FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: information noise signal, formed by the perforator discs work, passes along the hydroacoustic channel, it is received, digitized and fed to the correlation filters, to which also the reference acoustic signals are fed: water-steel, water-concrete, water-soil, which represent digitized audio signals of water stream noise, beating on the steel, concrete and soil, and noise of cutting pipes by disks. At the correlation filters outputs there will be the correlation functions, which present peaks, taking the positive values if in the noise signal there is the signal similar to the reference one. Thus, each correlation function corresponds to one of the perforator operation status, and according to the correlation functions spectrum the processes occurring in the well are evaluated.

EFFECT: possibility of well parameters status determination with high-precision at the hydromechanical perforation under the condition of acoustic disturbances if the ratio signal-noise is less than one.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of production of liquid and gaseous fluids from bore wells. mechanical slotted reperforation of wells, whereat the perforating gun is positioned at the initial point of the slotted interval in the casing pipe, two diametrically opposed longitudinal wells are rolled simultaneously by rolling discs rotated freely in their axes with plastic deformation of the casing pipe metal and further destruction of its integrity, opening of the crack and its edges flanging towards the borehole annulus under influence of leading edges of the rolling discs in the perforating gun, at that radial efforts of these discs indention to the pipe walls and round trips of the perforating gun are ensured by the ground power units, borehole annulus is treated behind the formed slots by water jets. The slots are rolled with the rate of the perforating gun running in and out that does not exceed two centimetres per second, while round trip movements of the running gun within the slotted interval are made with stops, during which at the first working stroke of the perforating gun the marks are made at its suspension over the well head and injection pressure is relieved in the string temporarily up to its value in the mode of standard washing.

EFFECT: positive effect is guaranteed for reliable hydrodynamic interconnection of the stratum and the well within the perforation interval.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production and serves to make deep perforated channels in productive bed. Perforator comprises split case with rotary guide channel connected with hydraulic cylinder provided with brake piston, probe with adapter and its regulator composed of casing with stepped bore to house spring-loaded slide valve with ring piston at outer surface. End valve at lower end makes with said case a circular chamber engaged via drain channel with hydraulic cylinder piston head chamber. The latter communicates via bypass channel with throttle with cavity above ring piston of stepped slide valve. Brake piston is provided with hollow rod with nut in axial channel extending into split case axial channel. Said probe is provided with retainer at upper end extending in hollow rod axial channel to make a sliding joint with the nut. Hydraulic cylinder piston head chamber is continuously communicated by bypass bores with hollow rod axial channel. Stepped slide valve body has circular bore and incorporates hollow link with skew at end to make top end extend beyond said steeped slide valve. Said case has limiter with ball valve spring-loaded seat arranged above said stepped slide valve to allow interaction between ball wall with hollow rod end, inner circular ledge with seat on inner surface and spring-loaded retainer fitted to interact with lock ring bore at hollow rod at initial position. Circular bore in stepped slide vale is communicated via bypass bores with circular chamber composed of the case and end valve body. Limiter seat has lengthwise grooves at outer side to make a sliding joint with stepped slide valve top end. Circular channel is composed between case circular ledge and hollow rod with lock ring to communicate with hydraulic cylinder piston head chamber.

SUBSTANCE: hydromechanical slot-type perforator includes pusher stem, cutting sections with retractable cutting discs, cutting disc retraction unit in the form of an arm with one side rotating on the arm axle mounted in the work stem while the other side with a cutting disc mounted on the axle engages with deflecting wedge attached in the work cylinder. A through longitudinal slot is made in the work cylinder opposite to the cutting disc. Cutting sections are installed in line, their work stems can travel axially in one direction when actuated by the pusher stem and in the opposite direction under effect of return spring. Supporting sections are installed in front of and behind the cutting sections, each supporting section is a hollow bushing with connection threads at ends and with central through orifice where a bushing pusher is installed so as to allow for axial travel, and ports are made in the side bushing surface along the diameter where rollers are mounted on axles.

