrous wood particles - 70-80 and secondary thermoplastic polymer - 20-30.
EFFECT: higher water resistance (over 1,3 times) and bending strength (over 1,5 times).
FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: for manufacturing parquet planks the solid lamella of raw oak wood is sawed for the top layer of parquet planks with the thickness from 6 to 12 mm. The lamella is calibrated before drying, which is carried out in the drying chamber at high speed. Then according to the appearance the front side of lamella is selected and the lower side is calibrated. After this 2- or 3-layered parquet is pressed using the upper layer lamella on the cold or hot press. The finished parquet planks are profiled at four sides. The brush grinding or brushing with nylon abrasive brushes of the finished parquet planks is carried out on the front side.
EFFECT: reduction of production process of parquet.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to mechanical locks of floor panels and a blank of tongues for them. The floor panels which contain a mechanical locking system containing a tongue and grooves, comprising projections and cavities, which are made with a possibility of motion relative to each other, are described.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the increase of strength of the locking system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to a device for connection and blocking of construction panels, in particular, floor panels. Panels with upper and lower sides comprise a core from wood material. Panels are equipped with a slot at two side edges opposite to each other and with an insert designed for blocking and inserted into the slot of one of side edges. Connection of panels is done substantially by horizontal displacement towards each other. The insert is equipped by at least one spring tab directed towards the upper or lower side.
EFFECT: elimination of impact at efficiency of connection of panels from oscillations of temperature and moisture.

Floor panels are equipped with a mechanical locking system with a locking element made of a separate material to reduce resistance of latching and/or increased locking force. SUBSTANCE: cover includes at least one assembly of cover elements and their fixing parts located at the distance from each other, and at least a pair of rod-shaped elements that interconnect fixing parts. The fixing part comprises a basic element and at least a pair of opposite hooks designed from the upper edge of the basic element and an additional hook designed from the adjacent side edge of the element. The first surface of the hook is formed by the side of the basic element, the second surface of the hook is formed by the hook surface directed across it. The first and second hook surfaces are designed for fixation of cover elements. Sides of adjacent cover elements are made as inclined, and slots are formed in them, and the part of the basic element equipped with hooks at least on a part of the length corresponding to inclined sides of adjacent cover elements, has a bend by an angle equal to an angle of inclination of sides of adjacent cover elements. In the fixing position the additional hook is connected to a rod-shaped element, and the second surface of the hook is installed inside the slot in the side of the appropriate cover element.

Connecting elements are equipped with mechanical locking facilities that make a unit, which prevent opening of two connecting floor panels in direction perpendicular to appropriate edges and parallel to the lower surface of the connecting floor panels.

SUBSTANCE: cover includes at least one assembly from multiple elements of a cover and their fixing parts and at least a pair of rod-like elements that mutually connect fixing parts. Each fixing part, apart from the last one in the assembly, comprises a basic plate-shaped element and at least a pair of opposite hooks designed from the upper edge area of the basic element, and also an additional hook designed from the adjacent side edge area of the basic element. Hooks are arranged in plane at one side from the plane of the surface of an additional hook, which in the fixing position interacts with a rod-like element. The first surface of each hook is formed with a vertical side of a basic element, forming a face part of a hook, the second surface of the hook is formed by a hook surface directed across the vertical side of the basic element. Grooves are arranged at sides of adjacent elements of the cover. In the fixing position the additional hook is connected to a rod-like element, and the second surface of the hook is arranged inside the slot.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of a material and labour intensiveness of cover assembly and disassembly.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to a panel, and also o a system of panel joining. A panel, as well as a system of panel joining, with edge profiles arranged at least on two opposite edges of panels for connection of identical panels with geometric closure, such panels comprising an edge profile arranged in the form of a groove profile with an upper wall of a groove and a lower wall of a groove, and also with an edge profile arranged in the form of a cog profile with a fixing ledge available on the lower side of the cog, and this ledge in the inserted condition enters the fixing groove with latching in the lower wall of the adjacent panel groove. Edge profiles entering into each other produce a hinged joint (G), which in a connection position, both inclined upwards and downwards causes effect of panel return into the plane of its installation, besides, the upper wall of the groove has free surface at the inner side, open to the free end of the groove wall.

SUBSTANCE: panel member comprises two the first sides and two the second, end, sides. One side of the first sides has a groove, another one has ridge placed at an angle to laying plane of the first, similar, panel member. Ridge may be inserted in groove of the first member so that panel member may rotate by longitudinal edge thereof and about longitudinal edge into plane of the first panel member laying. The second sides are provided with fixing means made as end groove and end ridge which provide connection of two adjacent panel members. End groove and end ridge may be connected one to another by applying force to pull panel member down on similar previously laid panel member so that panel member is protected against the action of lifting forces directed substantially perpendicular to lying plane.
EFFECT: provision of gapless panel members laying and increased reliability of their connection.

SUBSTANCE: panel has connection means formed on at least two opposite panel edges and integrally made with panels. Connection means provide connection of several identical panels and panel fixation in R1 direction perpendicular to floor plane and in R2 direction perpendicular to corresponding panel edges and parallel to floor topping. Connection means are formed so that panels may rotate one into another or one from another at least along edges thereof. Panels are provided with parts from which some material is cut out. Above parts are formed on panel edges located near upper panel side.

SUBSTANCE: connection for two structural units, particularly floor panels, connection includes grooved connection means to connect above units separately from fixation thereof. Floor panels fixation is performed by means of bendable fixer of one panel located at certain distance from grooved connection means and cooperating with mating connection means of another panel. Fixer is preferably formed on longitudinal and front edges of rectangular panel to connect panels in horizontal panel position without rotation thereof.

SUBSTANCE: panels have opposite narrow sides on which retaining profiles are created. Opposite retaining profiles mate each other to connect similar panels one to another. The first opposite retaining profiles are formed so that new panel of the second row may be attached to previously laid panel of the first row by placing inclined new panel against previously laid one. Then pressing action is applied to the new panel and the new panel is moved to plane of previously laid panel. The second opposite retaining profiles comprise mating engaging members. The panels are mutually engaged by bringing above engaging members into cooperation by applying pressing action to the new panel. Each joint between the panels is provided with additional locking member to prevent disengagement of the connected panels in direction transversal to panel mounting direction.

FIELD: building, particularly fixing systems to connect flooring strips one to another and flooring strips.
SUBSTANCE: flooring strip comprises groove undercut in one long side of flooring strip and extension made on opposite long flooring strip side. The groove has inner fixing surface facing upwards and spaced from edge thereof. Extension and groove may be connected with each other or disconnected from each other by rotating the flooring strips about center line located near plane of strip surface and common intersection plane of two adjacent flowing strips. The groove in undercut with the use of at least two disc cutting tools having axles of disc rotation inclined one to another so that inner part of inner groove section is formed and then fixing surface is created. The fixing surface is located near groove opening. Method of floor assemblage of above flooring strips involves laying next flooring strip near previous one; inserting extension of previous flooring strip in orifice of next flooring strip groove; inclining next flooring strip upwards during extension insertion in the groove; simultaneously inclining next strip downwards in final position. Groove undercutting method involves mechanically treating flooring strips with the use of at least two different rotary cutting tools. Tool for flooring strips installation is made as wedge with contact surface facing upwards created on widened end thereof.