EFFECT: reduced friction of reciprocal travel of perforator during slot cutting in casing column, improved reliability of perforator.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a piercing perforator installed on the tubing casing, it contains at least assembled casing, in one casing section a hydraulic drive is installed in form of a hydraulic cylinder with piston-stem, and in the another sections the piercing gear is installed. The piercing gear contains pusher and actuator interacting with each other. The pusher has cone shape with wedge-like end looking down, it is installed in top part and is made with possibility of the reciprocative movement by means of interaction with piston-stem of the hydraulic cylinder. The actuator is installed on the support in bottom part of the section with possibility of movement under work fluid pressure, it is made in form of two short and two long piercers located in mutually perpendicular planes. The piercers rotation points are located in the same plane that is at right angle to the pusher movement axis. The piercers are equipped with punch pins. The actuator is equipped with the water jet channels connected with the work fluid supply system.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced impact load to actuator, increased device reliability and increased service life.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to secondary exposure of beds by creating of lengthwise slots in casing (operating) strings and filtering channels in bottom hole formation zone. Perforator comprises hollow case with piston at its top part and lengthwise opening at case bottom part. Rocker is fitted in said opening with axle arranged across said case. Two form discs are arranged at rocker opposite ends. Rocker drive with form discs is composed by a wedge-type pusher. Two jet nozzles are communicated via channels with the case head ends. Ball seat is arranged in the rod central bore while the spring makes the rocker return mechanism. One of said nozzles is arranged directly above lower form disc and connected with the rod inner chamber via closed channel made in the case. Wedge-type pusher is secured to the rod by clip via thrust. Ball arranged inside the rod is locked by pin. Inserts are fitted at the case and hydraulic cylinder ends to allow the device sliding and centring in the string.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for opening of the production deposits in oil and gas wells by creation of the perforation channels and additional treatment of the channel area by the chemical agent. Method of wells completion includes initiation of the explosive charge from the recess located in the charge end opposite to side of the charge initiation, the recess is lined with inert material, throwing, acceleration and compression of the cumulative lining material by the products of the explosive detonation, its collision at the central line of the charge, and creation of the cumulative jet During the cumulative lining throwing and compression it is under additional action due to forced interaction of the cumulative lining and one or several additional bodies, their collision and sliding of parts of the cumulative lining material relatively to the additional bodies with simultaneous rotation of parts of the cumulative lining material, collision of parts of the cumulative lining material on the central line of the charge with the cumulative jet creation. Additional body or additional bodies are made out of chemically active substance with density not exceeding the density of the cumulative lining material. The cumulative charge is installed in the casing string, the chemically active substance of the additional body is initiated during its throwing by the products of the explosive detonation and interaction with the cumulative lining, perforation channel is made in the casing string and surrounding production deposit by the created cumulative jet with simultaneous injection of the chemically active substance by the created cumulative jet, and filtration area in the production deposit surrounding the perforation channel increases through the entire length.

EFFECT: increased productivity of the oil wells, and deconsolidation of the perforation channel.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtainment composite cumulative jets in perforator charges includes initiation of explosive charge with open cavity shaped as a spherical segment in explosive charge body towards cavity, liner of the cavity by different materials. Each next layer following the previous layer joining the cavity of explosive charge is made of material with less specific weight in regard to the same value of the previous layer material; tossing explosion products to the liner, reversing the liner along the charge symmetry axis towards opposite side of its movement, breakaway of inner layer of the liner from outer one, forming composite cumulative jet from inner layer of the liner with maximum speed, which is bigger than maximum speed of the formed cumulative jet from outer layer of the liner. The liner is made layered with at least two layers; all layers are made separate and of different thickness with reduction of the layer thickness from the central part towards peripheral part and from the butt end of charge with depression an axisymmetric hollow converter is placed and its inner profile is shaped mainly as truncated cone narrowing towards direction of cumulative jets movement. In process of tossing and reversing of cumulative liner peripheral part of the liner is impacted additionally in sequence, at first to the liner of material with less density, then to material with bigger density due to their mutual collision and sliding along inner surface of the converter thus converting longitudinal velocity of the liner tossing to radial speed of its compression.

SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering perforator on tubing string into well to perforation range. Well shaft is washed. Longitudinal slit is formed in walls of casing column by reciprocal movements of tubing string. Cement ring and rock around formed slit are cleaned out by hydromonitoring jet. Load on casing column is kept under constant control by changing pressure at output of pump. Longitudinal slit in walls is formed during step-by-step increase of pressure on tubing string and concurrent control of forces of drawing-ups and fits. Increase of pressure on tubing string is performed until longitudinal slit is cut and drawing-ups and fits disappear. Following washing of cement ring and rock around formed slit is performed concurrently. Device includes sliding support, body with two spring-loaded pistons in it. The latter are interconnected via hollow rod, having apertures for liquid circulation, shear circulation valve mounted in upper portion of body, channels for passing pf washing liquid. One of said channels ends with hydromonitoring head piece, placed on pusher piston of cutting assembly, consisting of extending knurling roller connected by fork to pusher piston. Springs of pistons are welded in place of their contact with pistons. Compacting elements of the latter have edges slanted at 33-35. Fork, in its lower portion, on the side of touching with inner surface of perforator body near output of knurling roller, is made with cut at angle of 10-15 relatively to longitudinal axis of perforator. Sliding support is mounted with space relatively to pusher piston. Second channel for passing of washing liquid ends by branch pipe. Sliding support in lower portion of perforator body is fixed by screw and nut. Washing channel with hydromonitoring headpiece in lower portion has rounded walls and its diameter is greater than diameter of output aperture.
